Lovely staff. Rooms well appointed. Plumbing is an issue. Needs a note in bathroom to advise that toilet paper goes into bin otherwise it blocks drain. Don't put room key near mobile phone as it stops it from working. They advise that you need to give a 5 star review for a free drink which skews the rating

Nice place to stay. Room: Clean and well maintained. No issues seen. Breakfast: Very good with a lot of items to choose from in the breakfast buffet. They also have an omelet station at the buffet. Hot water: No issues Air condition: Worked well and not noisy. I had forgotten my leather jacket in the wardrobe. Had called the property after about a week (Since I had travelled to a warmer place, I did had not checked / looked for my jacket till I was packing to go to a colder place. Hence, the week long delay in realizing that I had forgotten my jacket) later and they said they have it with them and I made arrangements for it to be collected. Thanks to the Hotel. Location: The location was good. Close to night food stalls and also street shopping. Safe to walk around at night. Cannot think of anything that was an issue during my stay at this hotel.

Struggling to give this 3 stars. Whoever wrote it's romantic is clearly a friend of the owner. This hotel has seen better days. It's off the main drag so it is quiet. Enough nearby if you want to stay away from the noise. That said, it is falling apart. It's tired and needs a lick of paint. Staff try their best I'd say. Overall, I'm sure there are better places to stay.

When I checked in this hotel looked promising - nice pool area, well equipped room. However the stay went downhill as the shower was cold, I found the bed too hard and was especially disappointed by the breakfast (no pastries/yoghurt/cereal/bananas/Nutella, and few options for the western palate. The sausages looked incredibly unappetising and I ended up eating only toast and some watermelon). Also there was no hand soap provided in the bathroom and the loo seat was broken (slid around when sat on!). Would not recommend.

Terrible hotel. Sleeping beds have terrible wheels and the springs stick against your body. The food in Thailand doesn't bother me at all. I eat 1 egg in this hotel and I immediately suffer from intestinal problems. Air conditioning not working. Booked a room with 2 separate beds. You get 1 bed, which also has wheels. Then you try to report this to the service desk, they do not understand you at all and do not try to solve the problem. Terrible hotel

It's a shame, because the hotel is just lovely, but the beds and pillows are extremely hard. Also our room has only one work available outlet, and one in the bathroom. And it's impossible to charge anything when you're out of the room ALL the electricity shuts off. The breakfast is nice, offering lots of options.
