Yukhoe Bibimbap(fresh cow meat bowel with rice) restaurant located in Jinju Jungang Market. It is a place with a long history about 100 years.
Overall, they provide a high standard of food. Yukhoe Bibimbap is a taste that you can eat without feeling burdened. I recommend grilled bulgogi to anyone who doesn’t like raw meat.
There aren't many seats, so you may have to wait on weekends.

This restaurant was famous for Bibim-bap with minced beef furthermore, recently a few columnists introduced this cuisine on TV so not small people would have visited here. I was also one of the visitors. The tastes of the Bibim-bap was not great than I expected after watching on TV. I can say just so so and it was not special and unique I have ever tried. However, soup with Sunji came with the main dish was good flavor. I don't think so that the tastes and value of it was not great and there is no any parking lot. If you want to try for Bibim-bap with minced beef at this restaurant, please think your time and money once again.

Keep in mind; this is a very white, westerner review. For all I know, the bibimbap was absolutely scrumptious. To us, meh just ok. Tolerable perhaps. But if you love traditional korean, likely this place is awesome. Good portions, cool tea, sides, and beef soup (of some sort). Appreciate the experience.

If you love blood soup and raw meat, then this is the place for you. The kimchi is traditionally well aged and even some of my Korean friends don't like it. Very popular with tourists who want to try famous traditional Jinju Bibimbap in a traditional restaurant. Behind the small group of tables are small rooms where you can eat sitting on the floor.
