Chateau Windsor Hotel

The hotel's location is fantastic considering the nearby railway station and bus stop both are in a walkable distance. The Marine drive is also just a couple of steps away. So in case of location, it's superb. The room and the restroom were both neat and clean. Their in room facilities are lacking with hot kettle and complementary tea or coffee which I feel reasonable to expect given the price. I was travelling with my baby and I had to ask them multiple times for hot water. But it was great that they always provided it immediately.

The best bit about this hotel is the location; it's just minutes from the station, has some great eateries even closer & is a short walk from some excellent bars with great views. The hotel itself is charming & clean, as was our room. The only downside was that our room was opposite the housekeeping area on the 1st floor, so we were woken early by their phone ringing, which was annoying. That said, I'll willingly stay here again.

The hotel was nice, decently clean. It had an elevator, the staff members were nice as well. The beds seemed clean, as well as the rooms. There were complimentary bottles of water the first day, and a fridge (small). Location is prime, as it is in a nice area in the city, close to the beach, tourist attractions, and good restaurants. The bathroom were okay. The only thing I didn’t like that much about it was that we needed to get out of the room to go (however, they were not far and not for other guests, as we had a keys). It was just a bit annoying to get out of the room, especially for showers, but definitely not a major problem). The bathrooms have some deposits to collect the water from the showers, as there are water shortages in Mumbai. Recommended.

Great hotel with a perfect location and service is also great. Breakfast was limited but good in taste. The room was clean and spacious with a balcony. Will recommend staying in this hotel.

Hotel is situated at best location at a walkable distance to churchgate railway station. Price is at higher side but justified according to the location. Service is good. Behaviour is excellent.

We had booked a family room showing 3 separate beds. The room we were given had a double bed, plus a sofa with bedding provided. Comfortable enough, but not what was advertised.|Check-in was a rigmarole. Receptionist took almost an hour to complete our registration, which involved the usual sign in, handing over of our foreign passport, but then he went away (with our passports, always a nerve-racking time) and proceeded to laboriously photo copy the main page, then meticulously cut out the photos and paste into another book. Of course he stopped for dinner during this exercise. Very odd.|The breakfast room (breakfast not included) was equally odd. A large room, it had two small tables and then chairs spread around each wall. When our group of three moved a chair to be together, an attendant came over and put it back against the wall. Very odd.|Location is excellent on V.N. Road close to Marine Drive. An interesting place...

Excellent value. Perfect for families on a budget. Close to public transit, restaurants and grocery stores. Right next to the beach (although you cannot see the beach from any room). Rooms were clean and staff was incredibly accomodating. Cool elevator. Breakfast was simple but fantastic.

Best possible location, 5mins walk from Churchgate station and Marine drive. U can take a morning or late night walk also on Marine drive. Good size clean rooms and excellent service. Reasonable price. We didn't hav breakfast here but is available. Plenty of restos nearby. No complaints.
