This company has TERRIBLE customer service.||We booked 3 nights on Ihle Grande and at the time of booking, we requested a 4-person dorm as we are a family and needed to be together. ||On arrival they told us they had filled their dorms so we had to sleep in separate rooms. ||We decided that as they could not fulfil what we requested, we would go somewhere else.||We were not able to speak directly to someone. It was conducted via WhatsApp.||When we pointed out that we had requested to be in one room, they called us liars, despite showing them a screenshot of the request.||The person typing was incredibly rude, typing certain words in capitals and very condescending. ||They “fined” us 1 night’s cost despite not being able to fulfil our request and have since stopped communicating with us. ||I would never stay with this company. They don’t care about their customers.
