Spacious room. Close to Kalare Night market. Some staffs don't understand english but that's not a problem. Check in /check out was easy. I will stay here again if I visit Chiang Mai.

A lovely, fairly small family run hotel between the east gate of Chiang Mai ‘Old City’ and the Ping River. The location is excellent. Within 10 minutes of the Warorot Market, flower market and Night Bazaar, major Buddhist and Muslim temples, and the River View Restaurant.|Simple, clean, quiet accommodations. All you can ask for in a low range hotel. There is a family run lovely café on the lower level and the hosts couldn’t be.

I liked it! HUGE ROOM, randomly no mirror in the bathroom but plants in the bedroom, you get water and towels, front desk is great, it is down an alley but worth the value. Shower water could be warmer but my friend across the hall had hot water.. guessing it depends on the usage. Please conserve your shower water for all of us 🥹

The hotel was near to night bazaar and ping river. Walkable distance to thae pae gate.
Rooms were clean and big.
Service could be better. Air condition was not wokring. They dint provide us water bottles even after asking. Most of the time there was no one at the reception to help.
Overall I would recommend to stay at this hotel.

I booked 2 nights there but i got a misérable, noisy room in another building in front of Chiang Mai Mansion (at Tawan Court). So don't trust the pictures on the website or Agoda, you could be located elsewhere and no one could help you to get the room you paid for. It's totaly dishonest. So you've been warned now.

One of the worse places in Chiang Mai. One of the worse places in Thailand. One of the worse places in Asia. The services sucks, the employees sucks. I don't recommend this place. Is better live in the streets than this bad and awful place.

my stay was pleasant in overall. I asked confirmation with the owner, madam Sunee before arriving and she answered. no deposit required but you need to present your passport. Room service is excellent and honest keeping your valuable. ac, kettle, fan, fridge provided which is very good! downside are only waterheater not working good and you have pass not well-lighted alley to get to this place

Big rooms in reasonable state. Room was not especially clean when I checked in but bed was comfortable and air-conditioning functional. This is a Muslim area so plenty of halal street food. Hotel is very poorly signed so was hard to find. Staff helpful. WiFi very poor on 4th floor. Reasonable value for money at 950b per night but only just.
