We have stayed at this hotel several times over the years, including four visits within the last twelve months. During the period when Laurent was General Manager, the standards were excellent and there was never a single reason for complaint. Our most recent stay, however, was unacceptable in every respect. Hygiene has severely declined, and service standards have dropped dramatically. Hair was found in the food three times, and during a private barbecue in our villa, a live worm was discovered in the salad. On several occasions, spoiled fruit was served, and the villa itself was full of insects and worms — absolutely unacceptable for a hotel claiming to offer luxury. Even the spa area, once a highlight of the property, showed signs of poor maintenance and hygiene. Treatments felt rushed, and the atmosphere no longer reflects the standards expected from a five-star establishment. In addition, staff often drive the buggies at dangerously high speed, creating serious safety concerns. The management has completely failed in its duties — showing neither competence nor accountability. Despite being informed repeatedly, no effective action was taken. We have reported the matter to the health authorities. There is no justification for such conditions in a hotel of this category and price level. Unfortunately, this place can no longer be recommended to any guest seeking genuine quality or safety.

I had an amazing stay at this luxury resort. The villa was incredibly spacious, beautifully designed, and offered complete privacy. It was so quiet and peaceful — perfect for a relaxing getaway. The private pool was massive, one of the largest I've seen in a villa, and made the experience feel even more exclusive. One of the highlights was arriving by the resort’s own seaplane, which made the journey unforgettable. Everything from start to finish was seamless and serene. Highly recommended if you’re looking for true luxury and tranquility.

Our stay in Cheval Blanc Randheli was honestly incredible. Everything started in the lounge, which is probably the most beautiful lounge we have ever seen. We were welcomed by Fary who was extremely kind and helpful, and from that very first moment we already felt that this trip would be special. The seaplane process was smooth, we didn’t wait long, and the staff took great care of us. The flight took around 45 minutes, and because we completed our check-in right in the lounge, we went directly to our villa on arrival which felt amazing after the journey. The villa itself is stunning. Spacious, elegant and just beautiful in every detail. It truly felt like home in paradise. Our butler, Mr. G (Gassim), made this experience unforgettable. He was always one step ahead of us, suggesting activities, helping us plan our days, and making sure we enjoyed everything at the right time. Thanks to him, we went snorkeling, we saw dolphins which is very rare, and explored the island in the best possible way. He was spoiling us with many surprises and we really don’t imagine our vacation without him. Food at the hotel was excellent every day. We want to say thanks to Caroline, who was responsible for wine and champagne choices, for her warm care and recommendations. Also to Rico and Leonel for their presence and hospitality throughout our stay. And Chef Charles for delicious treats. And one more highlight is Yen. If you come here, you absolutely have to try massage or yoga with her. It was the most memorable treatment of my life. Thank you to the whole Cheval Blanc team. ( and to my boyfriend, of course ) We stay at Cheval Blanc often and now Randheli is our favorite place of all. We will definitely return.

The incredible harmony of Cheval Blanc’s luxury with the Maldives’ magnificent sea and nature is truly unforgettable. The perfection of the hotel staff stands out. The variety of restaurants is impressive, and the food is delicious. It is truly a magnificent hotel in every respect. I have also stayed at resorts such as One&Only and Four Seasons Landaa Giraavaru in the Maldives. They were beautiful, but Cheval Blanc surpasses them in performance.

From the moment you arrive, the design and spacious villas make it clear this is more than just a place to stay it’s a true work of art. Every detail feels considered, and the dining is as impressive as the setting. Service is flawless, with staff recognizing you by face and remembering your preferences without needing reminders. The spa on its own island, the healthy restaurant, the beach club for snorkeling, and the fantastic kids’ club all add to the experience. A special mention to our butler Herakli, whose professionalism and care went far beyond expectations, making the stay unforgettable.

Definitely Randheli is the epitome of luxury, the villas are stunningly designed, both water and island villas; offered the best amenities and spacious indoor and outdoor spaces. Also what impressed us the most was the quality of service that the staff provided. The only issue we had was the overall taste of the meals being served at the 3 dining venues we had the chance to dine in: White, Deelani & Dyptique; the latter being the least favorite for us (the sushi rice was terribly prepared & the beef dish that my husband had was not appetizing). Overall we had an amazing stay apart from the dining experience. Thank you for the warm hospitality from all the stay we’ve had opportunity to interact with.
