Last minute booking in Feb. Booked directly in their website, left a note that we were arriving on an early flight from the states. Arrived and were kindly greeted and allowed to use a hospitality suite to freshen up, and they had our apartment ready to go super quickly (we were going to just drop luggage and get settled later). Apartment was AMAZING - location, views, clean, and perfect kitchen. Staff were incredible - helped make bookings, provided helpful information, etc. Will return!

The Cheval Three Quays is an amazing place to stay when visiting London. We have stayed there a number of times and the service and hospitality is unparalleled. The rooms are fully serviced beautiful modern apartments complete with amenities including laundry and kitchens kitchens. The lobby always has staff so no matter what time you arrive, there is someone there to assist. The location is perfect because of the proximity to Tower Hill Tube Station and the Thames River Ferries. It is especially great for family travel as both of these transportation options are fully accessible. The rooms with the view of Tower Bridge and the Tower of London are especially unique. Highly recommend. Special thanks to Lorraine and Pavel for an exceptional stay.

Have now stayed here a number of times for short visits into London and I consider it is probably my favourite place to stay.|We have done the one bed room overlooking the Tower the one bedroom in the centre looking to the Shard and lucky enough on a couple of occasions to stay in the 2 bedroom which in my experience had the most amazing views of the Thames Tower Bridge at Night HMS Belfast and the Shard from the Balcony. |On this occasion it was a return to the one bedroom located in the centre and facing toward the Thames and Shard. If we hadn’t seen the view from the 2 bed the 1 bed is pretty impressive see photo.|Rooms are really tastefully decorated and spacious with nice balconies and it’s nice having a lounge kitchen and separate bedroom. |Concierge Desk always has a pleasant greeting and very helpful.|Location brilliant for pier to hop on uber boats and for attractions of Tower and easy walking to Borough Market on other side of River.|Nearby tube at Tower Hill. |We usually go over road in morning and bring back breakfast. There are a few outlets nearby and a bar restaurant just outside. |Love it here which I could stay more often and just relax and enjoying the views.

Loved the room, nice view towards the river and HMS Belfast. Location: basically opposite the Tower of London, which is great when visiting the tower, however other than that, it’s far from other attractions/ facilities. There are several coffee chains, and one restaurant nearby. One issue we had was the room was not serviced in the 3 nights we were there. We personally requested it, the housekeeper nodded while rolling her eyes up!! She still did not clean the room!

Amazing barely covers this place! After having issues with a previously booked hotel, we were blown away by the last minute accommodation, consideration and above and beyond customer service provided by the staff in ensuring we were looked after. The room was luxurious, spacious and beyond what we were expecting as a last minute booking. I cannot commend the staff enough for their light heartedness, their good sense of humour and compassion. I would highly recommend for an extremely positive experience.

We enjoyed our stay at the Cheval Three Quay. The location was great with easy access to Tower Hill or Monument stations and walking distance to Tower Bridge, London Bridge, Borough Market, etc. The river view room is over the top with a full kitchen, laundry room, living room, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. A great space for a family of four and an excellent way to save money from eating out and traveling. Being able to do laundry is a game-changer; we didn't have to carry as many clothes. I highly recommend staying here for long-term vacations.

Beautiful modern apartment/hotel. We loved this place. Very new and modern/upscale. Very nice view of London bridge. Very close to Tower Bridge. Rooms/kitchen bathrooms all very nice. Have to uber about 20 min to main attractions like British museum. Lorraine at front desk was very helpful and kind. Highly recommend.

Stayed here many times and the staff really go out of their way to make this feel our apartment away from home. They are always welcoming, attentive and willing to go the extra distance. Lorraine, Dale & management team all deserve promotions. Highly recommend for their convenient location & king size beds.

Yelp
I had the opportunity to live here for several months and really enjoyed it. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful whenever I needed anything. The location is perfectly situated because it's close to the tube stops and you can take the Uber Boat anywhere in minutes. My flat came with a washer/dryer combo (which took some getting used to) and the full kitchen setup was nice. There was plenty of closet space, storage space, and the beautiful balcony views were my fav. Housekeeping came by once a week and they were just okay. I still felt the need to have my own cleaning supplies for when things were missed but they were always friendly and respectful. I felt very safe living here, walking around the area and the one time I noticed a domestic disturbance in front of the hotel, the staff checked it out immediately. I'd highly recommend staying here whether on the hotel side or corporate housing side.

