It's old but not too bad hotel for staycation, convention . It's very easily accessible by public, private transportation. Hotel room and facilities are average but ok for the price I paid .it's very plenty of parking lots.staffs bring thai hospitalies and warm welcome ,and comfort my stay.

The 10th Birthday of Chiang Mai International Rotary Club was successful because of the rest service of the hotel. We booked for a function room for 50 people they put us to a hall with a capacity of 70-90 people. All the staff are kind, pleasant and accommodating. They prepared backdrop decoration and photo booth for us including labels for the tables.projector, screen and Audio visual equipment were prepared for our AVP and karaoke night. The sound engineer is quick with our request. Foods and services for our buffet are worth the cost we've paid. Easy to negotiate and they are prompt in responding to request. We have a great time at Chiang Mai Grandview hotel!

The meeting room is nice .lunch buffet has varieties of food to choose and the bedroom is big and clean I can see sunset from my room.

It is convenient for meeting rooms and accommodation, and it is a decent price. It is convenient to go to town and the airport. Even though it is located on the highway, but it is within walking distance of the food zone. The meeting room is full of equipment and has a staff to accommodate you all the time. The coffee break is in-house made, which is decent. Lunch buffet, so many choices. I think Thai food tastes good, but Western is just okay. The room is big and clean. It has been renovated, but it still feels is a bit old. I had forgotten my stuff, and the hotel kept it and sent it back to me via post. All and all, I find it worth my money.

There’s more than 10 cockroaches inside the bathroom, and when I called the reception to resolve the issue, they sent an idiotic guy standing there without doing anything but just watch the cockroaches running around and tell me he’s sorry that the hotel doesn’t have any insecticide to kill the cockroaches. He can at least pretend to try to kill the roaches with his hands or towels but no, he just stands there like an idiot looking at the cockroaches and then later on left without saying anything or come back to resolve the problems.

I am sure it's was a one of the greatest hotel in the area but it's quite outdated now. Whole place needs a significant Renovation. However, it's still ok to stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Only two significant issues are when you enter the hotel from main door there is a heavy smell. I guess it's coming from outdated wooden furniture. As well as the carpet in the rooms are quite old and smell. It definitely needs to be changed. Surprisingly, even though, there are very old and dirty carpets in the rooms, they don't provide slippers.

Lunchtime Buffet Enjoyed a nice lunch with friends today at the hotel’s restaurant. 199 baht per person. Drinks are extra. Various dishes. With great desserts and must have crapes. Only fault I could find is they add meat to dishes that are known as veggie dishes! Great Egg Fried Rice but with bacon!!!! Have complained before about this. The hotel has a roadside stall in the mornings for meals very nice 👍
