Chez Noosa Holiday Apartments

My partner and I stayed in the beautiful Chez Noosa for 5 nights over the New Year period as a little vacation. Mark & Gary were so welcoming and friendly taking the time to really make sure we were settled and informed about the local area. The apartment itself was exactly as pictured, a clean comfortable space. The location as well was great, a 5 min to Noosa Junction, Sunshine Beach and a 10 min drive to the main area of Hastings Street. It was also well connected by the local Bus route! Overall would recommend this place to anyone passing through the east coast or travelling to noosa for a vacation.

We were welcomed warmly by our hosts Mark and Gary. Our room was sparkling upon arrival and we loved the homely touches of the dining table set and the range of local magazines and maps to plan our activities. The bed in master bedroom and the sofa bed in lounge were so comfortable it was like sleeping on a cloud. Highly recommend staying at Chez Noosa any time of the year. Best of both worlds... the serenity of Sunshine beach locale and 5minutes drive to Noosa Junction and Noosa Heads. We look forward to returning to Chez Noosa again in the near future. Thank you!

This is the most perfect place to stay if you are looking for a lovely apartment in a brilliant location! The room was so clean and spacious, the free parking was great, and Gary and Mark were so helpful in recommending things to do and see while we were in Noosa. Very warm welcome at check-in. The two owners are extremely helpful and are happy to give information on activities in Noosa and other destinations. The apartments are furnished with style and attention to detail. Everything necessary for some beautiful days is available. The outdoor area is also clean and attractively designed. We gladly used the barbeque stations. A wonderful place to relax and as a starting point for exploring the surroundings.

Our stay at Chez Noosa in Sunshine Beach was nothing short of exceptional. Mark and Gary are truly top-tier hosts who completely redefine what great hospitality looks like. From the moment we arrived, their warmth, generosity, and genuine care made us feel instantly at home. It was the kind of welcome you never forget. We stayed for over a week while getting settled in Noosa, and they went above and beyond to make the transition easy and enjoyable. They were incredibly helpful, thoughtful, and kind, always happy to offer local advice or lend a hand. The room itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable, calm, relaxing space to come home to each day. The amenities were excellent, and the location is unbeatable, perfectly positioned to enjoy everything Noosa and Sunshine Beach have to offer. If you’re coming to Noosa and want a stay that combines comfort, cleanliness, a prime location, and truly outstanding hosts, Chez Noosa is the place to stay. We couldn’t recommend it more highly.

Mark and Gary were amazing hosts and made everything so easy. We arrived well before the official check-in time, and despite this, Mark welcomed us warmly, showed us around, and gave us great recommendations for breakfast and things to do. To our surprise, the room was ready much earlier than expected — even before our scheduled check-in — which was such a wonderful bonus and made our arrival stress-free. The swimming pool was beautiful, calm, and completely private. At check-out, Mark was incredibly kind and allowed us to leave our luggage at the apartment until later in the day before our evening flight. Highly recommend — we’d happily stay again!

I recently stayed at Chez Noosa Holiday Apartments for a couple of days. A lovely resort with super friendly owners that recommended a number of amazing restaurants and hikes. The accommodation was great, I had a huge smile on my face the moment I walked in the apartment. The apartment was extremely clean and tastefully decorated with a full kitchen and large televisions in the lounge and bedroom. With landscaped gardens, a beautiful pool area, undercover security parking and just a few minutes’ drive to all the local attractions, beaches and restaurants, what more could you ask for.
