Chater's

My favourite local spot. Beautiful building, incredible pastries, drinks and food and friendly and attentive staff. I'd highly recommend for a special lunch or a quick coffee and pastry. Their small plates, pasta and negoronis are a real highlight.

These guys have created something really special here. You can tell that they love what they do and understand what they are delivering as a proposition. This will become our go to place to meet on our bike rides.

We had the most beautiful lunch! I dined here with two friends and it felt like we ordered everything on the menu, but not a single thing was less than perfect. Diego was helpful, charming and knowledgable. Service all round was relaxed but attentive, and the martini is banging.

Fantastic restaurant with beautifully made food from beautiful produce. The staff are wonderful and we always have the best time. The pasta is the best I have eaten in the UK, it is such a treat.

Always great food and the best service from all of the team whether you pop in for a coffee, lunch or dinner. Whilst Chaters has a great wine offering and always has all those great Vault spirits I find plenty to enjoy as a mostly non-drinker.

Had a wonderful dining experience here with friends. Great food, drink, ambiance and our server, Diego was incredible friendly and knowledgeable. The small plates selection in particular were impressive, with many fun combinations of flavours and takes on Italian classics. The cooking of the pasta was perfect. Will definitely be back for Coffee and a pastry.

Lovely food and great service! ☺️ I can recommend Chater's for drinks and food. I was particularly pleased to find Fritz-Kola on a menu outside of Germany!

Best place to hang out for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Top quality coffee by the lovely Beth. Tricolour tomato galette is out of this world. Pasta is of course, fabulous. Love the vibe.
