My friend and I stayed for five days and were happy with the service. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. Hospitality and good service were apparent from the moment you entered the hotel, even when we ate breakfast every morning, till you left the premises. The hotel is historical, but I admire how they preserved its natural, antique appeal. They offer a pool, a fully equipped fitness facility, and a sauna. I can just hang out in the hotel for days. They will keep your room clean every day, change your towels and bedding, and supply bottled water daily. Really appreciate it.The only issue we encountered was the WiFi connection in the room, which was intermittent. The room's lighting was a little dim at night.Overall, I loved my stay at the hotel. I would suggest it to anyone who wants to enjoy a classic feel with excellent service. Thank you very much!

I loved this hotel, but its best days are in the past. Hotel is need of a major renovation, but unfortunately, so is the surrounding neighborhood. Nice pool with lounge chairs that are falling apart. You get a taste of how wonderful this hotel was 30 years ago...

Had a bit of a rough start, but once I was settled, the staff really came through on any issues that came up.It's a gorgeous, old world-type hotel, lots of wood, and classical touches. The breakfast is good, has restaurants and near the Old City. Nimman is right up the street, and the Maya shopping mall is right there, too, so location is great.I did not use the fitness room, but it's AWESOME. I did use it's awesome sauna, and swam in the pool a bit, though. Had a wonderful stay!!!

Very famous old hotel, 40 years ago. It could definitely use a refurbishment! All the pool chairs are broken, the rooms interior are old fashioned.

The hotel is old, but it's ok, the air conditioner is cool, near tourist attractions, but there is no tissue in the room, 3 people are booked, 1 room, but the towels are not enough, according to 3 time, it is not brought to you.

The service was in and all good. The room? It’s bad. Bad as hell. Especially the noise. The air conditioners are old so they made noise. But this is where the problem start. It’s not just usual air conditioning noises. It’s fricking loud and even worse is that you can hear other room annoying aircon noises and your own You can’t sleep quietly here that’s for sure

This was one of the worst hotel experiences i ever encountered. When checking in, they seemed to have forgotten about our booking and we had to wait a considerable time. Propably for them to look for a back up room. And oh did we get a back up room. It was not cleaned at all, parts of equipment were missing and incects in the bathroom. Also the climate control dod not make anything but noice. Also we tried again and again to use the laundry service and it was two times guaranteed to us that they were to pick up our laundry in our rooms which they did not do twice.Obviously the hotel is cheap but it still was nowhere near good enough.

I have arrived to the hotel today and quickly do the checked in. I got the room on level 7 once I stepped in the room it was not clean up at all It was very disappointing. I quickly called to the reception and tell them what happened. The receptionist said can you wait there and cut off the phone. No apologies at all What kind of service was it? It’s going to be first and last time Thank you
