Chiang Mai Marriott Hotel

One of the best hotel experiences we had in Thailand. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful at every turn—genuinely anticipating our needs and going out of their way to make things seamless. I’m usually defiantly independent when I travel, but they made the support feel so effortless that I found myself actually relaxing and just letting them take care of things. I appreciated that more than I expected. The location is great—about a 10-minute walk to the Old City, with the night market setting up right outside the hotel each evening. Plenty of restaurants in the area, plus good dining options inside the hotel. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with something for everyone: pastries, western staples, Thai dishes—the kids were happy, and so were we. Rooms were a little dated, but we had requested adjoining rooms, and the staff let us know they would have upgraded us otherwise. Honestly, the service more than made up for it. Highly recommend if you want a comfortable stay with standout hospitality and a walkable location.

I had a fantastic experience at Marriott Chiang Mai! From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and attentive to every detail. The rooms were modern, clean, and incredibly comfortable, with stunning views of the city and mountains. The location was perfect, close to the Old City and Night Bazaar, yet peaceful enough for a relaxing stay. What truly stood out was the hospitality. The team went above and beyond to make our stay special, offering helpful travel tips and arranging local experiences. The front desk travel support staff was incredible explaining places of visit, means of transport and recommendations to maximise the travel experience. Boyce was our go to person for every single thing . We are totally satisfied with the service above and beyond, truly worthwhile!! I would highly recommend Marriott Chiang Mai to anyone visiting this beautiful city!

The Chiang Mai Marriott truly exceeded expectations. The hotel itself is beautiful, but what really stood out was the exceptional service. Every single employee was incredibly kind, respectful, and possessed excellent communication skills – a real testament to their training. Dining here is a delight; the restaurants offer phenomenal food, and the coffee and breakfast were highlights of my mornings. The infinity pool is an absolute oasis, offering stunning panoramic views of the majestic mountains and the cityscape of Chiang Mai – pure bliss! For fitness enthusiasts, the gym is fantastic with top-of-the-line equipment, and the added bonus of a sauna was much appreciated. Without a doubt, the Chiang Mai Marriott offers the best possible stay in Chiang Mai. I can't wait to return!

A very lovely hotel placed in a great area of Chiang Mai. The night bazaar and markets surround the hotel at night so there’s plenty to see and eat! Chiang Mai Old Town and temples are only a 10 minute walk or a 2 minute grab/tuk tuk. Rooms are very well sound proofed so you don’t hear a thing once you’ve settled in for the night. Beds are very comfy and rooms are spacious. The pool is nice and cool, need to get in early though to get a spot! Staff were super friendly and welcoming, always there to give advice or just a nice greeting. Special thanks to trainee Ochin for always having a chat with us about what we were up to and in general being a lovely person! Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Better than expected even though I had high hopes. Great service. Friendly people. Nice lobby and amenities. Awesome breakfast buffet. Was a nice calm place to be amidst some crazy travel.

My wife did the spa experience She absolutely loved it. Her two spa attendants were Zee and Aor. Both young ladies were very professional and so peaceful in their top nothing craft. We definitely reccomend the spa services at this Chiang Main Marriott Hotel. Thanks Charles and Carolyn.

You don’t have to go far to see street stalls and a local supermarket and restaurants. The suite was nicely played out. The M Club was great! You can get a hot cup of tea or coffee and some eateries all day. The view there was great also. I highly recommend the M Club. The staff there were very friendly. The buffet breakfast was nice, with a lot of tropical fruit. The only friendly staff there was young lady name Balloon. She was helpful and had a really nice attitude. She should be the one to great the guess, not the other unfriendly two ladies in charge. They seem stuck up and unfriendly in their demeanor. The Italian restaurant was great. Nice food, good service and friendly staff. The spa was great! The room was calming, lovely and clean. Zee was great, she gave the best massage ever! The suite was nice and clean except for the sliding door a splat of spit with phlegm was stuck on the door which I clean so I didn’t have to see it. I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

Amazing location. Beautiful hotel with amazing friendly staff, amazing service, lots of amenities, great restaurants and in the perfect location. We came to this hotel after having a bad experience at another hotel and this hotel is worth every penny. Absolute luxury from the pool deck, to the beautiful soft beds and AC rooms. We loved everything about our stay thank you!
