Their kindness, attentiveness, and unwavering commitment to guest satisfaction were truly remarkable. No matter how busy they were, they always had a genuine smile on their faces, ensuring that every request was met with warmth and efficiency. Their positive attitude and willingness to assist made a significant difference in my overall experience. The hotel itself is a perfect blend of luxury and tranquility, offering breathtaking views of the Royal Lake, beautifully designed rooms, and world-class amenities. Generally, I choose to stay at the Chatrium when visiting Yangon. Overall, it is a beautiful facility with lots of nice touches, wonderful art, great staff. Rooms are large and comfortable. The grounds are wonderful. The downside is that because there are so few guests, upkeep can be challenging. Here and there are signs of aging and wear and tear. Service is impeccable. Breakfast was ok, but not as lavish as it once was. Despite these issues, I would choose this hotel any time I am in Yangon.

Old luxury hotel - resort style big pool, great breakfast, spacious rooms. They have to renovate it, but it still very nice.Ah, by the way. Its hard to find some restaurants nearby - be prepared for taxi for any case. But they have 24h convenient store on first floor.And - its very strange for the hotel of this level - there was a situation with exec lounge. It was in my booking but they refuse to give me access: "It was an error in room description". Guys, its really not my trouble, right? I wasnt in the mood for hard negotiations, so... let carma decide ))) And they have no local shuttle bus (yes, there is an error on hotel site). Heh )))

Hotel is very relaxing and pool is so refreshing. Staffs are very friendly and willing to assist at any time. Views are also nice with kandawgyi lake. Special thanks to front desk staffs Ko ko gyi, thet aung, ei and iris. Christmas decoration is beautiful.

We had a great staycation at the Chatrium - we loved our room overlooking the lake and Shwedagon Pagoda. Beautiful pool, delicious breakfast, super comfy bed. Ms. Krystal, Ms. Iris and the whole team were so welcoming and attentive. Thank you!

Rooms are very nice with shwedagon pagoda view and swimming pool is amazing with beach vibe. Staff are very helpful and welcoming. Especially thanks to Mr. Ko Ko Gyi and Thet Aung. Warmly smile. Also Ms. Ei. I will visit again. Thank you all..
