Extremely disappointed with the lack of transparency regarding additional charges. The hotel failed to inform us that using ICT equipment would come with unexpected and exorbitant fees, adding unnecessary costs to an already overpriced stay. On top of that, the staff was unaccommodating and indifferent to our concerns, offering no solutions or assistance when we raised issues. The overall experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and left me feeling taken advantage of. Hidden fees, poor customer service, and a total disregard for guest satisfaction make this hotel one to avoid.
