I was quite disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The photos and description on the website were very misleading — the actual room looked nothing like what was advertised. The space was small, outdated, and far from what you’d expect from a 4-star property. The air conditioning took hours to cool the room, which was frustrating, especially after a long day. There was also a strange odor in the room that made the stay uncomfortable. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and helpful, which was the only redeeming aspect of my experience. Unfortunately, that alone doesn’t make up for the lack of quality and comfort in the accommodation. I would not choose to stay here again.

Hotel is charming. Its an old building so floors squeak, windows crank, etc. Beds are comfortable with nice linen. Bathrooms are nicely outfitted with quality towels, lighted make up mirror, and yummy soaps, shampoo and conditioner. Room has a safe and fridge.||Our room had a fireplace which was perfect after a long day in the cold and rain. Front desk has umbrellas to borrow.||Room is elligantly decorated with ceiling and wall mosaics, chair rails, pillars, etc. Nice touch is the Nespre.....o machine with cups in each room. Yummy!||Breakfast is cold continental. 7 am until 10:30. ||TV does have some English channels. Ample places in the room to charge electronics.||Desk staff is always helpful. They have a sister hotel, Sens, across the street. CV guests can use the gym there if they prefer that gym over the one in CV. If you need a bottle of water, Sens front staff can help. ||Negative...you have to go up a flight of stairs to enter the hotel and toilets are very low - for those with knee issues. No elevators.||Overall a great place to stay. Close to the museum of fine art, metro station, buses, restaurants are everywhere.||Whenever we come back to the hotel after a long day of adventuring, it feels like coming home.

To start with positives the staff were pretty nice and the hotel was clean. The bed was extremely creaky, every time you moved the bed would squeak. The rooms were marketed as having cooling systems but that was untrue. There was a tiny window that could be opened. The temperature was 78 degrees Fahrenheit and pretty unbearable. The breakfast was pretty bad, coffee was horrible as well as the fruit. The hotel also marketed having tea and cookies in the afternoon, this never happened during my stay. Overall not the worst hotel but definitely wouldn’t stay again.

Very old hotel with no elevators. I knew that when I booked it, but did not think it would be this rundown based on other reviews. There were lots of stains on the carpet and part of the carpet in the original room I was put in was wet. There was no air conditioning and only a tiny opening at the very top of the window to let in fresh air/a breeze, so rooms got quite warm. The room description said the bed was a queen, but it was just a double (and an uncomfortable double, not a great mattress, like sleeping on a bag of rocks). The toilet in the washroom in the original room I was assigned just kept running and when I asked to be moved to another room because it was so noisy they said they could not because they were fully booked. When the maintenance person could not fix the constantly running toilet, they did manage to move me to a smaller room (definite a downgrade). The bathroom was tiny, the door was half the size of a normal door (see photo with my size 9 shoe on the floor for reference, my shoulders would not actually fit through the door and I had to turn slightly sideways to get into that bathroom) and when you sat on the toilet your knees touched the tub. In the morning, the hair dryer in my new room stopped working. I (eventually) was able to get them to bring up a plug in hair dryer, but the button on the phone in my room for the front desk also didn’t work so I had to use the button for a wake-up call to talk to the hotel staff. When I asked if there would be a rate reduction for the smaller room, I was told it was the same category of room and was the same price. When I checked out, the fellow at the reception desk was having trouble processing my bill and said he would email it to me shortly. Six hours later I still had not received an email with the bill and had to call to ask them to send it (it did arrive after the phone call). For a little bit more money, there are MUCH nicer hotels in the same area. This one is very rundown (many things seemed to be broken or in the process of breaking) and it needs some serious improvements made to it. I would not recommend this hotel for the price.

