Room The room was spacious and appeared clean, but it needed maintenance. Several power sockets were loose, the rainfall shower head didn’t function properly, and the air-conditioning was too weak to cool the room effectively. Additionally, the lighting was limited. Staff Unfortunately, I do not speak Turkish, which made communication rather difficult. However, everyone I interacted with did their very best, and I would like to thank them for making my stay comfortable. Breakfast The breakfast buffet didn’t offer a great variety for a Western/Central European palate, but the view from the restaurant was fabulous. I wished there had been some orange juice and plain scrambled eggs. Value for Money & Would I Stay Again Maybe let's first ask: Is this a 4-star hotel? I’m not sure I would classify it that way, but it is certainly a decent 3-star hotel. However, is it good value for money? Absolutely! When I stayed, I paid about €60 per night, including breakfast. All things considered, I’d stay there again.

We stayed for three nights. It could be worse but I wouldn't want to repeat the experience. The room has no soundproofing at all. Everything that was happenning around our room was audible as if it was happening right at our bed. Mostly we heard our neighbours watching TV or coughing loudly, but one night there was a couple having really loud sex. We could also hear every word of people talking in the "hallway" area. In addition to the missing sound insulation, there was also no odor insulation. One of our neighbours decided to smoke some cigarettes which we could also smell. There is only one elevator, which is tiny and can fit four slim people at most - or two people with moderate luggage. There is no heating in the bathroom, no electrically heated floor, no heated towel rail, so the bathroom was very cold and uncomofrtable to use. The furniture was old and has a lot of suspicious white stains. The TV was tiny and old. The bathroom has also seen better days. Besides the cold, there was mold odor in the bathroom, the toilet seat was cracked and the paint was peeling off the walls. My recommendation - stay away from this place.

It was one of the best hotels to stay in. The overall experience was awesome. Everything was superb, from the cleanliness of the room to the breakfast. The staff are very cooperative and humble, most notably Ulku. She provides everything on time, helps a lot, and does a very good job of room cleaning. Most of the people in Ankara do not understand English. Google translate should be your best friend.

It was our second and definitely the last one stay at this hotel. Five years didn’t just go by for it ;) The location is still perfect. But if you are looking for a place to rest and relax - keep looking. The hotel smells like ashtray, including the room. Everything inside the room looks old and dirty. Stains on the armchair and dusty curtains. It is very noisy, both from outside and from other rooms. Glad for our neighbor though, she definitely had pleasure staying ;) There is only built-in shower, no options. And no fridge or minibar. Otherwise not the worst stay in my life. Could be much better though if the smoking policy was applied and rooms were taken care of better.

There is no isolation in the rooms, you can hear everything going around in the rooms next to you. The couch in the room and chair where very dirty that seems like they were not cleaned since bought, we didn't even want to sit on them. The bed and sheets and pillows are clean. Even though the rooms are supposed to be smoking free, but because of the bad isolation if someone lights a cigarette in the floor all the rooms will smell cigarettes. Food in the restaurant is nice, the staff are nice

A decent sized room with a lovely comfortable bed. Good choice at breakfast, helpful and friendly staff. They make you feel welcome in a very relaxed and comfy atmosphere where everything is close by for you to stroll around and linger. Great breakfast with good choice. Good price level. We would stay again.

It is my second stay at Check-Inn and I always like coming here. The rooms are nice, modern and clean, the breakfast has everything you need. However, the best about the hotel is the amazing staff. Especially thanks to Mustafa who took great care of me when recovering from an operation, helping with ordering food and bringing ice to cool. Thank you Check Inn, I will keep recommending you!

The hotel rooms are very well designed, so you think the owner has a taste and a vision, but there are only 6 rooms for non-smokers so i had to stay at a smoking room. The rooms were freezing. If you are sensitive to cold, never stay in this hotel. I asked for an extra blanket, they brought me a cover. The breakfast was mediocre, and there ran out of tea. They said we they need time to make fresh tea. Lack of planning. The staff were doing their jobs well. Nothing to complain about, but they were not especially eager to make you feel welcomed. I asked why there were not more rooms for non-smokers, he said "how am I supposed to know?" total lack of professionalism.
