I like about this place is beside that it is clean and cosy, my mom and I were able to stay here without booking first.

What I like about this place is beside that it is clean and cosy, my mom and I were able to stay here without booking first. We still got the best view on the balcony, and they have complete amenities. It was a last-minute decision because we couldn't find a place to stay anymore because all the hotels are full. We were lucky that this place still has available rooms. Maybe people haven't discovered this place yet. When you go there, your first impression is that maybe it is expensive or maybe it is not a hotel but a big mansion. No, it is not a house or a mansion. It is a hotel where you and your family can stay. Don't be intimidated by what you see at first glance. I thought the same thing too, but it is affordable, and the place is really great. They also have a pool, unfortunately I did not bring with me my swimsuit because I was not aware that they have a pool area inside.

I had the chance of staying almost two months in Cheradel Suites and I have only good words to say about the staff, restaurant and accomodation. The only thing that I observed is that the room furniture is old and needs to be changed. A little bit of repainting in the rooms will be fine also.

Extremely disappointed with the lack of transparency regarding additional charges. The hotel failed to inform us that using ICT equipment would come with unexpected and exorbitant fees, adding unnecessary costs to an already overpriced stay. On top of that, the staff was unaccommodating and indifferent to our concerns, offering no solutions or assistance when we raised issues. The overall experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and left me feeling taken advantage of. Hidden fees, poor customer service, and a total disregard for guest satisfaction make this hotel one to avoid.
