I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this boutique hotel in Moscow! The check-in process was smooth and efficient — the staff greeted me warmly and made me feel at home right away. Everyone I encountered was incredibly professional, kind, and attentive throughout my stay. The food was another highlight — fresh, beautifully presented, and full of authentic flavor. I especially appreciated how much care went into every meal. The lady who was helping us, Polina, is just wonderful!! The hotel’s central location made exploring Moscow so easy — just a short walk to many of the city’s main attractions, like the Red Square, the Bolshoi Theatre, GUM shopping mall etc. Overall, a perfect experience from start to finish. I can’t recommend this hotel enough and will definitely stay here again on my next visit!

I would like to take a moment to thank you for the wonderful experience during our recent stay. Everything was excellent and truly outstanding. I would especially like to recognize Pavel, Ksenia, Anna, and Nikolay (apologies if I misspelled the name) for being extremely helpful and welcoming at the reception. Their professionalism and kindness made a great first impression, especially with their restaurant and places to visit recommendation. Specifically, Pavel was extremely helpful and accommodating in reserving seats for the Bolshoi theater. It was a memorable experience. The breakfast was fantastic, both in quality and in service—the waiters and waitresses were attentive and very friendly. The restaurant overall was perfect, offering a wonderful dining experience. The hotel itself is clean, cozy, and very pleasant, and the rooms are extremely comfortable. While some rooms felt a bit small, this was only a minor point compared to the overall comfort and hospitality we experienced. We will definitely be staying here again on our future visits to Moscow, and we will gladly recommend this hotel in Moscow. Thank you once again for making our stay so memorable.

They also have a wonderful staff who spare no effort for your comfort and assistance, especially Mr. Pavel. He is a real man and professional in his work. He treats the hotel guest as if he were one of his brothers. He provides everything he can to ensure a special, quiet and enjoyable stay.

Upscale, very well maintained property. Nice bar and a restaurant. Central location without too much noise. Walking distance to major attractions. Very quiet. Very friendly and profesional staff. Definitely staying here again.

Third time we stay here. Best location, rooms, restaurant and bar (underrated, in my opinion), and totally awesome team of Chekhoff (really, all members of the staff). Happy to see when things / places are getting better rather than worse. Guys solved all our small (and bigger) problems / queries and complaints.
