Nobody at the reception when we arrived around 2 pm, no idea where to find someone to check in. We waited for 10-15 min. We sent message to double confirm two twin rooms after we booked, but when arrived we found out double beds in both rooms. They promised to fix them after we came back from meal but only one room had been fixed. We stayed outside the room for 30 min until they completed the task. The room was small, but the shower was even worse, size 25x32 inches (see photo), we couldn't even turned around, when we stepped out of the shower, the space was so small that we could hardly dress! We told the front desk person, he kept argued that was a normal size, ridiculous!! There was hair in shower when we first used it, housekeeping was not up to the standard. Other issues came up, air-conditioning not working, the staff blamed us for not using it properly, LOL !! The heated towel rail not working too, water sipping through the shower door as well. (see photo) The shower gel was small for 2 persons, and we didn't have another one the next day. This hotel is not properly run, very unprofessional, maintenance is poor, not a comfortable hotel to stay. Just a friendly reminder, when check the reviews, better look at the lowest scores as the highest scores can be misleading.