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Not a 4-Star Experience We stayed at Château Versailles in downtown Montreal for our anniversary, combining it with a work trip, and unfortunately, the experience was incredibly disappointing from start to finish. I had made a note on Booking.com and also called two days in advance to confirm our reservation, request early check-in, and ensure everything was in order since it was a special occasion. Despite this, the room we were promised was not available, and the one we were given was in terrible condition. It took over 40 minutes for the room to be cleaned, and even after that, it was unacceptable. There was hair on the toilet, stained towels, and the carpets were visibly dirty. Paint was chipping from the walls, the caulking around the sink was separating, and the ceiling above the bathtub was peeling—not what you expect from a hotel marketed as a 4-star boutique. What made it worse was how poorly our anniversary was acknowledged. We received “amenities” well after we checked in: two chocolates and a San Pellegrino—with no thoughtfulness or presentation. It felt like a last-minute afterthought, not a gesture to celebrate an important milestone. We also brought our small pup, and honestly, the hotel didn’t feel safe or secure enough to leave him alone for even a few minutes. The overall vibe was off, and we felt more stressed than relaxed during our stay. While I appreciated the vintage architecture and old charm, the execution fell flat. The room was basic, uninspired, and nowhere near the standard of a 4-star hotel. It was not clean, not welcoming, and not worth the price. We were incredibly let down, especially on what was supposed to be a special trip. Would not recommend.

This property likely once was elegant, but it is tired and needs upgrading. For those with any mobility issues, please be aware that there are no elevators at all, and you will be faced with long steep staircases for most rooms, as well as to enter the hotel in the first place. This applies to carrying your luggage too obviously. My air-conditioning/ventilation was not working, so I spent my first night at 27 with a fan only. I reported the problem the next morning when I left around 8 am, and when I returned at 4 pm, it was not fixed, despite maintenance having logged that it was fixed. By then the room was at 28 degrees. When I returned from my evening event around 10 pm, it was decided to move me to a different room, which was incredibly small and had a very stale smell, but at least it had working air-conditioning. No apology, nothing, for this disruption. I would not stay here again. The hotel is over-priced for what you get.

We arrived at the hotel quite late in the evening after a long travel day and asked to use the valet parking for the hire car. The receptionist looked out the front of the hotel and said the parking bay I had stopped in was free until 9am so I could stay there overnight. Due to being a tourist I trusted the knowledge of the staff. On returning to my car at 0830 I had received a parking ticket due to being in a restricted area during maintenance times of 0730 and 0830. Being a tourist I didn't even know that was a rule and the signage wasn't clear unless you know what to look for ||Reception staff and manager unwilling to accept any responsibility even though I had followed their advice after requesting valet parking in advance via email and in person on arrival. ||The hotel overall is in desperate need of a refurbishment with worn carpets, damaged walls and ceilings and just general wear and tear. The room we stayed in was home to some ants and spiders in the corners and the ensuite was very dated. ||The bed was clean and comfy enough though ||Breakfast was served in a very small room with limited seating and tables meaning people had to stand and wait for space. The food selection was poor with a very small cold items offered. ||Overall an unenjoyable start to my holiday and I would not return or recommend the hotel to anyone.

Google
Great location and very friendly front desk. However, the room we had really could use some fixing and refurbishing. Many of the fixtures and furniture are old and/or in need of repair. The mattress and pillows are also suffering from old age and no longer comfortable to sleep on.

Yelp
Conveniently located in downtown Montreal. You have the metro 3 mins away and 15 mins walk to hike the lookout of Mount Royal. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, though the complimentary breakfast had limited options, everything was fresh and delicious. I arrived after 11pm, there was no staff to welcome me, I had to go across the street to the sister hotel, and they checked me in. The family on the level above from me was very noisy with thumping etc, but I called the front desk and they got them to stop.

Yelp
The Good: the room was beautiful. Very clean, well furnished with a good view of the city. Quiet room, comfortable bed, plenty of pillows. Towels and linens were high quality. The Bad: Lots of steps to climb to get inside, and more steps to get to your room. Reception desk at hotel closes at 7pm, so if you're arriving after that, check in across the street. They were just a lot bit snobbish when we checked in at night. Parking is expensive, but it IS downtown, so not unexpected. The only ice machine in the building was broken. The toilet was fussy.

Yelp
Sent an email to the manager and called, no response very disappointing. I have been staying at the Chateau Versaille for nearly 20 years. During that time i have been very happy with the Hotel logging dozens of nights and many stays. However during this stay, 7/15-7/17, i found the condition of the hotel room to be particularly disturbing: 1) The air conditioning was not functioning correctly and upon check-in maintenance adjusted the temperature, but the room never cooled as in the past visits. On the second night it was so uncomfortable that we nearly phoned the desk at 3AM, but decided since we were checking out at 7 AM we would not bother the desk. 2) In addition the carpeting in the room had many stains as you can see in the pictures I have attached, not very appealing and quite disappointing for a hotel of your caliber. 3) Finally the maintenance of the bathroom was not up to your standards, from peeling paint, mold and hanging caulk again very disappointing.

