Had a great dining experience at Che Bon Restaurant in Ballina! This place truly brings authentic French cuisine and hospitality to the area.
Started with their Warm Goat Cheese Salad which was perfectly balanced - the creamy, tangy goat cheese paired beautifully with fresh greens and their house-made dressing.
The highlight of our evening was definitely the Cote de Boeuf featuring Troy's Farm's Tomahawk - grass fed and hormone free beef that was absolutely spectacular. The French wine pairing our server recommended was spot-on and elevated the entire dish.
The service was truly exceptional - the French staff bring such authenticity and passion to the dining experience. Their knowledge of both the menu and wine selections was impressive, and their genuine enthusiasm for French cuisine really enhanced our evening.
What makes this place even more special is that they make their own salad dressings, truffle mustard, and other condiments on-site - and they're available for purchase!
Che Bon offers a genuine French dining experience with quality ingredients, expert preparation, and service that makes you feel like you're dining in France. Highly recommend for a special night out!
