Cherish hotel

I have stayed at Cherish Hotel about 6 times for a total of almost 20 nights. The reason I return again and again is the staff. Serena, supervisor at reception desk, is kind and cheerful and helpful, and speaks excellent English. Mary and others in the restaurant go out of their way to assist the guests in countless ways. In the spa, the massages by Amy and Tien are excellent and receptionist Nana is always smiling and helpful. All of the staff seem like old friends. Next year I definitely plan to return again.

What a lovely hotel. Only stayed one night, wish it could have been more. Staff extremely courteous and helpful. Room was spotlessly clean and very quiet. Breakfast had a huge choice, fresh, delicious and very satisfying. Highly recommend this hotel.

We chose Cherish hotel from the previous great reviews they’ve been given. It did not disappoint - we wish we were staying longer! Warm and friendly staff made us so welcome especially Serena, Khi and Quan. Spacious room with city view, good sized pool with shade. Extensive breakfast - I recommend you try the pancakes! A perfect stay.

Stayed for three nights. Arrived early, but still checked in no problem. Very good breakfast, comfortable room, quiet location, that's close to everything. Will definitely stay again. Staff were great too.

We stayed here for 2 nights. We booked a Deluxe city view room without a balcony, but when we checked in, the receptionist upgraded us to a better room, which was larger and had a balcony, free completely. The hotel was very clean as I expected (cleanliness is the most important condition when I book a room). - Although it was located right on the main road, it was very quiet, when you close all the doors, you won't hear any traffic outside - Very good location: convenient to get to most of the tourist attractions, and a lot of the restaurant nearby - Staff are so friendly, enthusiastic, and willing to help whenever I need - Breakfast was perfect, with many delicious and very clean food options including local food and western food. I like all the food here and I tried all most of the food, hahaha - The hotel provides free bicycles, we were given 2 very comfortable and useful bicycles during our stay There was small minus point: - sometimes there were some super small cockroaches in the bathroom, which is completely understandable because the building was built a long time ago, so it is ok if small cockroaches to crawl out from the cracks in the wall. It wasn't a big deal for us. - The soundproofing of the rooms inside the building is not very good, I can hear the room next door talking very loudly. Overall great value for money, we will stay here whenever we return to Hue city.

Great experience, friendly helpful staff . Only stayed one night but experience was impeccable... I struggle to think of even one flaw. Location is great .

We stayed at Cherish Hotel when we were in Hue. Our stay was only short, but all the staff we encountered was very friendly and helpful. The room we stayed at was as described and the location was close to restos, convenience stores, atm and Hue Imperial Palace. The breakfast buffet also had a good selection of Western and Vietnamese cuisine. We really liked the strong Viet coffee the resto staff made us for breakfast. We recommend this place! The view from the 11th floor resto (where the breakfast buffet is) was also very good!

Excellent hotel and service in the middle of Hue. We were warmly welcomed and on an early departure we were provided our breakfast as a packed meal due to being unable to make breakfast times. Wonderful service and highly recommend.