Yelp
First of all, giving this 4 starts because the overall price and quality of this hotel was great. We stayed 3 nights visiting from NYC - here is our rating. Outside of the hotel is a bit drab looking. When we arrived I got nervous about what I had signed us up for but once you step inside it's actually quite lovely and has a bit of historic charm. The service was great - a bell hop greeted us immediately and took our bags up to our room and check in was quick and easy. Our room was nicely decorated and very cute. It was very small, I accidentally booked us the Double bed room instead of the Queen so it would be just fine for a single person but snug for a couple. The pillows on the bed were small but the bed was fairly comfortable overall so no complaints really. Again, would be perfect for 1 guest but not for 2. The location is good. This was our first time visiting Montreal and we felt that the location was close to many shops and eateries and within walking distance to the Mount Royal park. We drove around Montreal and found it quite easy and didn't have too much of a hard time finding parking. The valet parking was full when we arrived but in the end it was much cheaper for us as every day we found street parking for very little money right in front of the hotel. Coming from the US we don't speak any French and did not realize that the street parking was alternate side parking. Keep this in mind when visiting here, you will have to move your car to the other side of the street every day to avoid a $75 ticket (which we unfortunately got). The breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast. Tea, coffee, croissants, toast with jam or peanut butter, eggs, ham, etc. Dining room was cute and nicely decorated. No complaints, it is what you'd expect. There is no elevator in this hotel but we did not find that a problem at all. We stayed on the 4floor which I believe is the top floor and the walk up was very easy. Overall I think the value for what we paid was good! I would stay here again.

Yelp
As a guest at this hotel I had requested some items like kleenex, coffee, etc. The staff brought it but when I opened the bag there was a wet roll of toilet paper in there that smelled like someone pissed on it. It stunk! I never even asked for toilet paper. Staff claims they don't know how it got in there. Sounds like it was done deliberately. Worst hotel experience I ever had!!! And I travel a lot. And this is supposed to be a 4star hotel. I don't agree. Also problems with some male staff picking on me and sexually harassing me. I requested coffee and one guy went into my room without my consent and put the coffee on my bed. This constitutes break in and entry. Luckily I wasn't there at the time. They sound twisted. I reported them and staff were apathetic. Also extremely slow internet.

Yelp
SUPER TINY ROOM, INDIFFERENT STAFF AND NO ELEVATOR!!! I stayed in this hotel when we were visiting Montreal. I choose this because it had nice ratings on yelp and hotel.com but what can I say, they all are proven wrong. Below is the list of issues we faced when we stayed here. PARKING: We arrived at 12 in the night but we called ahead of time to make sure there will be somebody at the desk. We waited for good 10 minutes before somebody showed up. We asked for valet parking but were told that all the spot are full and we have to find street parking. All the street parking right next to hotel were either full or have a sign posted for no parking between 7:30 to 9:30 am. who would want to wake up on holiday to move the car from one spot to another. We kept driving in circles until we found a parking spot 2 blocks from the hotel. not that's inconvenient, Isn't it? ROOMS: Once we parked we headed for our room only to realize that the room is on second floor and there is no elevator and there was nobody from the staff who would have helped. So, We had to carry our heavy bags through three flight of stairs! Once we got to the room it was like hole in the wall. to giver it a perspective, the rooms were as big as the bathroom itself. The beds were really uncomfortable to sleep in. This was turning into the worst hotel we have ever stayed. AMENITIES: Wifi is super slow and video Skype is not possible. There went my business meeting in the gutter. The breakfast was all cold breakfast with cheapest varieties of juices and coffee. But that is okay provided they would advertise it likewise. The only positive point this hotel offers is its close proximity to downtown. Besides that, this is a total failed experiment for me. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Yelp
I saw this hotel on Travelzoo so I decided to take a chance. It's more of a boutique hotel that is located about a 15 min from downtown Montreal (about 20 min walk to the Eaton Centre). The deal came with free wifi, free breakfast and passes to the Museum of Fine Art for the Pompeii exhibit. It looks like a huge townhouse when you enter - the staff are all super friendly in a genuine way. Please note that if you have any walking issues this hotel is not for you as there are no elevators. There are 4 stories to this hotel so if you can get a room on the ground floor then great but if you can't then you might have difficulty with this hotel. The rooms are all done well - the bathrooms are huge with marble floors; a mini bar, wine glasses and a corkscrew are provided along with an ice bucket. Breakfast is on the main floor and it a buffet style - the typical cereals, eggs, fruits, cheeses and meat; croissants/muffins etc and juices coffee/tea. I was slightly disappointed in that Montreal is known for their great cheeses and they could have showcased them here, however they had the typical swiss and marble cheese slices. Next time I would probably stay more in the downtown area of Montreal but this hotel is pretty great if you don't mind walking (which personally I don't).

