Chaweng Garden Beach Resort, Koh Samui

we had a fantastic holiday, and we really enjoyed our time at your beautiful resort. The property is very well-maintained and perfectly located right by a stunning beach. The breakfast was excellent, offering a great selection every morning. The rooms were okay, but we found the pillows and mattresses to be quite uncomfortable – they were far too hard, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Some improvements in this area would really enhance the comfort level for guests. That being said, we still had a wonderful time. The highlight for us was definitely the amazing pool – it’s truly incredible! One thing we didn’t enjoy as much was the nightlife on Koh Samui. We found there to be too many rock bars, and overall, the scene felt a bit outdated and not very modern. All in all, though, we had a fantastic stay and would love to return in the future. Thank you once again!

I have to say, I wasn’t expecting this hotel to be as good as it was. There were a few messages which seemed curt, and I went in, expecting an average stay. But to my shock, the staff was wonderful, the premises gorgeous and the location was perfect. ||We had a family bungalow near the pool, and we loved the space. The restaurant was surprisingly good, esp the Green Samui smoothie. At dinner, they bring the tables out onto the beach, so you can eat with the sand under your feet. All in all, it was a fantastic stay and we would definitely come back.

The key feature of the resort is the location. You’re right in the popular Chaweng area so it’s a daily walk to any of them. The rooms were dated and it’s more of a 3 star than a 4. The washroom was mouldy and dark. Beds are decent sized but felt damp. IIt’s extremely noisy during the day with the planes flying over it every hour. It’s noisy at night with the bar (Ark bar) right next to it. It will bother you the first few days and hopefully you’ll get used to it. Food at the restaurant was average. The pizza we ordered felt like it was a microwaved pizza from the supermarket. The food was super expensive but I guess it’s the price you pay to eat at a resort.

Hotel - Check in and check out smoothly done. Staff are friendly. Help to book our island hopping trip. Room - clean, comfortable, and beautiful. We stay in front of the monkey pool. It is perfect. No noise at night time. Breakfast - variety of menus to choose from. The moment when an aeroplane flies over you is very enjoyable. Pools - they have two pools. The monkey pool is located at the reception area and the other one at the restaurant. Massage - they have massage services in front of the pool Beach - just in front of the restaurant. The kids can choose to play at the beach or pool or both.

Stayed in apartment Shino 9&10. Never again! The beds are the hardest I have ever slept in, I have never known pain like it in my hips & legs, The air con unit was so loud it drowned out the noise of the ark bar! Which was bearable when bathroom door was closed.! Then the aeroplanes going straight over our head we’re awful aswell, at night time. All sunbeds were taken with people just putting towels down early on, then never on them! Such a shame as staff were lovely, please do something about your beds.

This place is fabulous! Everything about it was magical - the property, the room, the service - all top notch! A special shout out to Chor who works at the beach, and Su who works at the restaurant - both of them provide world class service. A huge thanks to everyone at the resort - you made for the most incredible holiday!

We love to stay here every time we come back to Koh Samui. It's in the center of everything that you can walk to, the ambiance of the hotel is amazing just like the name "the garden resort". The staff are nice and provide great services. We also love the white sand beach area and massage service.

A beautiful hotel in the centre of Chaweng. We loved everything about this place, all the staff were super friendly, the amenities were awesome, pool staff, cleaning staff all extremely nice and very good at their jobs. Our room was immaculate when it was cleaned.|We will definitely be back here again. We love it.|All pubs , clubs, restaurants, shops are out the front.
