Chelles Macarons

Great place to get a cool and unique gift that is different and better than most. They have lots of different flavors and they can make a cool gift and the various colors (flavors) look pretty cool. I think Chelles mostly sells to other stores but you can walk in here and get them as a gift for someone. They do a good job.

Just received my heavily anticipated Fruity Cereal macarons all the way in West Virginia! The macarons are so soft and rich. They traveled 15 hours yet they taste like I picked them up in store. Packaging makes the experience that much more delightful. Will certainly order again!

😍😃😍 These are the best macarons in Texas! I ordered online the 20 Mac Box and got to pick from over 15 flavors and my choice of a beautiful lavender 💜 box. After a little hiccup with shipping issues on my first order, they shipped out a replacement. They came today perfectly packaged and so wonderfully delicious 😋. Thank you Chelles for getting my Macarons to my door step!

I love their macarons! Sweetness is just right , and the texture is very good. They have a lot of flavors and I would like to try all of them! I also like their lovely box, it is so cute. Last but not least, their prices are very affordable. $2 each.

I ordered online and I had some of the same experiences I’m reading from those who have also ordered from this establishment. I was so excited to eat them the first too I had were good but as I kept eating them they were dry and had a strange vinegar after taste. I also have not been able to stop going to the bathroom and my stomach hurts a lot. Please think twice before ordering these not only did I waste my money but now I’m sick.

I had the pleasure of trying these macarons while visiting Dallas. I have been wanting some since I left. I am so glad they deliver. My order just arrived in Tennessee!!

Not great. Way too sweet and uses synthetic dyes. Left a yuck feeling and taste in my mouth, threw most away. Look for higher quality elsewhere!

I’ve gotten better macarons from the freezer section at Walmart. I purchased a box of 12 in an attempt to try out the many different flavors, but over half were rock hard and dry. The filling was flavorless and tasted simply like whipped butter. Not worth my time, money or the drive to Plano.

Chelles macarons are great gifts. They are affordable, cute, sweet and fresh than store clubs. The cashier is very nice. They give out loyalty cards. Free parking

We love the vanilla flavor and chocolate flavor macarons. They were good size and fresh. They were beautiful and delicious. There were plenty of parking spaces. It was a luxury treat.

Not sure if this place is closing down, but went today and smelled funny, didn't have a lot of selections, and the girl who was working had no customer service or personality. Will not be coming back here ever. Probably will close down.

The best macaron shop in town! Our go-to for gifts for the kids for special occasions or just because. Great variety of flavors and always fresh.

What's one of the best simple gifts to give someone or yourself? Macarons! My husband bought me a box of 6 macarons. He got pistachio, vanilla, chocolate, wild berry, cookies n cream, and salted caramel. The best ones was the cookies and cream. Pistachio was very bland and I didn't taste the pistachio. The salted caramel ended up being my least favorite. The rest were cool. He said the entire half dozen box was only $12, which I thought was cheap comparing them to the price of other places. Chelles is a smaller shop. It's a cute pick up and go type of spot. There is easy parking and is located in a strip mall. The staff is pretty nice and there are lots of choices. It's worth checking out if you like macarons for a lower price.

The The macarons were delicious and my friends were very impressed. Our favorite was the Italian Cream Cake, but they were all delicious. With it being my first time there, the lady was very helpful in choosing which flavors to buy. I will definitely go back there again. The shop is cool, because you can see where the macarons are made.

We got a small box of macarons (5 or 6 pc). They looked amazing but the problem is they were not at all like macarons. They were chewy and not fluffy at all. We baked those at home multiple times and clearly know that those were done wrong. Macarons you can buy at Costco is much much better quality and really are macarons. Reason for 2 start instead of 1: the taste was good anyway even though not like macarons at all, like if you ordered a steak but instead got grilled chicken - it's still good, just not what you ordered. Definitely not recommend coming to this place for macarons.

Great little pickup spot for macarons! Really flavorful, not just sugary. Shells were bigger so expected to be a little thicker but still great. Good size and less pricey than most other places. Our favorites were pistachio, cookies and cream and red velvet. Will be back.

Chelles Macarons was the perfect guest gift for our baby shower! Custom ordering was a super easy process and very reasonably priced. We got vanilla and fruity pebbles to match the color theme. Super delicious, highly recommend!

