Chef Brulee Chocolates and Gateaux

Absolutely delicious and beautiful chocolates. Every single one is truly a work of art! My coworker sent me a box of 16 chocolates as a thank you. I loved that they were all labeled. I would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a sweet treat, or a gift! They made it all the way to Boston in perfect condition.

I bought 12 chocolates today and while I have not tried them all the couple I have eaten were amazing! They look so beautiful like miniature works of art and the store with its glass cases full of identical chocolates looked so luxurious and delicious. I will be back for more as I crave good chocolate and these are the best.

For the highest quality, most delicious chocolates, look no further. My first visit to this absolute gem was this morning- I wish I knew about this place sooner! I browsed through their wide variety of chocolates and truffles, all delicately and beautifully made. I couldn’t help myself but take home a box of cherry cordials to enjoy! I look forward to returning more often in the near future.

I can’t recommend this shop enough. The talent is immediately clear the moment you walk into this bright, colorful store. The chocolates are beautiful and delicious. The owners are so creative and thoughtful. The customer service is top tier. Treat yourself to a sample box or pick a gift box for a special occasion! Just definitely check this place out!!!!!

Gorgeous artisinally crafted chocolates. Looks like jewels and has so many wonderful flavors. Alcoholic ones as well. Beautiful for stocking suffers or corporate gifts. Family owned and generally very hospitable. I literally drive almost an hour at least once a year for these.

I am always amazed at the this place. I have been purchasing chocolates there for the last 3 years. There is no place like it anywhere. I took wife there today to get a birthday present for a friend. She was overwhelmed by the artistic beauty of the chocolates. We had such a great time making our selections with the help of the owner. It is an experience not to be missed.

Pretty and exquisitely decorated, the chocolates taste was good but not in the excellent taste I imagine them to have. I'm not sure about returning here again.

This is the cutest little chocolate shop with the friendliest staff! It's cozy, with a display case on every section of open wall and a sea of beautifully decorated chocolates of more flavors than you can even think the dream. In addition to being expert chocolatiers, they are beekeepers and make their own creamed honey and flavored honey!! I couldn't pass up either, so I opted for a jar of creamed honey and a curated box of flavored chocolates. The ladies were so kind at keeping my toddlers calm while I perused and gifted them each a chocolate coated marshmallow. We retreated to a bench outside and decided to taste a few chocolates while the toddlers shared one of the huge marshmallows they were gifted. Maaaaaan those chocolates were so good that I went back in to get some of my faves (of the few u tasted) before leaving. I think my absolute fave is the iced coffee. Word to the wise: those alcohol ones legit have an actual liquid shot of alcohol inside them--potent stuff! I definitely wish I lived closer to this place because I'd definitely be back more often!

Stopped by here for a fancy gift for my best friend's birthday, and they did not disappoint. Natalya, the chocolatier, is lovely and made great recommendations. The chocolate is seriously out of this world! If you want to really spoil someone, stop by this shop!

I was treated with a gift of 16 truffles from Chef Brûlée. After enjoying 12 so far, I can't imagine a better gift. These treats are not only incredibly delicious, they are also stunning visually. I am looking forward to the final four, and enjoying them again in the new year.

We stopped by here as we were in the area and had time to kill. These are the most beautiful chocolates I have ever seen, though I'm not a choco-fanatic by any means. I just tried the espresso chocolate, and it is so rich and creamy. My wife is enjoying the dark chocolate lemon piece right now, and she is loving it too. You must stop by here at least once, even just to look, but you will be extremely tempted to buy, as they have a fun and wide range of flavors. This was a total experience to me. And the owner is also extremely nice and helpful, so all in all this place is perfection. Made me want to watch the movie Chocolat lol.

"Chocolate " they make their own chocolate every day so it's nice and fresh. So delicious! Also have homemade honey from a local farm. It's a place that if you go in once you will definitely be back a second, third time.

Oh. My. Gosh. Let me start by saying I do not care for sweets. At all. Like ever. But I needed a housewarming gift, and my friend suggested I bring them some of these chocolates. Mother. Of. Mercy. Did i think it was possible for me to spend over $70 on chocolate? No. But I would've spent more for sure. I couldn't help but get one of almost everything. These chocolates taste as good, if not better than they look. The lemon crunch and hazelnut were my favorite. This place is such a hidden gem. Absolutely amazing. I would come here forever!!

