We had low expectations of this place based off of the reviews but were blown away! We had lunch here and ordered the burrata, calamari, and a pizza with walnuts, figs, and goat cheese. They were amazing! The location is unbeatable and it’s classic slower French service. They have an English menu. Just don’t get the mojito it’s way too sweet. Would eat here again

Beautiful view and nice ambiance. The floor manager is so rude, I asked for a table he told me there is no availability. My friend asked 1 minute later and suddenly there is a table ! The food is average, you can certainly find better pizza in Marseille. You honestly pay for the view and not the quality. I would recommend going for a sunset drink and enjoying the scenery rather than going for a lunch/dinner.

Didn’t reserved a table but was allocated quickly. The food was great, had a salad and shrimps with a glass of wine. Was served promptly and the server Manolo was great and lovely. Would definitely come back!

Please don't let poor reviews from who knows where deter you from this lovely spot in the amazing Vallon des Auffes. The setting is simply charming and stunning at once. The staff is all quite welcoming - I ate alone, had no reservation, so they put me at a table inside. But this was fine, as the room was lively and fun. A few different people served me - one to explain the menu, one took a drink order, one my main dish, another told me to just pay directly at the cashier. My fish soup was about as perfect a version as I could hope for at a reasonable, not cheap price. I would return many times if I could. The panisse looked great, and were popular, and the pizza seems excellent. Lots of groups of friends, casual meals, drinks on the gorgeous terrace, etc. Yes, it is French. It is quick and slightly chaotic. All the better!

We had an amazing dinner as a family of 5. Our kids were treated so fantastic and had a great dinner. We were giving a real marseille food tasting experience from the drinks, and appetizers to the pizza. It was excellent. Thank you for making our last evening in Marseille so memorable.

Loved the entrecôte Tiramissu is below average (made with cream, and not mascarpone) Beautiful scenery and view. I would definitely come back

Price and performance not matching but it was worth for sunset. Bulots was chewy and gnocchi was overcooked

Stumbled upon this when looking for an inexpensive yet classy, quality meal. I have the traditional white fish stew - bouillabaisse. It was like a warm hug. The staff was kind and sent me off with a nice sip of lemoncello.

I come to marseille every September and I thought I would give this restaurant a try for the reputation to menu and the lack of attendance and acknowledgment and liquor, poor and Wine poor it was cheap and rude uncivilized

When arrive a Friday evening at 9h30 pm to have a dinner family. The waiters took 15min to drive us to the table. A chair was missing... The waiter, after I had to ask him, brought a chair without apologizing or looking at me. They took a long time to register our order. At a moment, a fork fell from the plate a one of the waiters and I grabbed it from the floor for him and he took it and didn't say a word, not even a look . The waiters are all in a bad mood. They were just there to touch they income and were not looking to obtain tips. However, the food is very good and the pizzas are excellent ! Fine for an italien restaurant ! The spot is exceptional, it is situated in a little port Marseille and the restaurants offers a panoramic view of it. The evening, it is so beautiful !

We arrived today and needed somewhere close to eat where we can walk to. They do have an English menu for you but the place is pretty good. They serve you bread alone with a glass container of water. We did not drink any wine but everyone around us had wine and seem pretty happy. The menu seemed limited in my opinion. The server was attentive and checked on us. Food came out pretty quick as well.

I wouldn't go here again. Pretty spot but the pizza was nothing special. The first dish (something with focaccia ?) I ordered was inedible and so I ordered a second entree - the melon and prosciutto which was delicious. I've never done that before.

The setting is romantic. The food is good and the service is so-so. But if you are in the neighbourhood, you should visit this.

Nice restaurant in Le Vallon des Auffes, a place to be visited in Marseille. Good pizza and seafood.

Village tranquillity in the heart of Marseilles Visit this place for the view, the atmosphere and the quality of the cuisine, all of which are exceptional. The service is a little unattentive, but you won't care! This little harbour is absolutely charming, and exceptionally quiet. you will love the beautiful seafood platters - very high quality food here. Pizzas and simple dishes also available. We had a wonderful lunch here, and sat alongside families, couples and travellers. After lunch, you might want to explore the coast a little, or walk along the corniche kennedy, perhaps descending to visit the malmousque with its little harbour and rocky inlets.