Seems like a great macaron bakery. Came in as a 1st time customer & asked the friendly woman who greeted me if she could recommend some flavors, as I wanted to buy a 1/2 dozen. She happily did & I took her suggestions along w/ a couple of my own selections & got a great variety. They pack them in a cute little box. They were very yummy!

Fantastic! I have been craving macarons since the pandemic started and Chelles offered a competitive price. My local macaron shop also offered shipping but it cost the same shipping locally as shipping nationwide from Chelles. Chelles' packaging was much better, there was a tracking number, and they even put a little ice pack inside to keep it cool along the way! In contrast, when I ordered from my local shop, I had no idea when it arrived and it had been sitting out on my porch on a hot summer day for hours. Clearly, Chelles is the best choice for nationwide macaron shipping! I don't live in TX but in NC and have ordered twice--both times did not disappoint! Vanilla is my favorite macaron flavor but I found that Chelles specializes in the "fun" flavors, so vanilla is actually my least favorite flavor from Chelles. My favorite from them is PISTACHIO! I love the pistachio chunks. I've also tried their monthly flavor this month: wildberry. It tastes like berry yoplait. I love how their flavors actually taste like their namesake. It's a mystery how they can pack so much flavor in one little macaron. Birthday cake tastes like birthday cake and has cute sprinkles, strawberry cheesecake even has strawberry jam in the center, etc. They really did a great job with their different flavors! I can't wait when fall flavors come out. I love pumpkin spice. Maybe they will do an apple pie flavor too, in the future? Thanks, Chelles, for making my stay at home sweeter. :)

Some of the best macarons I've had in Texas. Light and creamy fillings. Soft interior with just the right amount of crunch on the outside. Lots of yummy flavors.

My husband and I are leaving Dallas soon so wanted to gift macarons as farewell gifts to a few people. Based on the reviews, we thought we'd give Chelles a try. The employee in the shop was very friendly and helpful, and we ended up getting a box of macarons to try ourselves. Every single flavor we tried was absolutely delicious and our family ended up finishing the entire box in one sitting! I'm sure the folks we're gifting these to will love them just as much as we did. I only wish we discovered this place sooner!

My daughter asked if we could get Macarons for our family movie night and that led us here. So glad it is still open! Got a dozen box and loved all the flavors we tried. We will be back (and they have a reward stamp card so that's a perk)!

Get the lemon berry macaroons-- you're welcome. The store front doesn't look like much, but you get to see all the work that is going on in the back. I appreciate that kind of transparency. The mint chocolate chip macs were good-- no artificial mint flavor. When coming in, I would ask for what they like best and go for the none traditional flavors.

My mom's been wanting to try macarons for a while son as a belated mothers day gift I decided to buy her some to try. I did a lot of research through via Internet/yelp, and this place seemed to pop up everywhere as the best of the best. Pricing was fair and was able to place my order online quite easily. Website specifies give 2 to days for order, but since my order was small (mini mac PAC - 6 total) I placed it a day prior to pick up and it was ready. The only thing is that the place is a little hard to find as there is not a sign overhead. I gave them a ring and they were able to direct me where I needed to be. Just look for the big blue sticker in the window that says chelles. The staff was very bubbly and helpful. Try the mini PAC 6 or the larger one that has 12! Makes great gifts!

Great macarons! Chelles serves delicious macarons, they run their shop out of The Craft Kitchen of 75, it might be a bit hard to spot but just follow the GPS and keep your eyes peeled for the sign. My personal favorite macron flavors are vanilla, green tea, and black sesame. They also have seasonal flavors that change from time to time. What I really enjoy about Chelles Macrons is that occasionally they will have a macaron tasting party. At these parties you get to taste some of their new upcoming flavors and even have a chance to win a mac pack to take home. There is limited space to each tasting party and admission is $5. They usually announce it on their Instagram so I recommend following them to see when they'll have the tasting parties or new upcoming flavors. They operate mainly from The Craft Kitchen during the weekdays but also have locations at Famers Markets all over the DFW area. Check them out for some great tasting macarons!

We picked up some macarons from Chelles the other day. They were amazing. Especially their red velvet one was awesome. We got a mix including one which was 'fruity pebbles'. They were all good but I was personally a big fan of the red velvet one and will be going back for that. Once this whole Coronavirus deal settles down, they would make an awesome gift for people. They come really cute and with a little menu card so you can tell easily which ones are which flavor. Cute place. We will definitely be going back.

