"This “inn” harkens the Wild West—but in a re-imagined boutique way, with furnished glamping teepees, outdoor clawfoot tubs, and gourmet breakfasts—all surrounded by vineyards. What Cherry Wood lacks in conventional hotel amenities, it makes up for in other ways, like the working farm with horses. The farmers and cowboys running this joint are all part of its charm, and learning about the Yakima Valley from the ranchers guiding the winery by horseback tours is definitely worthy of accolades." - Jenna Scatena, Allison Williams

It was a wonderful stay in a beaitiful setting. The horses in the fields, farm land all around, and the ranch style decor in the house was stunning. We had everything we needed, even an outdoor BBQ under a covered patio for our evening meal, and a patio table on the open front deck to enjoy our tea ( a lovely assortment of coffee and tea was provided) in the morning. Cherry was a delightful hostess, quick to respond to our inquiries about availability and booking.|Would be a fun adult family vaca location with three bedrooms and close to the local wineries.

Wonderful gem! We had a great time, the twilight tubs were the highlight, the bed was more comfortable than home! Pepper is warm and inviting, look forward to staying again next year.

My husband and I spent two nights at Cherry Wood this past weekend and had a wonderful time. The teepee we stayed in was spacious and clean. There was a great fire pit and comfortable swing overlooking the cherry orchards. Both nights we spent time in the Twilight Tubs right at sunset. Everything was sparkling clean and well maintained. The highlights though by far were the delicious breakfasts and the wonderful hospitality. Each morning coffee was set out before breakfast so we could enjoy a cup while looking at the scenery. The food each morning was out of this world. I'm not big on egg based tarts, but the second morning Pepper cooked a corn tart that was truly amazing. Pepper was also a great host - so friendly and so helpful. My husband and LOVED our time there and could not recommend it more. We will definitely head back there next year.

This place is amazing!! The staff, food, rescued horses, teepees, outdoor tubs/showers, wine tasting, s’more making and coyote howling! What an awesome experience. Pepper (the owner) is so sweet and makes sure your stay is pleasant. My hubby and I took the “limo tour” and went through orchards to a few different wineries. |Pepper also made sure my food allergies were to my need and altered recipes! She made some AMAZING zeppoles for breakfast as well as a yummy fruit dish and a breakfast burrito. We felt spoiled:) |The teepees are decorated so well and it was such a cozy stay. The bed is SO comfy and she also had a heated blanket in case we got chilly. |We are locals and I’m so sad I haven’t visited here before! Definitely will be heading back and recommending to all our friends and family. |

What a wonderful experience! My husband and I came to stay for our anniversary and this will be one we never forget 💕. Peppers hospitality and knowledge of the area were fantastic! It went above and beyond our expectations, not only with amenities provided, but with the absolute care and attention to detail! You can tell they love all of their horses and show the same love to their guests! I would highly recommend to anyone wanting a calming and serene experience!

Pepper, the owner, is wonderful! We learned about her horse rescues and made the stay that much more meaningful. The accommodations were very comfortable. They remained cool at night and we stayed dry despite a thunderstorm the second night. Breakfast was a true highlight! Some of the best breakfast I’ve eaten!

It was a very nice experienced with friends to stay in Teepee tent - we called it Deluxe camping. It's cold at night and early morning but we managed it very well with a bonfire, having our barbeque dinner outside then soaked to the twilight tubs and check and count the stars. Pretty awesome experience. Pepper and her husband and their daughter Tiffany was a great and very helpful host. On top of the Teepee experienced we join the Wine tour with other guests riding the limo ( convertible limo). The breakfast was so delicious and healthy. Pepper and Tiffany's assistant (our limo driver and the cook) was so helpful and kind. When we're leaving, Pepper showed us their orchards and vineyards. Also their horses. After explaining to us how to be an Apple or Pears or Cherrypickers, we realized how hard the job is. We salute our fruit pickers and our local farmers too.

Well, I have to say that the experience of staying at Cherry Wood is one of the most relaxing and fun places that my wife have ever visited. Pepper is an absolutely fabulous host. Every detail was perfect - from the teepee itself with wonderful foam top bed to the decor. Cherry Wood is a mix of rustic to upscale. The breakfast on the veranda was gourmet. Pepper is as adept at cooking as she is with her rescue horses. We took the horseback vineyard tour with Pepper and her daughter and had a blast. There is just something about riding through vineyards on horseback under a blue sky that is as calming as it is exciting. The wine tasting was fun (not enough to fall off the horse) and the lunch of wood fired pizza and roasted cheese stuffed peppers was enough to bring a satisfied smile to one's face! Watching the sun set over the valley and in the West over Mt. Adams and Mt. Rainer was more beautiful than any master could paint. Cherry Wood Bed, Breakfast and Barn is a must for anyone's bucket list!!!
