We booked 2 nights here because it looked like a great location & had a cool bar. However it just wasn’t worth the money at all.
To start with, the staff are completely unorganised & rude. When checking in, they had no idea which beds were free & had to go and search for spare beds; there was three of us and we got split up all across different floors. There was no apology, no reasoning, just a complete lack of communication from the staff whose attitudes were extremely unwelcoming.
Secondly, the rooms & bathrooms were pretty disgusting, with it being right next to a beach sand was traced everywhere and it’s barely cleaned, as a whole feels very dirty.
There is nowhere easily accessible to refill your own water, we were unaware of this until later in the evening at which point the staff said the bar was shut and we couldn’t buy any, so after having to ask 4/5 members of staff if they could fill it up for us all of whom said no, eventually one manager said yes & helped us. This is poor for a hostel with no shop nearby and open late as a ‘venue’.
This hostel was also not cheap. The bar itself was much more expensive than other options across the island. Wouldn’t recommend staying here at all.