Yelp
Alright. First time staying in. Great location. Nice staff. I like the valet parking option available. Room was clean. Albeit the queen bed felt more akin to a double. Small cozy room, similar to how the hotel looks. I knew the hotel had no elevator from the website so I wasn't surprised. Albiet, the breakfast was really really basic. the word terrible came to mind. We just grabbed a coffee / juice and left. Couldn't have the rest. It was like the cheapest possible options were thrown together for the sake of it. The WIFI was relatively useless. Lastly, it really really wasn't worth the $. I can understand the reasoning, it's close proximity. Again if you plan to stay (First and foremost, maybe find someplace else), if you do, skip the breakfast, assume no wifi, there isn't an elevator so you will have to walk up.

Yelp
We loved out stay here ! The breakfast was really good, comfortable and nice amenities. The staff is nice and helpful. Clean hotel, even though we found a bug in the bathroom, we told the staff about it and the room was double clean after that.

Yelp
Decent hotel. Minuses: Small rooms and smaller beds, WiFi is slow, and breakfast is cold food. Also there's only street parking, which is difficult; valet parking costs $27/day. Pluses: Great location, cool building, friendly staff, fancy name By the way, strange that all other reviews are either 1 star or 5 stars. My review is probably the most accurate, though this was only my first stay. Would I stay here again? I'm not against the idea, I might try other hotels first, but if I'm back in Montreal on business, I might just be posh and lodge at the Chateau Versailles.

Yelp
We really enjoyed our stay at Chateau Versailles. Highlights: 1. Delicious breakfast - fresh fruit, croissants, hard-boiled eggs, yummy cheeses and more. 2. Great location in upscale, quiet neighborhood; within walking distance to many nice museums and restaurants. 3. Super comfortable bed, large room, and lots of nice personal touches (nightly turn down service, fresh towels throughout the day) A few small drawbacks: 1. The hotel is quite small, which means they have a small staff. We visited in August - a very busy time. Thus, our room wasn't ready on arrival; we had to wait until 4:30 to check in. The hotel will store your bags and make you comfortable while you wait, though. 2. We had a semi-basement room, which seemed like a drawback at first, but it ended up being just the right temperature for sleeping on a hot summer night. 3. Free wi-fi, but we had limited connectivity in our room. It was OK in the lobby though, and they also have a public computer to use. Some other notes: 1. We parked in the nearby seminary for $9 a day and had no trouble there. Parking was a little confusing because there is no regular attendant, and the instructions for payment were somewhat unclear. 2. Try nearby Rue Crescent for good food and beer.

Yelp
I paid nearly $200 per night and it's so not worth the money. The hotel is dated and looks a bit dirty. The room was decent size. No elevator in the building. I was told because the building is too old. Early 1900s is not super old in Montreal. The worst part was breakfast. It was of hostel quality not *4. Cheap cheese and ham, toaster, old bagels and pastries from a pack you get in safeway, boiled eggs cold from a jar. No fresh fruit, no vegetables, no fresh bread. I actually would prefer to skip it.

Yelp
My partner and I stayed here for a week and we have no complaints what so ever. Chateau Versailles is beautiful historic hotel located in the downtown area of MTL. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious; yes, the options were cold, but included breads, croissants, ham and cheese, fresh fruit and yogurt. The hotel also offers tea and sometimes biscuits from 3pm to 11pm. We looked into the hotel prior to booking and saw that there was no elevator, so it's not a super accessible hotel for differently abled individuals but that doesn't impact us personally. All in all we were very happy with the hotel and would stay again if given the chance.

