Cherish hotel

this hotel is on a safe, walkable, and quiet street near very trendy stores! we were immediately greeted by Qúan/Charlie (bellman) who took our luggage into the lobby, where we were given fresh POG juice, and all the way up to your suite. this hotel was the only one willing to accommodate our request for a box and tape to pack our souvenirs. the hotel and suite was decorated in a vintage French colonial style with modern aspects. very appropriate for Hue! beds are very comfortable and this bathroom is the most Western style we have come across in our travels and CENTRAL AC!! wifi is also very strong and separate across the lobby and each floor individually. continental breakfast was the best we have had so far and has a wide variety of fresh foods, including house made yogurt (MUST TRY especially for settling your stomach). all of the staff was well mannered and very helpful. Qúan went above and beyond to help us find áo dài and a taxi to take us. please remember to to tip the helpful and DESERVING staff.

Cherish hotel is in a great location, near to the very busy and lively night restaurants. Also close to the market and Imperial Citadel. The staff were more than helpful, polite and very friendly. The room was a reasonable size with a small balcony, the bed was firm and the pillows were nice and soft. Had to be careful stepping in and out of the bath to have a shower. Breakfast was good with a huge selection of fruits, small goods, eggs your way, pastries, fruit juice, tea and coffee.

A very good hotel because when you be arrive they have a very good introduction off the hotel, nearby activities, a map off the city and they give a summerie of citadel, river etc. The room very clean and good for the price you pay. Specially i like the spa from hotel the Hotstone sesion because we have bad weather at that time. Breackfast was good.|Only one thing i less like the room 9 stock under restaurant was noissy in early morning you must ask for other stock.|All by all for this prize a good choice.

We stayed at Cherish Hotel when we were in Hue. Our stay was only short, but all the staff we encountered was very friendly and helpful. The room we stayed at was as described and the location was close to restos, convenience stores, atm and Hue Imperial Palace. The breakfast buffet also had a good selection of Western and Vietnamese cuisine. We really liked the strong Viet coffee the resto staff made us for breakfast. We recommend this place! The view from the 11th floor resto (where the breakfast buffet is) was also very good!

We had a comfortable stay. The room was quite large. The overall hotel is a little dated but is clean. The staff are very friendly and responsive. A buffet breakfast was included, which was delicious with a lot of variety to interest many tastes. The top floor dining area gives you some nice views of the neighborhood.

This recent stay was (I think) my sixth at this hotel. This is the only hotel I want in Hue.||There is much to like about Cherish Hotel, but the very best is the staff. There aren't sufficient words to describe how wonderful they are. Ms Tran Cam Nhung in sales, Serena at the front desk, massages by Tien and Amy with Nana as receptionist, Lisa and Mary and Thanh at the breakfast buffet with a view of the city. The housekeeping staff is cheerful and helpful, as is the entire staff. I love being here because everyone is so nice.||The hotel is in an excellent location with restaurants, a mall, ATMs, and everything else I need. The buffet breakfast is tasty and attractive to the eye.||Already I look forward to my next visit.

We stayed here for 2 nights. We booked a Deluxe city view room without a balcony, but when we checked in, the receptionist upgraded us to a better room, which was larger and had a balcony, free completely. The hotel was very clean as I expected (cleanliness is the most important condition when I book a room). - Although it was located right on the main road, it was very quiet, when you close all the doors, you won't hear any traffic outside - Very good location: convenient to get to most of the tourist attractions, and a lot of the restaurant nearby - Staff are so friendly, enthusiastic, and willing to help whenever I need - Breakfast was perfect, with many delicious and very clean food options including local food and western food. I like all the food here and I tried all most of the food, hahaha - The hotel provides free bicycles, we were given 2 very comfortable and useful bicycles during our stay There was small minus point: - sometimes there were some super small cockroaches in the bathroom, which is completely understandable because the building was built a long time ago, so it is ok if small cockroaches to crawl out from the cracks in the wall. It wasn't a big deal for us. - The soundproofing of the rooms inside the building is not very good, I can hear the room next door talking very loudly. Overall great value for money, we will stay here whenever we return to Hue city.

My stay at the Cherish Hotel was definitely one of the best experiences I have had in years of travel. All the staff were very friendly. Especially one of the hostess at the front desk named Thu. She took the time to make sure I had everything I needed. She helped with booking tours and restaurant recommendations. She made my stay very special through her warm and caring attitude.|I enjoyed the breakfast buffet almost every day of my fifteen day visit. The variety of fresh fruit was the highlight of my morning meals. I used the laundry service twice and was very satisfied. The room was spacious and well appointed. The view from the balcony on the 9th floor was expansive. The bathroom was modern with great water pressure and good hot water.|The location in Hue was perfect for someone who enjoys walking. I wandered and found many delightful restaurants and shops all in an easy 30 minute range of walking. The Citadel and Dong Ba Market were easy walks with pedestrian paths on the bridges to make the trip more comfortable.|I will be back next year and look forward to another long stay at the Cherish Hotel.
