Our third year renting with Chatham Vacation Rentals and coming back for a fourth! They not only have a great selection of properties, they make the process so easy. Houses are always tidy and well appointed. Issues are rare and professionally handled, pick-up (even very late) is simple as is check-out. Can't imagine anyone does it better in Chatham, we will be staying with Chatham Vacation Rentals as long as we are lucky enough to visit!

We have been using CVR to help us find our two week Chatham vacation rental for three generations. They are so helpful during the search process and are a joy to work with. We feel we can call them at anytime if anything is wrong and they will take care of it. We will not use any other company!!!

House was adequate for our family, though it is in need of some updates. The bathrooms and kitchen could use some work. Deck was great and the view was lovely and relaxing. However the walk to the beach was an issue. The path was riddled with poison ivy and the beach was full of horseshoe crab shells and seaweed. The town beach next door was fine and we did spend time there, though we went to the national seashore some of the days. Overall, we had a very nice time with our family.

We rented a 2-BR condo in Downtown Chatham at the last minute for this July. The entire experience with CVR was exceptional, and the condo itself was modern, spacious, and close to everything. We will definitely be back to Chatham next year and rely on the good folks at CVR.

I have used CVR to rent out our beach house out and also to rent a beach house f. This locally run business is all heart and will do whatever they need to to make sure your rental and stay is just what you need. They are extremely responsive, know all things Chatham, friendly and focused on finding the right spot for you and your family, having one of their own. Rich and Kimberly are fantastic.

Over the past 25+ years that we have been visiting Chatham, we have rented through all of the major vacation rental groups in town. Without any reservation I can say that Chatham Vacation Rentals is by far the best group to rent through. We have been renting exclusively through CVR for 15 years straight because, not only do they go out of their way to find us the right property at the right price, they provide excellent service. They are always prompt in responding to issues that pop up. Whether it is replacing a battery for a chirping fire detector or quickly replacing a screen door that was slashed by an ornery racoon (true story), the folks at CVR follow through to minimize the unforeseen disruptions. We have learned through experience that CVR is THE go-to rental group in Chatham. They are a pleasure to work with and have the best rental property selection in town.

Terrible service. Rented home from this agency. When we arrived, we found that the house had 2 winding spiral staircases and was dangerous for our little kids. This was not disclosed in the listing, and the agency knew we had little kids. The owner of the home agreed to give us our money back. However, Chatham Vacation Rentals' owner, Richard Robbins, kept his real estate commission. When I objected, he became physically aggressive, cursed me out, and told me to take my business elsewhere. We were stranded on the Cape in the summer with no place to go. Avoid at all costs.
