I have no idea how this is listed as a 3 star hotel. There are so many issues with the hotel that I would definitively not come back. But first, let me list some of the positives. The price and location were great. I would argue that it is overpriced for what you get, but it's still very affordably priced. The pool was also nice, but was very cold and had to ask to get a pool towel. Free snacks and coffee. However, one of the main reasons why I'm giving this place 2 stars and not just one star is that the people running it were very nice.
The list of negatives is so long that I will not write out every single thing. But here are some of the major problems: bathrooms are in desperate need of updates (toilets need 4-5 flushes, mold, weird outdated showers, no toilet paper holder so you just put it on the water tank behind or the sink, not even the most basic bathroom amenities like soap for example, and so many other issues), no elevator (which is a problem when you are on the top floor and have a bunch of suitcases), construction right across because they are expending the hotel to that location, ants in the room, walls are paper thin and can hear from several rooms away, and many other issues. For me personally, just the issues with the bathroom will make me to never come back again. I actually had to look through other reviews to see why this hotel had such a high rating, and noticed a bunch of other reviews highlighting the problems with the bathrooms for the past couple of years. It has definitively been noted and not addressed by the owners.