Yelp
So so so so so so disappointed. We personally love boutique hotels, service is usually spectacular and there's usually extra care in putting together the rooms. Not here. We booked two rooms with two queen beds each. We got only one room with two queen beds and one room with one king bed... Thanks? The AC can't be changed to your liking. Our bathrooms came with two towels for four people. We were missing ALL of our soaps and shampoos. Carpets are dirty. We were also given these basement rooms. Wheelchair accessibility? NOPE. No elevators! They gave us a keurig machine for coffee but making yourself a cup costs two bucks a piece. WOW. We tried to ask the front desk how to get places, but they had no idea. Slow clap? I guess the one star is for the free breakfast we received for all our "trouble". Yippee.

Yelp
We love the Chateau Versailles! We had a large room with plenty of space. The valet parked our car ($25/day but well worth it!), delivered our bags to our room, helped us get a cab, filled our cooler with ice on our way home, and gave us directions to nearby restaurants. He was excellent! Complimentary breakfast was delicious and perfect in its variety, freshness, and amount. Very European. The location (in an upscale neighborhood surrounded by restaurants, museums, shops, and cafes) is perfect. Our only criticism is with the wifi. It was inconsistent (at best) in our room. We were told it would work better in the lobby. We will definitely stay here again.

Yelp
Great for a romantic get away. Good breakfast. I would not recommend this place for families since I'd like to stay here again. Bronte restaurant across the street makes the food for this hotel.

Yelp
Where to begin, we showed up to the hotel early and attempted to check in. We figured we would be told that we could store our bags but would have to wait for a room. Much to our surprise we were told of course we could check in. The woman at the front desk was kind and helpful. We asked her where we should go to shop before lunch and she broke out a map. She drew exactly where to go, what streets to turn down and directed us to where lunch was. Each person we spoke to from that point forward was the same way. They gave us great dinner recommendations and helped get us reservations. Each person broke out a map and guided us. Even when we had to take the subway they gave us a different map and made sure to put on the regular walking map where we were heading and where we would end up. It was phenomenal. That was just the staff. The rooms were quite large for such an old city and the bathrooms were too. It was very clean with comfortable bedding. The fireplace was a nice touch. It was also very quiet. I can not say enough about the staff and this hotel in general. Will definitely stay again :)

Yelp
stayed here for work so room was not reserved or paid for by me (when i was checking out sounds like rates are around $125/night). with that said, it has a great location - few blocks away from the museum of fine arts, lots of awesome restaurants within walking distance. quiet, charming with kind of a weird layout (gotta go up and down a few flights of stairs), friendly front desk staff (although seems to rotate every time i pass by - maybe college students?). the room i stayed in was a bit small - no desk, no fridge or microwave but does have a keurig in the room, iron plus board, hair dryer, comfy robe, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, body and facial soap, safe, bottle opener, free wifi is pretty decent and no log-in needed. free continental breakfast, tea available during the day, a small conference room in the back (fits around 8 people) with projector, also provides catering (we had a cheese, bread, fruit plate).

Yelp
Not even worth of half a star. Worst hotel I have ever had the displeasure of staying at. I stayed for 7 nights due to construction in my apt. There were escorts and johns everywhere. It was filthy. I had to change rooms once due to bed bugs. The minibar had food that had been expired for a year. And if you want your bed sheets changed you have to call the front desk at least three times as they are very forgetful. I had my dog with me. I ordered a cheeseburger with fries one of the nights and accidentally spilled ketchup on the bed. The next morning I received a call from the manager saying that my dog bled on the bed. I assured the manager that if my dog had a cut I would be aware and that it was just ketchup. Two weeks later I received a call from the spca saying that someone had reported neglect of a dog. The spca asked me if my dog has ever been bleeding. I told them no and after viewing him and his medical records they dismissed the case. This imbecile of a manager accused my dog of bleeding on the hotel bed when it was merely ketchup and then on top of it reported me to the spca for animal neglect/abuse. It actually baffles me. This guy is a sick, twisted, mean and delusional Individual