Yelp
The service is great here and the rooms are spacious with kitchen, stove, laundry. The view of the tower bridge is amazing. The beds are very comfortable. Going in the summer would be good. Overall I would stay again but a couple of annoyances 1. There is no thermostat in the room - you have to call them to set the temperature. We came back after a long day and they apparently came in the room and shut off the heat and it took hours to heat the room (it's winter). After being out in the freezing cold in London, coming to a freezing apartment wasn't great. I understand it's probably to be more green, but it's still worth mentioning for an expensive apartment to be aware of this. 2. The room service is a joke. There is some third party service they offer and it's basically extremely slow restaurant delivery where the food will arrive cold. Just use Uber EATs instead. I'm amazed Cheval would risk damaging their reputation offering a substandard room service.

Yelp
I have stayed in plenty of places but Cheval There Quays (pronounced 'keys') was absolutely one of the nicest. There's a lot to say: First, the two bedroom we got was absolutely stunning. It overlooked The Thames on the kitchen/living room side and The Tower of London on the bedrooms side. Each bedroom and the living room had a patio which ranged from small to spacious. The night time view of the skyline was absolutely breathtaking! The evenings almost always ended with a hot tea or cocktail on the patio taking it all in. It really was an amazing location. The bedrooms are comfortable, modern, and spotlessly clean. (Legitimately these were the best maintained and cleanest hotel rooms we have ever stayed in.) The shower was amazing - you'll see! The beds were comfortable. The couches are perfect. There was even a full laundry room and small desk for my daughter to work on her college papers. I know these seem like small details but truly, that is what sets a world class place apart from the rest. The full kitchen was well laid out and had all the basics for making food in the room and dining comfortably. There were four of us and enough dishes for us all - I don't remember but it does r matter, and they brings us to the second thing; The customer service was absolutely top notch. Friendly, informative, seemingly always available, and in a great mood, we're always there. Should you need extra dishes, or coffee & tea as we did, they are there instantly. When asked for local references or advice they were very knowledgeable and helpful. The housekeeping is spot on and timely. The location feels secure and safe. It was a perfect place to spend a week in The City of London with a few minutes walk to the Underground or necessary bus stops. I really cannot tell you highly enough how mu recommend this for your stay. I am highly confident that if you stay at Cheval Three Quays you too will fall in love with this hotel as much as we did.

Yelp
Amazing staff, great location and excellent accommodations! We stayed here for a week in a 2 bedroom suite and had a superb experience. You absolutely get what you pay for at Cheval Three Quays and the attention to detail is first class. Pros: Location in the City of London, superior accommodations, attentive staff and in room laundry. Cons: I can't think of one! Thank you for an amazing trip!

Yelp
I work for a London based insurance company and travel here somewhat regularly. I have stayed at several of the hotels in the area - Apex, Grange City, Grange Tower Bridge, and the dreaded Doubletree. While I liked most, this surpasses all local hotels in so many ways. Space: I much prefer having a while apartment than just a room. Who likes eating room service in bed in a cramped hotel room with no table? Not me. I liked that I could make my own breakfast and eat take away food at a table. I like having space and feeling more at home. Luxury: well appointed with all the right touches! View: to die for! River view that was gorgeous day and night. Location: 5 minute walk from my office and many restaurants. Right outside Tower of London and close to Tower Bridge. If you are a tourist you may find this area to be boring. But it is perfect if you are on business in the insurance district. Price: this trip, the Cheval was cheaper than all other hotels in the area. GBP 215/night which is reasonable for this area. The exchange rate is favorable to the dollar so this is a great deal! Bonus: they don't break into your room while you're sleeping like they do at the Doubletree!! Also there is security that requires you to use your key fob to get in the building and get to the residential elevators, along with a front desk staffed 24 hours/day. Feels very safe!!

Yelp
AMAZING location, amazing flats. Full kitchen, well-equipped, even includes washer/dryer, which allows travelers to pack lightly. So perfectly located right next to the Tower of London and transport via Tube, DLR, bus, and Thames Clippers. Plenty of restaurants nearby, along with grocery options within 5-10 min walk. Super-clean, air conditioning available, amazing Arran products provided. They even provide eggs, bread, milk, coffee, jams, and fruit when you check in. Breakfast "at home" before sight-seeing is so convenient. Cannot fault anything except the variations you will see in the floor plans from the photos they post - some units have significantly larger balconies than others, so ask ahead if this is important to you - ours barely had space to even get outside, much less enjoy being out there, especially as the best view was only accessible from one of the bedrooms. Again, would stay here again and again, budget permitting. There is nowhere better.

Yelp
After a long time living and now regularly visiting London, for family and I this is our perfect place and we enjoy every visit. Stunning views of the south bank and close to all the amenities you could need to thoroughly enjoy London. The staff are thoughtful and genuinely seem to enjoy helping fulfill questions and requests.

