Chez Pierre - French Restaurant in Monaco with Bar

Marco, our waiter was very professional and accommodating. The restaurant lives up to the reputation, the food was delicious, the atmosphere was very intimate and relaxing. We left completely satisfied. Appetizers and entrees are true works of art, we love that it is family owned.

Absolutely perfect dining experience start to finish, head and shoulders above the nearby restaurant options. There is no debate - Chez Pierre is a must visit in Monaco. The restaurant was staffed by a family, and each member was incredibly charming and passionate about food and service. Every single course was outstanding and some of the best food we had in not just Monaco, but France. Seriously, every other diner seated with us had the same reaction and was raving about the experience. I hate to write this review and share this true hidden gem, but the family deserves all the recognition and I can’t wait to return.

Dinner and a show. The service here is beyond impeccable, the staff consists of a close knit family offering the best dining experience in Monaco. The food is phenomenal and the conversation with Chef and sons is equally enjoyable, with one of the sons containing a wealth of knowledge about local tradition and other tips about anything you can imagine. From the moment you walk in the door, you become part of the family with warmth and gracious hospitality.

Fantastic family-owned restaurant serving typical French food classics at affordable prices. FOOD We fell in love with the devil’s eggs for starters which were a real treat we didn’t know we’d enjoy so much. The carrot soup was super tasty and creamy. For main I opted for a classic steak tartare, guaranteed greatness. The fondant au chocolat was suggested to us by top waiter Marco and it was a fantastic way to finish off our huge lunch. STAFF/SERVICE This is main reason to come in my opinion. It’s understated, down to earth with the friendliest of families running this bistrot. Pierre the owner and father knows how to run his restaurant efficiently whilst making sure each customer is taken care of. Luca, the younger brother runs the bar which overlooks the entire bistrot while Marco serves and takes orders. The entire family’s chemistry is so complimentary that you are guaranteed to leave the restaurant with a smile. Shoutout to Marco for making us laugh throughout our meal and taking good care of us. Such a gem of a restaurant, a refreshing break from the luxury and obnoxious behaviors that surrounds Monaco. LOCATION Located in the mall, just to the right once you come down the escalators. Closed on Sundays. Very central location, right next to the Monte Carlo casino. CONCLUSION: HIGHLY RECOMMEND AND WILL RETURN NEXT TIME IN MONACO

Where do I start! Amazing restaurant, food is excellent. My husband and I went twice the same day. After having an incredible lunch, why not dinner as well!. We definitely will be back! I had been to many restaurants around France, Switzerland and Italy, and my husband and I agreed that this one was the best! It made our vacation better! Staff are amazing, Owner and Son are excellent! We definitely need your family, staff, and restaurant in FL, USA.

We visited Chez Pierre on our way through Monaco. There were five of us including one child. It was full but they made room for us and were so polite and kind. The food was the best we’ve had in Europe from the starter to the main course to the desserts. The bread service was so good too! We chatted with the owner and his sons. Wonderful people!!! Definitely worth the five stars! We can’t wait to come back for a visit to Chez Pierre.

Very friendly hosts and servers, restaurant is run by family it seems, they are very confident about their offerings, I really enjoyed my stay there. If you like to eat bland, food might be a bit salty for you, but rest of my group had no such issues. Rigatoni was great

A lovely restaurant in Monaco, tucked away in a shopping mall. Pierre and his sons were great servers. Fantastic service and great food. The pistachio crème brulé, and the chocolate dessert were amazing! A nice choice of vegetarian options as well.