This place is a 3.7 for me but I'll round up. I'll start out by saying it is very difficult to find. I think I drove around the strip mall 4-5 times before I called them for directions. It's a joint kitchen so they technically can't have any signs on the top of the store with their store name. It's about 2 doors down from the laundry place on the corner. I love the concept; I just wish the place felt more put together aesthetically. It's certainly not a cafe; you just grab your macs and go. I am not sure I would go out of my way to return but overall it was a fine experience. P.S. Get the fruity pebbles flavored one!

Chelles macarons are the bomb. If you haven't try it, you're missing out. I heard so many good things about Chelles that I had to check them out at Dallas Farmers market. They also have a stand at Richardson and Fairview Farmers market. Like everyone, my favorite flavor is the vanilla bean. The strawberry cheesecake and black sesame are also unbelievable. For $11 you can get 1/2 a dozen or a dozen for $20. The price is comparable to their competitors. This is really my favorite macaron place in DFW. They serve as a great treat for parties, weddings, or just snacking in general. I highly recommend Chelles to everyone. She knows her macarons.

Can't believe i just now discovered this place in Plano, but all I can say is YUMMM!!! I wish there was a sign outside that said Chelle at the top instead of just on the windows so it would be easier to see. When you walk in, you have walked into a baking classroom with a small glass refrigerator of macarons on your right. It's pretty cool getting to watch people bake the macaron fresh in front of you..smells sooo goood!!! The staff is super friendly and easy to work with. As for the macarons, I liked the texture of the cookie portion since it wasn't too hard or too soft, but the filling was sometimes too sweet and overpowering. My fav was the strawberry cheesecake since it had jelly in it with the cream filling! The vanilla is also delicious! I'll def be back! Also, please bring back ROSE!

Macarons are one of my favorite desserts and as a baker, I'm still working on mastering the perfect macaron. Chelles got it down. I first tried Chelles at the Richardson Farmers Market and loved it. I love how they have some seasonal flavors so that it's not always the same flavors over and over again. Not sure if they still have it, but I got a black sesame macaron and it was by far my favorite. I also enjoy the green tea and vanilla bean macarons! I've always had a good experience with the employees too. Everyone has been super friendly and helpful! Macarons are definitely one of the pricer desserts, especially for how small they are, but they are so, so worth. I've also seen ice cream macs on their Instagram page (seriously one of the best combinations ever- ice cream and macarons), so I hope I can get my hands on one of those soon!!!

Believe it or not I found Chelles when I was looking for a good popcorn place in Plano. I was trying to find Christmas ideas for my Co-workers. I'm glad Chelles popped up (Get it? Cause I was talking about popcorn. ) Anyway...It was a bit hard for me to find the locatibut I called to get some guidance on where in the shopping center they were located. I'm going to be honest the setup through me off at first because they have a huge exposed kitchen and were jamming to some early '00's Pop R&B. Once I saw the Macrons, I knew I made the right choice. I bought 10 half dozen boxes without even tasting one. The guy helping me was very thorough providing storing instructions since I wasn't going to give the Macrons out until a few days after I purchased them. When I got in the car, I couldn't help myself and had to try one. It was the red velvet. OMG it was AMAZING. I can not wait to give these cute boxes out to my co workers on Monday. They are going to love them. I may even need to come back and get more.

I recently visited Chelles Macarons at their Plano location and I had a wonderful experience. I've never had a macaron before and my boyfriend and I were asking Chelsea some questions about them. She explained the differences between macarons and macaroons and told us a bit about ingredients and the process, then she offered us some free samples (including these amazing little peanut butter balls she had been working on). I enjoyed the macarons and the conversation! We ended up buying a full dozen so that we could taste test several different flavors and they were all pretty tasty. I think my favorites were the Strawberry and the Raspberry Amaretto. I look forward to my next visit here!

Love the Macarons but the employee was not masked and breathing all over the Macarons. I would expect such a high end food product to have supervisors who mandate masking for the safety of the employees. We drove over so we could get a break from Rona and that's what we ended up with

It was my first time to order and had it shipped to my friend in NV..i didnt order a lot coz i wasnt sure what and how it would be like when delivered. I havent tried it myself either but my friend said they love it and it tastes fresh! Packaging was excellent too! Only problem was it got them guessing who sent it coz my name was not on the note...but that's ok..they enjoyed it and that's all that matters

I randomly found Chelles Macarons on yelp cause I was craving something sweet! This place was a little hard to find, but found this little gem hiding in the back. Each month there are different flavors ! The June Flavors were delicious! Not tooo sweet and the price was perfect! I enjoyed it very much I finished the strawberry cheesecake before I could take a picture

I loved this place. The macaron size is pretty large and it's soft and chewy. The macarons don't fall apart and crumble. My favorites are the salted caramel and fruity pebbles. I also tried the pina colada which it really does taste like a weird coconut. I didn't like it very much.

