Fantastic Stay at Chiang Mai Grandview Hotel! I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Chiang Mai Grandview Hotel, and I can confidently say it was a fantastic experience from start to finish! The hotel is located in a very nice and convenient area, making it easy to explore the best of Chiang Mai while still enjoying a peaceful and relaxing environment. Whether you're heading to the old city, local markets, or nearby attractions, everything is within easy reach. The staff were incredibly cooperative, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile specifically Mr .Niyom Wanee the front office manager . Their warm hospitality truly made me feel welcome and well taken care of throughout my stay. The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of dishes that satisfied every craving. Whether it was breakfast or dinner, every meal was flavorful and well-prepared. My room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable the perfect retreat after a day of exploring. I was especially impressed by the cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the entire hotel. Overall, I highly recommend Chiang Mai Grandview Hotel to anyone visiting the area. It offers great value, top-notch service, and a relaxing atmosphere in a prime location. I will definitely be returning on my next trip to Chiang Mai! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I booked into this hotel as a conference which I attended was held at this hotel during 21-26 July 2025.I was first given a room which was just outside the lift. I had requested during my booking for a quiet room far from the lift. The reception then gave me another room. Upon entering the room, we saw that the carpet was in very very bad condition with patches of black stains, very dirty and the room smelled very musky. We stayed for 1 night but my friend on the same floor woke up the next day with her whole body feeling itchy. She asked for refund for the rest of the paid stay but was offered an un-carpeted room on the upper floor.The hotel gave us 2 un-carpeted rooms on the 12th floor. As we went to bed, we realized that the mattress was in bad condition. The springs were poking into our ribs as we lied down. We also woke up in the middle of the night perspiring despite that my husband normally do not prefer aircon - the aircon was not functioning. Also, we could hear blasting music from across the hotel where our room is located till 5am!We again asked for a change of room, asking the hotel to move us to the other end, to ensure that the aircon works, no carpet and that they provide additional padding for the bad mattress. We booked the hotel for 6 nights. After this 4th change of room did we manage to sleep for 3 nights.I will definitely not recommend this hotel. It is very old and poorly maintained. There is no point that the room rate is low value when you cannot get any rest.

Grandview had a spacious check-in hall, a convenient location, and excellent dining options. Breakfast was enjoyable, and the lunch buffet had lots of variety. The Front Office Manager, Mr. Niyom, provided outstanding service and was especially courteous.

I had a really great experience at this hotel. The management, staff and customer service is great. The hotel is very clean, spacious, & well located near some cool bars, night markets, and restaurants. You can also easily get to other areas quickly walking or with a grab. I’m a movie buff, so there being a cinema nearby was also awesome. Highly recommend!

The last night stay here was the worst. Since the parking is far from the hotel building, we called the hotel staff to ask for directions to the hotel. The call was cut off before we finished talking about the place we were waiting for. We saw a golf car drive past twice without picking us up. In the end, we had to walk from the parking lot in the hot temperature with 2 kids and luggage. When checking in, there was no information about the facilities. We only got information about the opening and closing times of the restaurant in the morning. It seems that searching for information on Google would be the best option. After checking in, the staff forgot to return our ID card. After we entered the room with exhaustion and hot weather, there was a phone line to go downstairs to get our ID card by ourselves because "the staff forgot to return the card". Even a 1-star hotel rushed to return the card to the room because it was an important document. Later, regarding the keycard, there was no explanation about using the keycard that it can be used to open the door with only one card. According to the general standard, both cards can be used. We also had an issue with breakfast because of the hotel's and the agent's fault. The best thing is probably the beautiful view in the room and the spacious room. We will not recommend and go back to this hotel again.

Checked into this hotel at midnight after 24 hours of travel to Chiang Mai. My room has black mold allll over the shower, to the point that there’s no way I would have felt comfortable showering in it. The WiFi didn’t work in the room, the bed was uncomfortable, and there was only one available outlet across the room from the bed. My colleague’s room had similar mold and a live roach in it. Her safe was broken. We both felt we could not comfortably stay there, so much so that we packed our things back up and changed hotels at 1am.

Offers an International buffet lunch at a fixed price. Lovely surroundings, friendly staff. Food selection of western dishes could be better but probably most customers are Thai and prefer Asian cuisine. Overall good value.

I first arrived in Chiang Mai without a hotel. I booked it here due to great reviews. I discovered why it’s great. Wonderful location, super clean, spacious, & great staff. Highly recommend!
