Chi, The Spa at Shangri-La Bangkok

What a way to end my trip to thailand. I had a facial and head massage before my red eye to Seoul. It was incredibly relaxing, and I feel ready to take on a 25 hour travel day. This spa is more expensive than the street side massage/facial shops but worth every penny. My therapist was Bua and Gig at reception were both lovely. The only weird thing is trying to find the spa. It felt like a maze from the hotel lobby. Not sure if there’s an easier route.

We ve had a really wonderful relaxing time as 3 friends together on our last day in Bangkok, at Chi, Shangri-La s Spa. Our receptionist Gig and 3 therapists Bua, Tua and Pui took good care of us in 3 separate rooms. Calm, relaxing and bliss!!! With superb techiniques, heavenly skilful hands, excellent quality aroma oil, 90 minutes were almost too short. Thank you so very much!!!

Tha was the wonderfully skilful and kind therapist who gave me the most relaxing treatments today! A strong massage and relaxing facial were perfectly paired. Really the whole experience at Chi spa was perfect. The receptionist Miew was super attentive and professional too. Beautiful Spa And beautiful Service. Would highly recommend.

Khun Pui spa service was revitalizing she took good care of me even with my condition she stayed after her time to finish our 2 hour session. Tumeric body scrub was smelled to good my skin so soft and the facial I look like my skin went back in time. Meiw receptionist was able to take my last minute booking when the website said unavailable. Then she also took my last minute add on hour session. I hope to come back again, thank you.

We had the most wonderful massage experience at the Shangri-La Hotel Bangkok. The rose and honey massage was truly exceptional — soothing, nourishing, and deeply relaxing. I’ve had many massages before, but this was honestly one of the best I’ve ever experienced. The atmosphere was calm and elegant, the scents were beautiful, and every movement felt perfectly balanced. A very special thank you to our therapists, New and Kitty. They were incredibly kind, professional, and attentive throughout the entire treatment. They regularly checked in to make sure the pressure and comfort were exactly how we wanted it, which made the experience feel very personal and thoughtful. It was also extra special because this massage was a birthday present from my husband. The spa team surprised me with the sweetest birthday card and a lovely little gift to take home — such a thoughtful gesture that made the day even more memorable. We also want to thank Gig and Em at reception, who welcomed us so warmly and made everything smooth from the start. We left feeling completely relaxed, cared for, and genuinely grateful. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bangkok who wants an exceptional and thoughtful spa experience.

A much-needed massage and spa treatment at Chi, The Spa was a wonderful experience. Their service is top-notch. The spa boasts a beautiful and tranquil atmosphere, rendering every moment of the massage really enjoyable! We all dozed off, not sure if we snore. 🤭
