Lovely Yoga studio with friendly service and fun and challenging classes. I’m visiting from the US for a month and wanted to keep my fitness routine. This studio offers affordable passes and a variety of classes. I took a Vinyasa class it was great and challenging but in French. This isn’t a problem if you’re familiar with yoga poses and watch the instructor who was kind and warm. Building is a bit hard to find and there are TWO separate door codes to enter the space so plan an extra 10 minutes to get there and get the codes before hand as there isn’t a wall directory. Nice changing rooms and showers too!

The best Gym in Paris ; the vibe, the coaches, the attention to details... & Men are welcome as well! I love being part of this community! For a Pilates class, a tough Hyrox training, a Yoga class.. Chez Simone is for you.

This is an absolutely a one-of-a-kind place in Paris, where I have been lucky to discover it through ClassPass for sports classes. It is designed as an apartment and has multiple "rooms" where different types of classes take place (from yoga, to cardio, to dance). It is a bit of a challenge to find your way around when you arrive for the 1st time but once you've figured it out, I've been coming back religiously! You do have to try a couple of different teachers to find the classes you like & the timings of the classes (I'd for example suggest you to avoid the lunchtime yoga classes if you want something calm, for me it was too stressful). As it gets quite busy, you do have a queue to the showers in the mornings but what you do get are free towels and the most amazing products in the showers. All in all, it is one of my favourite sports studios in Paris!!! ❤️

Loved my experience here! The deco is really lovely and inviting, the big open spaces are breathable, the variety of classes and the concept/vibe are really original. There are showers, lockers, a kitchen, and a hangout area for coffee / tea / snacks. Memberships are not 100% limited to women if I’ve understood but I felt really comfortable there and apparently on Fridays you can hang out and co-work : SUPER CONCEPT! 🏆❤️ I think the prices are on point for the offering. Great value 👍 I took a class called “Résiste!” (Super name even if Americans dont get it) it’s a great concept if you need some cardio. I didn’t get a chance to check out the other classes but definitely will on a next trip. Salomé at the front desk was a doll and gave me the VIP tour, I really appreciated the time she took to show me around. I think any negative comments I’ve read were related to being late to class and denied entry… THANK YOU CHEZ SIMONE 🙏 I own a studio so sorry kids, but you should leave your hotel a little earlier if it’s your first class and you don’t know where to go?? It’s very easy to find via Google Maps. Again, loved the experience and would definitely recommend 👍

A nice studio in the center of paris. I did their hyrox session and it was really intense and I would suggest to go here if you are looking forward to getting in shape. The main drawback is that the studio is quite compact and also the changing rooms are very cramped up.

I was visiting Paris for a few days and a friend recommended I visit Chez Simone. Wow am I happy I did! I went to the BeBody Sculpt class with Lucy Borrie and it was incredible! The most fabulous blend of Pilates and strength training, but the atmosphere really made it special. The welcoming staff, cozy seating area, beautiful changing rooms, outstanding teacher, and a supportive group atmosphere. The scented eucalyptus towels at the end of class were also a huge plus! Highly recommend Chez Simone - I will be back!

I’ve been traveling for 3 weeks in Europe and came back for the second time to Chez Simone. I had a train to catch around 12pm and took an 8am (Oct. 18th) class so I checked out of my hotel and brought my suitcase with me to hold until I was done washing up after class. The tall blonde receptionist who checked me in was nice about it at first but then came to look for me in the locker room twice (persistent much?) while I was getting ready. The class ended at 9am and I had to wait 20min to use the showers bc of the line, just like last time. I had to wait to do my makeup and hair as well bc the stations were occupied and she came in around 9:30 then 10am to talk about my suitcase… the latter check up, she literally escorted me out saying that they had to close the studio bc they were going to clean. When I walked out of the locker room, there were still 4-5 girls who were just waiting and sipping on coffee… they were not even leaving. The receptionist let me to the front and said if I wanted to have a latte I can order but literally dragged my bag outside to the stairway (I followed obviously) the she closed the door on me. That really left a bad taste in my mouth and does not sit right with me. I don’t know what her intention was but it was very rude treatment.
