Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen

Been going to Cheddars for years. Great food but we really go for their Painkillers which are "par exellence". It's great just eating at the bar and watching the giant fish tank. You really have to try it once.

First time here, the honey butter Croissant were absolutely delicious. Sweet and soft and fresh. Husband has the burger and fries. They were really delicious he said. I had the cheese bites with ranch. They were very tasty. Service was good. No wait time for a table.

I had the Key West chicken and shrimp and it was delicious. With the restaurant crowded, we still got seated and received out food rather quickly. This is one of my favorite restaurant.

Horrible service and food!!! My family and I visited the restaurant on 11/2/2025. First, the sodas were Horrible. My daughter ordered the fanta orange and it came to the table looking like light orange water. Tge Waiter said the syrup was out! And he still brought us the soda away. It took 15m to get another. The bread was under cooked. After 45 mins, the manager came to the table to tell us that someone had taken my husband's steak and they were doing a refire. The food came to the table wrong! Both plates had to be refired. By that time we had been sitting 45ms we asked for the food to go. My salmon was beyond overcooked! The steak was still the wrong size! There was still a charge for an appetizer we DID NOT get. When we asked the server to have it removed he stated they gave it to use for 1/2 off! He wanted us to pay 1/2 price for something we never received. This place was awful! We will not go back!

We've gone twice during lunch. First visit was great, with great service and such. This recent time turned me off to cheddar. We were seated in the bar area at a high top because half the tables were covered in dishes. Ill save you the run down of how long it took us to be acknowledged, ordered drinks and then receive those drinks. Then the wait to order food and the length of time it took the get that food. Im pretty sure we were in there for 2.5 hrs. Waiter did acknowledge the unreasonably long food wait and we got a discount. We'll give it another 6 months before we consider returning, maybe work out here kinks.

Not a good experience. Our waitress acted like she did not want to be there. We ordered onion rings. They had zero seasoning. We had to add salt and pepper. My husband ordered a steak well done. It arrived with blood running. My chicken tenders had zero seasonings. The salad was the best thing I had. My grandson would not eat his chicken tenders. He said they were not good. Very disappointed after driving over an hour to get to the restaurant.

Our first visit to a Cheddar's, but definitely not our last. The food was incredible, the service was stellar and the prices were very reasonable. Our server, David, brought out freshly baked croissants before our meal, and they were literally the best croissants I have ever had. For our meal, I had the Blackened Tilapia and Shrimp with Cajun Alfredo over Rice and my hubby had the New Orleans Pasta with Chicken, Shrimp and Sausage. Both were well prepared and tasted fresh and flavorful. The portions were hearty and more than enough for leftovers. We will definitely go back again and again to try all the other goodies on their menu.

Friendly and well trained staff. The food was really good, honey croissant with butter amazing. Salmon dinner platter a must try!! So good.
