Chi, The Spa at Shangri-La Bangkok

A much-needed massage and spa treatment at Chi, The Spa was a wonderful experience. Their service is top-notch. The spa boasts a beautiful and tranquil atmosphere, rendering every moment of the massage really enjoyable! We all dozed off, not sure if we snore. 🤭

When staying at Shangri-La, Chi The Spa is a must. Just had a relaxing massage and my therapist Aom did an amazing job. The entire experience felt so relaxing and peaceful. My partner’s therapist, kitty, was great too! And the receptionist Miew was so welcoming.😊

Great experience. I went there for a 90 minutes oil aroma therapy massage. It all starts with a very warm welcome, a cold tea and some medical pre-information. The treatment rooms are fantastic, the therapist very well versed. Overall it was a truely relaxing and peaceful moment.

The reception staff were lovely. Khun Gig and khun Miew welcomed me with smile. Khun Bua was looking after me for the Aromatherapy session. Very soft hands and always asked if the pressure was ok. Highly recommended and will definitely come back.

My grandma (she’s 92!) and I had an aromatherapy massage here, and it was absolutely wonderful. Tha and Tua took such good care of us — they were gentle, kind, and really attentive. My grandma had been having some pain in her thigh before the massage, and afterward she said it didn’t hurt anymore! She was so happy. The reception team, Miwe and Phat, were also super sweet and helpful. They made us feel so welcome, included me in everything, and even called a car to take my grandma back to the main lobby after we finished. Everything about the experience was so relaxing and thoughtful — we left feeling refreshed and cared for. Highly recommend!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an exceptional experience at the hotel SPA having a Traditional Thai Massage! Gig at reception was welcoming and professional, helping me choose the perfect massage. My therapist, Pui, demonstrated excellent skills, adjusting the pressure as needed and focusing on tight areas, leaving me feeling rejuvenated. The calming ambiance and attention to detail bring me to highly recommend the experience!

Fantastic massage from Moji. Pressure was perfect. Anticipated needs and checked what I wanted. Massage was smooth and thorough, never robotic. Found all the knots in my shoulder and relieved all the aches in my feet (which they needed after all the walking I’ve been doing!). Only regret is not booking the longer one. Spa is serene and nicely appointed.