This place is just lovely. The women who own it were very kind and patient as they helped my husband and I pick out some chocolates and truffles, which by the way are amazing. It's a little on the pricey side, but definitely worth it.

Amazing chocolate and cake shop. We got an assorted box of 8 and everything looked and tasted amazing. You can tell these were made with love. I am interested in their custom made cakes and home grown honey as well.

Stepping into Chef Brûlée is like entering a magical paradise of flavor, art and chocolate. The owner is incredibly personable and she gives samples of her exquisite and intricate chocolates. The designs range from little chocolates filled with every unique flavor known to man, including aged whiskey, to extravagant layered cakes with artistic designs so complex you can't take your eyes off them. Overall, if you haven't been to Chef Brûlée and you either like chocolate, or art, or you happen to be in the area, you need to check this place out.

Nice people with quality chocolates. A hidden gem in Roswell. I went to buy some chocolates from here for my valentine and was thoroughly helped by Irina. She took her time to guide me through each selection and gave me some great points on the quality of the chocolates. - Imported Belgian chocolate is used - Fruit purée is used to flavor the fruit chocolates (try the banana one!) - Butter cream is used for the painted chocolates There are various boxes that you can buy for your selections and also some great looking edible containers for presentation. From mugs to shoes, there are some nice items. The store was very clean and well organized. I liked how all of the different types of confectionaries were clearly labeled. All of the chocolates look very delicious and come in various shapes (bears to lips to penguins). There is ample parking and even two spots specifically for the store. I would definitely recommend coming here to find a nice gift or to treat yourself. Give it a shot and support your local businesses!

I found this gem by accident and I have vowed to come back. I was amazed at the assortment of chocolates but the taste is also one of a kind. One of my new favorite things is the chocolate crunch pistachio..nom nom

I can't get enough of these chocolates! They are amazing. I'm an artisan chocolate lover/junkie so I'd say I'm qualified to know a good Artisan chocolate when I eat one. Chef Brulee definitely is a top quality chocaltier. She knows how to blend the chocolate with the flavors so there is great balance. Not too sweet and not too bland but just right! The fillings are right on par as well. Very smooth consistency which is very important. The chocolates are nice and thin which is what I look for in Artisan chocolates. I don't like feeling like I'm biting into too much chocolate because that feels too overwhelming. Let me just say, I've had other so called Artisan chocolates and the fillings were way too sweet, too bland or too thick, missing the medley of flavors and most of all the chocolate shells were too thick.......more like drug store bought chocolates. Artisan chocolates should never be like that, but Chef Brulee hits the mark with each beautifully crafted piece. I actually have to force myself to not eat more than 3 pieces at a time because that's how good they are. Each payday, I get online and have a box of Chef Brulee's chocolates shipped to me. Yep, you read that right! I simply can't get enough of these. I like how she frequently changes the design. I feel like a kid opening a Christmas gift to see what's inside. Her chocolate boxes are beautiful. They're like little jewelry boxes with a little drawer when you order the 24 piece. Also, let me commend the packaging. Excellent! I've never received a package with melted chocolates because it's packed so meticulously well with ice packs. Great place and I recommend trying every piece of chocolate if you can. You won't be disappointed!

WOW! I wandered in after dinner and discovered this amazing establishment. Talk about a "kid in a candy store!" The delicacies available here are unbelievable!!! I couldn't resist the assortment of the treats!!!! While these delicious desserts may be a little pricey, they are so amazing you will be gratified eating one or two. The location of the store may be a disadvantage. How can such an amazing place be in such an indiscriminate location? Try some of their treats. You will rave about everything you try. Tell your friends!!!!

Stopped in this shop to pick up a preordered gift for someone and I couldn't resist getting a few additional chocolates for myself. They are truly gorgeous works of art! Perfect for a unique gift for anyone. The chocolates were so delicious, and the insides were smooth and so flavorful. I tried a few flavors including an extremely creamy coconut. I will definitely be back.

First time visit. The store is very clean and organized. All of the chocolate is beautiful! They were carefully organized and well labeled. The chef, Natalya, came out and helped me and my group and answered all of our questions and made recommendations. She was very friendly. For the artistry and flavors, the prices were very fair and reasonable, and a better deal than Godiva. In terms of flavor, they are very distinctive and they taste handmade with love! You can tell they are made by hand, and they are worth the price. They also have a great website with shipping, which is helpful if you don't live close enough. I love variety in terms of flavor, and there is something for everyone from strawberry to yuzu passionfruit. I cannot wait to go back, and I recommend to anyone who loves chocolate!!

