Chez Alain Miam Miam is probably the first place where I’ve ever ordered a sandwich and finished the whole thing without getting bored halfway. This was my first time trying a sandwich that actually felt full of flavor—especially from the meat and cheese.
What I love is how customizable it is. You choose your own fillings, and they’ll even let you taste the cheeses if you want. The bread is also perfect—soft, tasty, and not hard at all. Everything tasted fresh, from the veggies to the meat, and the cheese options are seriously good.
The place was packed, which honestly made me love it even more. Expect long lines, especially during lunch hours—people literally queue outside. I came about half an hour before lunch time and still managed to get a seat, but don’t come here expecting a cozy café vibe. Seating is basic, and it’s not the kind of place you sit and chat for hours. People come for one reason: the sandwich.
Verdict: insanely good sandwiches, worth the hype, and I’m 100% coming back the next time I’m in Paris.