Mmmmm wow so flavorful and the texture of the macarons were perfect. I've tried it once at their location at the Dallas Farmers Market and it was not very memorable. However, the ones I had today from their Plano location were delishhh and very memorable. My favorite was their coconut, strawberry cheesecake and passion fruit. The coffee, pistachio, and green tea were nice as well. Can't wait to try their other flavors. May have to order a giant tower for the wedding. So good!!!

Four words - Vanilla Bourbon Ice Cream. That was amazing!!! It was my first taste of Chelle's and I loved it. I have given it 3 stars because I love Macaroons and though some of these are tasty, they don't compete with Sugar Ray's in Plano. I tried 6 different flavors: Italian Cream, Lemon, Lemon Berry, Lavender Honey, Cookies and Cream, and Strawberry Cheesecake. Italian Cream - had a weird texture and not a lot of cream. Lemon - had a more airy cream and very light flavor. Lemon Berry - was my favorite. Very good lemon flavor. Lavender Honey - very unique taste and was like biting into a lavender candle. The lavender was overbearing to me Cookies and Cream - little to no flavor Strawberry Cheesecake - I could taste the red dye. But the flavor was pretty good. Texture was perfect. The creams were smooth and..... well creamy. Nice light almond taste in all of them. I just prefer more balanced and even robust flavors.

Best Macarons I've Ever Tasted! I've tried macarons a few times in the past and, frankly, just never understood what the big deal was. My wife and I were getting a veggie burger across the strip mall from Chelles and she decided to run over there and get a half dozen of different varieties. They were amazing! I honestly never imagined macarons could be so good! We tried Lemon, Chocolate, Cookies and Cream, Salted Caramel, Pistachio and Strawberry. They were all wonderful!

Obsessed. Been visiting for over a year, and they always have some nice flavors available. Consistency is always on spot. No complaints, unless I come outside of business hours!! Check out their Dallas-Farmers Market location: cute, may have different flavors, places to sit down (food court).

Always fresh and available! They have other variety of pastry, too! Aside from macarons, I love the ice cream they have. All in all, a very nice and neat little place nearby Plano. The batch I got was kind of dry and stale , not sure if it's just an old batch ! Was disappointed as they had so many good reviews !

1st we had the cupcake craze, then we moved to cake pops, then back to cupcakes, then gourmet popcorn, then back to cupcakes...now I think macarons and speciality popsicles are battling for the #1 spot on the cool treats list. I'm darn happy about it too; I could eat a bazillion macarons and be oh so happy. Look for the Jersey Mike's off 75 (West side) - Chelles is right next door; find the Craft Kitchen sign (love the kitchen's concept too) and you're there. Vanilla bean was the winner followed by the salted caramel. They didn't have as many flavors out as I thought they would - I really wanted pistachio and vanilla bean (favs) so I'm glad I got to try the vanilla. I also tried the raspberry cheesecake (I think) and a coffee. Specialty price point: $11 for 6 macarons. Give them a whirl.

Fairly decent macarons! I liked that they had many flavors to choose from. Price was reasonable for a dozen. Definitely makes good afternoon snacks!

I love a good macaron, I previously ordered from another online company, and had a horrible experience ending with the cookies in the trash. So seeing Chelles, I was thrilled! The order experience was good, and delivery was quick, but the cookies were hard to chew, like overbaked, and the filling was like butter. Unfortunately I will not be returning.

This place is such a gem! It was hidden but we found it (: There was a woman and a man and both were very accommodating and kind. 6 macarons for $12 A dozen macaroni for $20 was well worth the price. They were fresh and yummyyy The place wasn't fully decorated or "ready" for opening, but who cares, as long as I get my macarons! They aren't that small, pretty sizable actually, so I was satisfied with that! The woman was making macarons (there were tons of them) There were 6 flavors and so I got 2 of each. I thought the rose and the guava/grapefruit flavors were a bit weird tasting.. but the vanilla, as lame as it sounds, was pretty good! My favorite was pistachio, it was pretty strong! The freshness lasted a couple of days so it was good, just make sure to keep them in the fridge!

