Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen

Haven’t been to Cheddars in a while, and well, we should probably come here more often since the food is yummy and the portions they give are pretty generous. Our waiter was very nice and accommodating. He served us right away with the honey butter croissants, which was so delicious, crispy and melts in your mouth. We ordered the Grilled Shrimp Alfredo and the seasoning on the shrimp was so good. I wish the pasta was more al dente, since it was on the softer side. Aside from that, the garlic bread was also really yummy. I wish there were two of those. We also got the Buffalo Chicken wrap, which comes with two wraps cut in half. It was super filling and the fries were nice and crispy. Our waiter suggested to have the wrap with lettuce instead of cabbage and with bacon, so that’s what we ordered. Overall, we were really happy with the food and the service!

Vibe & Atmosphere We arrived at a busy time and there were several people in the restaurant. This caused background noise from other tables. Conversations at our table was easy to understand. Food * Beer-Battered Shrimp Platter - Loaded with eight golden, crunchy, and savory shrimp, plus choice of two sides. The mashed potatoes and fresh, kernel corn were the perfect sides for me. * No. 8 Special: Chicken Tender Platter - Breaded chicken tenders, fried to perfection. Sides selected today were the mouthwatering loaded baked potato and a house salad, filled with fresh veggies Service - We were seated very quickly. There was a short delay to order drinks. After that point, service was great. Price & Value The prices were in-line with the abundance of tasty and flavorful food. Final Verdict Anyone wanting a great selection of American cuisine will find the perfect blend of that at Cheddar's.

I always sit at the bar to order a margarita and queso dip. It’s not busy in the evening on weekdays, but the service was slow. Mr. Walter is always walking around the restaurant introducing himself to the guests and talking to them. He’s such a respectful person with a welcoming voice.

The food was exquisite, there was no wait for a table of 6 on a Saturday afternoon. The staff were very courteous, the service was fast. The menu had quite a variety on it, I highly recommend the new Orleans pasta it was rather unique in flavor. If it weren't so far from my home, it would become one of my regular eateries. If you live in the area you simply must stop in. The children's chicken strips were a bit more of a serving than I tend to see at other places as well. I very much enjoyed a Mango Tea, as well as a Mango Lemonade. Will definitely return! Also they put orange wedges in the tea, not lemon. Didn't think I would be a fan, but it was very good. Place was clean. Staff was adequate nit terrible nit just awesome either. Food the croissants great, the onion rings def on my top 5 maybe 2nd place they were really good. I had ribeye steak cooked properly med rare was requested. The meat was tough. This is not on the chef. Just telling it as it is. My friend had ribs and breaded shrimp. The shrimp was hand battered and it was excellent. Very happy that breading was different then onions rings. That was great. Definitely going back.

Love Cheddars. Consistent after all these years. Good food, good service, good atmosphere and very fair prices. We love all their food. Favorites are ribs, chicken tenders, monte cristo, carrot cake to name a few.

Everything was over cooked. We order from this location enough to know we enjoy the food here. Tonight the salmon was practically fried, it had a crust on the outside but no skin, it was so dry it was inedible. The croissants were crunchy, and hard (knocked them on the table and they did not crumble, flake, or smoosh. They made noise striking the table). Generally they are warm, soft, and gooey. The green beans tasted as if they'd been bathed in meat juice, which I do not recall from previous orders thats why we order them! I am aware it is Friday night. We have not ever been so disappointed with our meal on a Friday night in the past that we could not eat it. All the staff interactions were professional.

I really liked Cheddar's. The wait staff was excellent. They were very busy for a Monday, so it was quite loud which wasn't anyone's fault. People at some of the tables were talking more loudly than normal. My grandboy and I both really enjoyed it.