Yelp
We stayed here for 3 days in early June 2011 on a trip to Montreal. I didn't actually realize until after we arrived that the hotel is apparently owned by Le Meridian. The hotel itself is quite charming - when you walk up to it from the street it has kind of an old world charm and a staircase leading up to the front door. The lobby is small but the hotel itself isn't terribly large so that's not unexpected. It actually looks more like a bed and breakfast than a hotel owned by a large conglomerate - a fact I personally liked. The decor made me think more of someone's comfortable home than a hotel. The hotel staffer who greeted us was very accommodating, offering suggestions on places to eat, sights to see, etc. There isn't a concierge but the front desk staff does the job. All of the staff I encountered spoke both English and French quite well (thank goodness because my french isn't exactly outstanding!). The hotel is 4 floors but....it has no elevator. The front desk staff offered to have someone help us up the stairs but we opted to do it ourselves since there we were only on the 4th floor (the lobby is actually on the second floor so it was only two flights). When we first arrived I thought the stairs wouldn't be a big deal and they weren't a problem per say but I have to admit that after walking around Montreal all day in the hot sun, I was tired at the end of the day and wishing for an elevator (but goodness knows I need the exercise). The room itself was nice - painted a warm orange with tasteful decorations and art. We had a queen size bed; the bathroom had a shower/tub combo and was light and airy feeling. Our room had a window overlooking the street but noise wasn't really a problem. The curtains were 'blackout' curtains but we did still find the room was a little bright in the mornings when the sun came out, even with closed curtains. If you are affected by light, I'd recommend bringing a sleep mask. The room had a safe, mini bar, the standards. The room also had a TV with local channels and move purchase options. The room did have air conditioning but I found it to still be a little warm, even on the coolest setting. It wasn't unbearable by any means but I did notice it at times. This could have been also because we were on the top floor - and the city was quite hot (in the 80's) the whole time we were there. There is no room service but there is a very good buffet style breakfast served every morning. It had frittatta, boiled eggs, assorted meats and cheeses, fruit, yogurt, croissants and other pastries, tea, coffee, juice, etc. The buffet comes with every room, per the front desk staff, so that's a nice plus in an expensive city. The hotel is situated right in downtown so it's very convenient for getting to everything. There are a number of restaurants and bistros in the area, plus there are two convenience stores within two blocks. The Guy-Concordia Metro station is two blocks away so that's the best stop to use for this hotel if you are taking public transport. The hotel offers free internet but there is also a computer and printer on the main floor if you don't bring a laptop. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Yelp
Good place, rooms are nice but slightly worn - maybe due for a refresh. Wi-fi stinks - good reception but constantly drops the connection. Great location, good rates, breakfast is very nice.

Yelp
We were in Montreal for the summer and after a few days in a larger, more common hotel, we decided to go for a boutique hotel and get to know the charm of Montréal and of the West side of Rue Sherbrooke. From the moment we stepped in, I felt like a princess. This place just has such a comfortable elegance. The pleasant and concerned staff were a great introduction. A small working room in the lobby with free computer access, internet and printer, made completing a last minute work project stress-free. There is Wi-Fi! :) The breakfast room has a wonderful Victorian feel, and breakfast itself was delicious. The room was very comfortable and cozy. Location wise, it was the best location for us, only a few blocks from the main avenues, so centralized. This would be an easy 5 stars for me but the only inconvenience would be parking.Valet is not terrible at $25/day but if you're staying for few it's not the best. Overall, very pleased :)

Emily C.

Yelp
I have stayed here twice through online discount sites and have really liked it both times. Rooms are small but the beds are VERY comfortable. The breakfast buffet is tasty and nutritious. I have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful and the location is ideal for getting around by foot or metro. I find the setting quiet and classy with an old time-y feel. Would choose this place over a huge big-name hotel any time, regardless of the spotty wifi.

Yelp
My husband and I stayed at Chateau Versailles for 4 nights in February 2012. We got a great deal (through the hotel) and only paid $89 a night + taxes. Our room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom was newly renovated. The hotel is located in the Golden Square Mile area, and is just a few blocks from Crescent St, and St. Catherine, where there are a ton of restaurants, cafes, and stores. The staff were also very helpful and accommodating. We thought it was one of the best deals we've ever gotten and we would definitely recommend staying there.

Yelp
great breakfast buffet, delicious coffe and attentive service. guest service agents were more than willing to help out clueless tourists...had a miss communication about my laundry but was quickly resolved.....good for couples or families