What a cute and delicious find! My favorite flavor that I tried was the cookie dough. Most of the options are gluten free due to being made with almond flour vs. wheat.

Absolutely amazing!! Some of the best macaroons I have ever tasted. I went to the kraft kitchen the first time and got a sample pack. I had never had macaroons and had no idea what I was doing or what the flavors were like. The lady explained what they were and their flavors. I was skeptical about trying the passionfruit and key lime ones they had that day because I am a very picky person but they were awesome! I checked this place out on a recommendation from my friend (whom I happen to be the maid of honor for) and was looking for a party favor for her shower. I emailed Chelles and they worked with me to come up with a quantity and price that worked for me. Even after me emailing four different times to change the quantity, she updated and sent a new invoice almost immediately and was incredibly understanding which I am very thankful for. The best part? They created a custom flavor/color for my friend's bridal shower! It was a Tiffany theme and we came up with "mac packs" of one Tiffany blue colored one and a white one. The white was vanilla bean and the Tiffany blue was Cinnamon. Honestly, the Cinnamon ones were my favorite ones that I have had from there and I wish it was a permanent flavor. It was phenomenal and the vanilla bean was amazing as well. The favors were a hit. If I had any complaints whatsoever, it would be that there needs to be a location or better yet a store front in Frisco where I live so I can go more often! I have tried other places closer to where I live and they don't even begin to compare to Chelles.

Chelle's macarons never fails me!! Her macarons are so good and the ganache is perfect. I took the macaron apart and it was moist inside and you could tell it was fresh. The ganache taste's exactly as the name of the flavor says. If it is green tea macaron, the filling taste's like green tea. The flavors I enjoy are Rasberry and Vanilla. Even though they are a bit pricey, the quality of the macarons exceed the ones of other locations. Also, she is super nice and you won't find any negative service at Chelle's! One thing that I recommend is that picking up the macarons is your best bet. This is because the Kraft Kitchen isn't that large. It has about 10 chairs in the place. Also, if you do want to stay, bring your own water. It is just in a pitcher in a fridge, I assume, provided by Kraft Kitchen.

My name is Cindy and I'm a macaronaholic! I finally found a great macaron at Chelle's! I'm talking about French macarons, not those amateur coconut blobs spelled with a "roon". A macaron is truly a work of art. Anyone who has ever tried to make them knows this. The meringue must be perfectly beaten, they must rest for the perfect amount of time, the ingredients must be weighed, not measured and baking time must be precise. They are quite finicky little bastards actually because even when professionals make them, they sometimes crack or don't get their feet. They are made with pure finely ground almond flour so they are naturally gluten free (for those who care about that stuff). I've been on a search for the best macaron since my craving was awakened after having some good homemade ones at a Christmas party. I tried 5 other places and then YELP led me here! I walked in and instantly knew the place was legit when I saw a bag of Callebaut cocoa on the counter. As a baker it's nice to see they are using the best of the best ingredients. Also, Chelle's uses what I believe is a French buttercream in their macarons so they aren't overly sweet. This means you can eat way more of them! The vanilla bean is exceptional and my favorite hands down but be sure to try some of their other fun flavors too like strawberry cheesecake and fruity pebbles. The cookies come in very cute long boxes which would make a great gift (although I would never share). Once you get hooked you'll wonder if you can afford the habit. They may seem pricey for $21 a dozen but that's less than most places who deliver such a high quality, labor-intensive product. Keep an eye out for occasional group-ons though. Chelle's has won me over! I am officially known there on a first name basis! Ask Joseph to help you out with flavor recommendations! He's really friendly and helpful and would never judge you for visiting often! ;)

So this place is my tummy obsession with these macaroons. I heard about these from other yelpers and this did not disappoint. I had the vanilla, salted caramel, mint chocolate, passion fruit and black sesame. The vanilla and black sesame were excellent so much so that I had to go back the next day for more. They have a storefront in Richardson. They also sell at farmers markets around Dallas. The service was really nice and helpful. I can't wait to try the other flavors.

I spend a fare amount of money at this place because the product is good. I went in this afternoon to make a large purchase for a birthday celebration, but decided to walk out because Joseph Gonzalez, the pastry chef decided he was going to chastise us for taking free samples without asking. The sign clearly stated free samples There was nothing else that stated you had to ask permission. I'll never buy from this company again. Their customer service is non existent. Perhaps it's because the young kids running the place have no experience with how to treat their customer base. I do not recommend!
