I would give zero stars if I could. The wait staff was the only saving grace. Last night, we were a 3 top. 2 adults and a one year old child. Our Server did an amazing job, he is not where my issue lies. Shortly after arriving and ordering a 6 top came in after us, same server. They received and almost finished eating their entire order before we got ours. Immediately after they got their order I hear who I assume is the Natty behind Natty B's asking about our order, which tells me they hadn't even started making ours. I gathered who she was from her interactions with patrons during our visit. My husband's wings sat up in the window waiting long enough to get cold for my daughter's kids meal to get done. My meal was last delivered. I had asked for a special request on the cheese fries, no green onions. Once I finally got my food the cheese fries in fact had green onions on them. I brought this to the attention of the server immediately. He took them back and returned a few minutes later with the same cheese fries, that someone had just removed the green onions from. Except the taste was still there and so were some green onions. Natty refused to come out to the table to even try to rectify her issues leaving it up to her Server. who said "I'm sorry I don't have control over what goes on back there" The person who did have control never came out the remainder of our stay despite being out to the dining room a few times prior to our entire order being forgot. We live just a few miles from this restaurant, have been without power for 80+ hours.. what a good way to treat your neighbors in need Natty B. The server did remove the upcharge of 3 dollars to make my fries cheese from my bill but I had to ask for it after I refused to eat the food they prepared wrong and then failed to rectify properly. I have never had my food sent back to the kitchen, the mistake picked off by hand, then given the same food back. I was honestly dumbfounded, it's a pretty big no-no in the food industry.
