I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this boutique hotel in Moscow! The check-in process was smooth and efficient — the staff greeted me warmly and made me feel at home right away. Everyone I encountered was incredibly professional, kind, and attentive throughout my stay. The food was another highlight — fresh, beautifully presented, and full of authentic flavor. I especially appreciated how much care went into every meal. The lady who was helping us, Polina, is just wonderful!! The hotel’s central location made exploring Moscow so easy — just a short walk to many of the city’s main attractions, like the Red Square, the Bolshoi Theatre, GUM shopping mall etc. Overall, a perfect experience from start to finish. I can’t recommend this hotel enough and will definitely stay here again on my next visit!

The location is good, not very near to the red square if that is your interest. But it was very close to a metro station and metro in Moscow can get you anywhere you want very easily. The hotel staff are very responsive once you call and ask for something. The standard room is very small. I received the room clean but I stayed in the hotel for 11 nights after the 5th day the cleaning was not as expected and we did complain about it, yet they didn’t solve the issue. Rest is ok

Very clean rooms and great communication with the reception desk. Everything is great, but unfortunately the coffee at the bar downstairs is terrible. They should change their coffee beans and learn to make the Moscow standard coffee if they position themselves as a 5-star hotel.

‏If your destination is Moscow, it must be to Shekhov Hotel. They are distinguished in everything from cleanliness, service and customer comfort. They also have a wonderful staff who spare no effort for your comfort and assistance, especially Mr. Pavel. He is a real man and professional in his work. He treats the hotel guest as if he were one of his brothers. He provides everything he can to ensure a special, quiet and enjoyable stay.

I would like to take a moment to thank you for the wonderful experience during our recent stay. Everything was excellent and truly outstanding. I would especially like to recognize Pavel, Ksenia, Anna, and Nikolay (apologies if I misspelled the name) for being extremely helpful and welcoming at the reception. Their professionalism and kindness made a great first impression, especially with their restaurant and places to visit recommendation. Specifically, Pavel was extremely helpful and accommodating in reserving seats for the Bolshoi theater. It was a memorable experience. The breakfast was fantastic, both in quality and in service—the waiters and waitresses were attentive and very friendly. The restaurant overall was perfect, offering a wonderful dining experience. The hotel itself is clean, cozy, and very pleasant, and the rooms are extremely comfortable. While some rooms felt a bit small, this was only a minor point compared to the overall comfort and hospitality we experienced. We will definitely be staying here again on our future visits to Moscow, and we will gladly recommend this hotel in Moscow. Thank you once again for making our stay so memorable.
