The rooms are spacious and large with hygienic washrooms & plenty of space for my family of three. While the furniture is slightly dated, with a few stains here & there, the overall cleanliness of the room is impressive. The beds and sheets were spotless.
There are no lifts, and staff may not always be readily available at reception to assist with luggage, so you might need to carry them upstairs yourself.
At night, light sleepers might find the sound of vehicles passing outside an issue, though I didn’t find it to be a dealbreaker.
The washroom was clean, with hot water readily available for showers, and the AC works well—though you may not need it as the climate in this city tends to be cool at night.
The location is its unique selling point, close to the Clock Tower, Night Bazaar, and within walking distance of the bus terminal-1.
The Blue Temple is about 20 minutes away, and the White Temple is around 30 minutes away. Grab and Bolt taxi services are easily accessible right outside the hotel lobby.
The hotel allows the use of their dining table and microwave for warming your food, and there’s a small shop in the lobby where you can purchase snacks, water, and even alcohol!
The staff were courteous and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience. Despite minor inconveniences, the stay was fantastic and offered great value for money. I would definitely stay here again when I return to Chiang Rai.
