(09/25) The best views of the Taj Mahal. Period. And on top of that, the best coffee and cappuccino (Lavazza!). It’s the tallest building in the Taj Ganj area, offering a full 360° view from the rooftop. When you enter, take the staircase immediately to the right. Be aware: the entrance is shared with Joey’s Place, and their staff may try to redirect you to their own rooftop café, Hippy Bar.
The food here is delicious, and the service is excellent. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming—they even remembered us when we came back a second time! Don’t be discouraged by the occasional one-star reviews; many of those seem to come from local guests expecting five-star luxury service.
The only downside is the price, which is definitely on the higher side. We paid ₹1,100 for one curry with rice, naan, and two drinks, and ₹460 on another day for a cappuccino, chai, and water.
Still, for the best view of the Taj Mahal and the best coffee in town, it’s worth it.
