Where have I been all these times!!!! I stayed at nearly hotel and ask hotel staff where Chiang Mai people go for breakfast. She recommended this market. This is where the local eats. So you should too. So many variety of local and central Thai dishes. The amount of dessert available for breakfast is a bit alarming, in a good way. Come and enjoy, can't go wrong

Very vibrant evening market. It can get quite packed around 8pm or so. There's a good variety of local foods. We tried the only store that was selling the saku sai moo. The owner was very friendly. Recommended multiple visits to this place to try all the foods!

We love the food from our long time friend Mr. Toom. He makes the best Kao Soi in Chiang Mai. We've been coming here for years, have tried numerous others and his is definitely the best. Just look for the nice man with the red hat. He'll greet you with a smile and maybe a song too.

The market is always wonderful. We enjoyed shopping, a massage, some sausages, and lots of rain. It was worth braving the bad weather. Bathrooms are 5baht.

Nice little food market. We had Pad kaphrow with pork, chicken and pork skewers, sticky rice, sweet potatoes and squash, papaya smoothy, fresh mango, a jelly-like dessert all for 206 baht. Lots of other tourists so vendors are very accustomed to travelers. Many Thai people too.