My husband and I were at this beautiful shop today to get some Valentine gifts. These delicious and amazingly beautiful candies are almost too pretty to eat! The delightful owner helped us pick out just the perfect selection! My husband loved it as much as I did. So glad we found it!

The chocolates are very good... no doubt about it. But guess what... they charge you for the box... and just for a tiny plain brown box and a small size white box - mind you these are empty boxes...they charged me $3.50 plus tax. Thank god they didn't charge for the carry bag. What a sham!

The chocolates are good (although I believe they are a little bit overpriced), pretty, and despite what others have said, both my husband and I (on separate visits) felt that the customer service was lacking and almost hostile.

Wonderful! Great service, amazing chocolate pieces and just such a cute place. The shop is small and tucked away near Thumbs Up diner but worth the search. The owner made a custom flower in a pot (all chocolate and cake) for Mother's Day for my mom. Amazing!

This store is an experience. It is so beautiful it is like stepping into the most perfect jewel box. The displays are perfect and the chocolate is so imaginative and interesting looking, how to pick? The friendly staff has a passion for the business and it shows. You really feel taken care of. Best of all the taste- it's sooo good. So fresh and perfect strong but balanced flavor. Myself a a few co-workers stopped in after lunch one day for something sweet. We asked for Macaroons and bought a box on them. They were not editable as they were old and crunchy/crumbly. This was very disappointing for such an expensive food item.

An amazing local business with absolutely delicious chocolate. Worth the money because the only other place you will find this type of craft is in the heart of Paris, France. Prices are absolutely fair for the amount of work and love that goes into every single individually handmade dessert.

This is the top of the line chocolate creation destination. The designs themselves reflect inspiration and beauty but it is the flavor that is one of a kind. I found this place after brunch at the thumbs up diner....in the back of that little strip of shops is the best chocolate shop i know of for miles. Today i purchased for a friend a cat shaped chocolate and a cute mouse...but then a pistachio dark chocolate with a leopard skin design. A beautiful set of lips and beautiful hearts (in many different flavors). A special gift for anyone on any occasion.

I went to a breakfast spot in the same shopping center for a early morning breakfast and noticed the chocolate shop, Chef Brulee but due to the early hour, they were closed.. I made it a point to stop by during business hours and I'm so happy that I did. The shop smelled terrific and I met with the owner, what a talent. OMG - The most amazing candy I have ever had in my life! Wish we had a store here in the New Orleans area. A box of 24 cost me a wee bit over $75.00 It cost me just as much for shipping and handling as it was to purchase the pieces. The presentation along with their selection can't be beat, but it is really expensive to enjoy.

As a good man would do, I stopped by on my way home to get my lucky lady some chocolates after work. I was blown away when I walked in and saw the selection of hand crafted chocolates. The woman there was very helpful and helped me pick out a medley of chocolates. The only problem I have is that my girl and I felt guilty as we were eating eating each piece of art. I recommended this place to some friends and I encourage you to do the same. 10+ stars!

This is a true Artisan chocolate shop and a gem to have in the North Atlanta area. They also do the most beautiful custom cakes and desserts and the winning part is that they taste even more amazing than they look. This is my go-to spot for gifts, they have beautiful packaging options for everything, but when I give the chocolates I always have to tell people to actually eat them because while they look like art they taste like heaven!

I am beyond impressed with this bakery. I found them on Facebook and ordered my birthday cake there. The owner is truly an artist and what she created is not only one of the most delicious cakes I've ever tried, it was a work of art. She created a completely customized cake, from the ingredients that went inside, to the beautiful border and the custom-made topping design. The way she colors her chocolates are out of this world. You've got a customer for life.

My mind is blown!! Just stopped in on a whim and ended up incredibly impressed! The array of flavors and the beautifully, artistically designed chocolates are a treasure...Natalya is lovely, and helped me to select the perfect box for my husband for Valentine's Day. Chocolates filled with more fillings then I could imagine ranging from caramels and nuts to yuzu ginger and even a perfect bite filled with XO or Jack Daniels that exploded in your mouth!! Beyond fabulous.

I have to agree, the selection and flavors were both fantastic. Outstanding chocolate caramels. The lavender caramel is sublimely good. The service was great - they even threw in a couple of free truffles for my kids - and the store clean and well designed. Beyond being delicious, the chocolates are works of art; truly beautiful to look at. Go and enjoy!
