Great hostel in IIhla Grande. Highly recommend it for people who wants to have a high party mood at night. They also invite artists to sing. I got to watch a Jamaican performance and live Samba. Pretty cool

Scammers. Despite having a fully-paid reservation on hotels.com, they send a link requesting extra payment to maintain the reservation. Of course I cancelled and I will never stay there

I asked to have a bowl for my cereal and the lady at the desk refused to help me when there was bowls for paid breakfast on the table how rude! her name was Alice and wouldn't open up the kitchen either.

The best pizza in Brasil ever tried (congrats to Walter) plus the best parties on the island, amazing location, every night a different live music show, recommended!

Shower work awful. Order a ceviche. They said 15 mins. Took 50 mins. All my friends already have finished eating. When i went to complain the guy at the kitchen started laughing at me. Afterwards they agree to change to a pizza. They gave me the difference in price back. Ordered a margarita, brought me a different pizza. Now it just feel on purpose. The manager came and said that i could order any drink as a courtesy ( I asked for this before while complaining about the mistreatment) they brought the drink in a plastic glass. I ve never felt so mistreated in a place. Ill Never will be staying here,worst hostel experience in my life. They seemed to get a joy out of it almost.

Good for parties and nice location, but the food… extremely overpriced for a chicken burger I had that’s processed meat like nuggets. Service a bit all over the place as well, they don’t have a good system for the amount of guests.

Great view, breakfast and party at night. Not to sleep. Mould on walls and in/around the air conditioner. Roommates had drinks all over the floor and ice in the shower, were making drinks instead of buying them at the bar and walking in and out of the room until 4:30am. Secuirty did nothing, complained to reception when they opened at 8am. Response: Your check out is today. If you stay more days, I would change your room.

This company has TERRIBLE customer service.||We booked 3 nights on Ihle Grande and at the time of booking, we requested a 4-person dorm as we are a family and needed to be together. ||On arrival they told us they had filled their dorms so we had to sleep in separate rooms. ||We decided that as they could not fulfil what we requested, we would go somewhere else.||We were not able to speak directly to someone. It was conducted via WhatsApp.||When we pointed out that we had requested to be in one room, they called us liars, despite showing them a screenshot of the request.||The person typing was incredibly rude, typing certain words in capitals and very condescending. ||They “fined” us 1 night’s cost despite not being able to fulfil our request and have since stopped communicating with us. ||I would never stay with this company. They don’t care about their customers.