Yelp
Wow!!' This hotel is AMAZING! The view of Tower Bridge is so amazing - it is so worth it to book a room with this view. The staff was welcoming and kind. It was truly a pleasure to stay here, and my whole family wished we could stay longer. It's like the best of both worlds - the space of an Airbnb (we are a family of 5 and booked a two-bedroom room plus a rollaway bed) combined with the service of a high quality hotel. If we ever get the chance to come back to London, we'll most definitely be booking here again. I highly recommend this fantastic hotel.

Yelp
I can't say enough how much I love this hotel. Great location, ridiculously nice apartment style rooms, and impeccable service. You are close to Tower of London and the underground and great access to walking around sites. I love this place, my go to for London! Worth every penny. Perfect for families, especially!

Yelp
I stayed at the Cheval Three Quays on a recent business trip to London. The hotel was honestly fantastic and far surpassed my expectations. Everything was high quality from the bed to the towels to the soap and shampoo. The room itself was fantastic with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and two balconies, a full kitchen and living room + laundry room. The balconies had a nice view of the river. The location was convenient as well, only a 5 minute walk to my office. I would highly recommend it.

Yelp
What amazing place! These luxury apartments are located directly in the heart of London you are minutes or a cab drive away from everywhere. Our beautiful room was facing the the Tower of London- the view was absolutely breathtaking. When you are traveling all over the world you want to be comfortable and feel at home away from home and that is exactly what this place provided for us. You have a full kitchen that comes with everything you need including fresh made bread from the local bakery; your own personal espresso maker; a French press along with the coffee and milk; you have a dishwasher but no need to clean because they have full 24-7 available maid service as well as a beverage service. We ordered a couple bottle of champagne cuddled up on the couch and watched a movie next to the amazing view of London. You feel like royalty when you stay here. Then you if you want to take a bath they have an epic jacuzzi size tube with top of the line bath products for you to soak in - they also have a rain shower and warm towel and robe hanging on the towel warmer for when you step out - YES I said a towel warmer!! If you want to grab a coffee before you head out to explore all the art museums queen palace amazing London architecture BELOW the upgraded luxurious life you have here are two cafes one called Pret A Manger and the other called PAUL - I preferred Pret a Manger; PAUL was old crowded with people with a ton baggage/luggage everywhere noisy small sized and the food looked good in pictures and in the display box online but once you have been there done that it turned out to be disappointing after a bite or drink - the drake song fake love came to mind lol ;) - so glad we have more choices because Pret A Manger was young fresh organic healthy large sized and everything that looked good was delicious from the coffee to the sandwiches to the fresh made pastries and there is also a Starbucks as well as to high end Italian restaurants nearby. Thank you Cheval Three Quays for the amazing stay and service our life was a dream there that I won't forget! We will be back on our next trip back to London!

Yelp
I stayed at Cheval Three Quays for a week and it was a perfect experience in London. The apartment was spacious and very modern and had beautiful views of Tower Bridge and was fully equipped with all amenities needed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was an easy walk to Tesco and to the Tower Hill stop on the underground. I would definitely recommend staying here! :)

Yelp
My husband took me to London for my birthday and it was our first time here. He arranged for us to stay here during our trip and we fell in love immediately with the space. It was so cozy and we felt right at home. The staff was absolutely amazing and attentive to our needs. I can't say enough how much we enjoyed our stay and we are actually looking into purchasing in the near future. Most def deserves 5 stars, the view is also a bonus as its sights are set direct towards the London bridge.

Yelp
My fiance and I have been staying here for temporary housing until our furniture arrives from the US. The place is extremely high quality and it shows. Personnel, too is very professional. I'm sure it's on the pricey side but given the high quality and amazing location right across from the Tower of London, I stand by my 5 stars!

Yelp
What an incredible stay!! More importantly, what an incredible staff. Accommodations were excellent but the concierge team was the best I've ever had the pleasure of working with. They went above and beyond helping us with at least one part of our planning every single day. They were available at every turn. There is not doubt they played a big part in the success of this vacation. One thing is for sure, this will be our home every time we travel to London!

Rhonda B.

Yelp
Our travel agent booked us in this hotel. While the views of the Tower Bridge were beautiful, there was a coldness to the place. Our two bedroom suite cost $1000 a night (plus $200/night in "taxes") and breakfast wasn't included or available (for one of the five nights, they provided us an "ingredient" basket so we could cook our own eggs). We realized the moment we got to the hotel that we didn't want to stay (besides our other misgivings our travel agent incorrectly told us that a continental breakfast was included), but the hotel refused to refund our money, basically holding us financially hostage for the whole five days. FYI, if you are going to London, this hotel is poorly located - it is the equivalent of staying near the South Street Seaport if you are in NYC. While the Seaport is a place you might want to see on your trip, you probably would want to stay in a more central location, especially at this exorbitant price.
