Dear Chekhoff Hotel Team, I wanted to extend my heartfelt thanks for the truly wonderful stay I had at your hotel. Your hospitality was beyond exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the front desk team went above and beyond to make our visit smooth and memorable. They patiently helped us search for places, make bookings, and answered every question with such kindness and care.

Upscale, very well maintained property. Nice bar and a restaurant. Central location without too much noise. Walking distance to major attractions. Very quiet. Very friendly and profesional staff. Definitely staying here again.

Third time we stay here. Best location, rooms, restaurant and bar (underrated, in my opinion), and totally awesome team of Chekhoff (really, all members of the staff). Happy to see when things / places are getting better rather than worse. Guys solved all our small (and bigger) problems / queries and complaints. Definitely our favorite place among hugely competitive Moscow market. Maria and Voldemars.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Chekhoff Hotel by Hilton, and I cannot express enough how wonderful our experience was, largely thanks to one remarkable team member, Pavel. From the moment we arrived, Pavel went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. His support and helpfulness made a significant difference in our experience. What truly stood out was how Pavel embodied not just the hospitality of the hotel but also the warmth and kindness of Russian culture. He took the time to share local insights and recommendations that enriched our visit, making us feel welcomed and valued. One memory that will always stick with us is how Pavel treated us like family rather than just guests. His genuine care and attention to detail left a lasting impression on us. The location is good, not very near to the red square if that is your interest. But it was very close to a metro station and metro in Moscow can get you anywhere you want very easily. The hotel staff are very responsive once you call and ask for something. The standard room is very small. I received the room clean but I stayed in the hotel for 11 nights after the 5th day the cleaning was not as expected and we did complain about it, yet they didn’t solve the issue. Rest is ok

Absolutely excited and thankful to the staff that went above and beyond helping me to make a reservation for my parents. Since I live in USA I do not have Russian bank card it was a bit challenging and I wanted to make a surprise for my parents for their anniversary and treat them with such a nice hotel. The reservation agent Victoria helped me each step of the way. I am a Hilton Honor, however since the reservation was not for me, she gladly assisted to signing my mom for the Honors acct. The booking was nice and and smooth. I’m so happy that there is still a way to be able to pay with a foreign card. When my parents arrived they were treated with a nice little perks from the hotel which I appreciate so much! You guys made my parents stay the one for the books. They loved the hotel, the breakfast and how close it was to all the attractions. Thank you to all the staff of the hotel. Will be definitely staying there again! ❤️

I would like to appreciate Pavel for his support and kind this is my 4th time in this hotel and i never find person love his work like Pavel and he know how to make the customer satisfied and after Pavel i will appreciate Yana too and Vladimir
