Online pictures don't represent the actuality of the rooms. The rooms are run down, damaged, and ant-infested. We originally booked a room for a week stay, but we were less than impressed with the hotel so we booked another place nearby. Of course, they don't allow early check-outs and kept all of the week's tab. Room service even stole our items left in the room. The breakfast is overpriced leftovers. The pool is unusable. Hell, the place looks deserted most of the time, but they have the nerve to tell us that they only had 2 rooms left at booking. Our entire stay we only managed to see about 3 other couples/families. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STAY! There are much better, similarly-priced hotels in the area. There's even a few resorts a short drive away from this downtown action. The downtown area being the only reason to even consider staying here.

Everything in gym is broken, only things that works is 1 bike and dumbbells/barbell/ obviously. All 4 other machienes don't work and the treadmill + two bikesRestaurant/cafe wasn't open the 5 days I was there and all the ammedities are closed 24/7. Only used for show on the pictures Overall room is okay minus fact there is no hairdryer and water provided is very small. Pool is good but no towels provided and sauna is brokenVery creepy and deserted place, hundreds of rooms but only a few guests and only 1 member of staff at most for most of day Its okay for price but the creepy a**osphere and broke ammedities let it down so don't be fooled 2/5

The WORST hotel I have ever stayed at with the WORST customer service. The pictures online are very deceiving. The machines at the gym didn’t turn on and neither did the sauna. The hotel had a very eerie vibe to it. One day when we returned to the hotel the floor got dirty with our shoes. We used a hand towel to clean it. The next day when we returned we received a note that we had to pay 200 baht by 10 pm to replace the towel. At that point it was already 11 pm. We were willing to take responsibility for the dirty towel and pay. However, that same night the electricity went out when I was mid shower. I had to finish my shower in the dark and with cold water. Imagine doing that in an already eerie hotel. The next morning when we checked out the receptionist asked if we had received the note. I said yes and explained to him that we were no longer willing to pay it given the circumstances of last night. He ignored this. I then brought up that sauna that does not work and the phones. He asked me if I had asked anyone to turn it on. I said no because the phone by the pool is broken (btw there are no pool towels). He then had the audacity to ask me how we dirtied the towel when he was completely ignoring my comments about the light going out. When I explained he said that it was not my responsibility to clean that I should have asked someone to clean it. With what phone?!? The one in our room was broken. In the end he agreed to us not paying the 200 baht but it was only after I continued to implore him about the lack of basic amenities. It was unprofessional and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. On top of that the hotel sheets stank and all of the furniture was old and deteriorating.

It’s sounds like if u take the key bring it back now oh my they think I stole the hotel keys. They don’t asked around but they call guest first. I asked them if they asked around or check!!! He said no I asked u first. What a bully. Never stay at this hotel please you guys. What a big mistake at the end of this year 2023!!!!

Our church, The Gathering Church, celebrated Christmas at their Grand Ballroom on 16th December 2023. The staff accorded us every courtesy possible. Soft spoken, helpful, and friendly. They tried to supply us with props for our drama even though the requests must have been beyond their experience, haha. The stage was set up beautifully. Staff were on site throughout the event.

I stayed here a few nights in February 2023 and it was just fine. It was clean and inexpensive but it was an absolute ghost town (there was noo other guests in the giant hotel that I could see) and just one man at reception and one man in parking lot. And there was a white board that guests coold sign in the lobby and the last signature was from 2016! For suge a huge hotel it was kind of eerie but also kind of cool. Extremely quite which was really nice.
