Incredibly comfortable, gorgeous designs. These are the brands that embody true Parisian style. The only downside? I wish there we had Chatelles retail stores in Melbourne! This brand exemplifies that one doesn't have to chose comfort over design. Worth the price tag? Absolutely. They're comfortable and look gorgeous. I get so many compliments when I wear these shoes. PROS: - Flawless craftsmanship. I never had to wear mine in, they were comfortable from day one - Gorgeous designs - Impeccable customer service. Responsiveness and helpful. - Great website design. Easy to use. Well presented. - Love the customisation options. Allows for completely different looks with the same pair of shoes CONS: - None!

I was very impressed with my visit to Chatelles! The sales associates were very helpful and made suggestions that I wouldn’t have thought of myself. The pair I ended up with are super comfortable, perfect for walking around Paris. I will definitely be recommending their shoes!

Cute shoes, odd client service in-store

Not only the high quality and originality of their shoes, but also an excellent customer service they offer make it most comfortable and enjoyable when shopping at Chatelles. When I had some troubles in finding the pair I wanted and also in completing the internet transaction, the staff (Camille) very kindly assisted me each time by responding to my email very promptly. It was just like shopping at the store chatting with her, which I actually enjoyed very much. I look forward to shopping at Chatelles again as they have so many attractive shoes and lovely staff!

Dearest Chatelles team, my Francois grey slippers have just arrived: I couldn't be happier with them!!! I think they might be/become my absolute favourite pair (out of all my 10+ amazing Chatelles)!! Perfect colour, so versatile with the gold tassels and the leather is OUTSTANDING!!! The softest one so far I think, unbelievably comfortable!! Thank you so much!!!

My first time in this lovely shoe store. Very friendly and helpful. Shoes are stylish and reasonably priced. I will be back there next time I am in Paris.
