This outlet has so many stores it’s like going to a huge candy store and they also have stores for candy. They have lots of fast food all over the place and they have many outdoor seating areas and they also have indoor fast food places to enjoy. They have plenty of free parking and you can go here to find almost everything you need for life. It’s a lot of fun here and it’s great for family and friends to enjoy it together and you can find all the stores you like to go to. And to get great deals for.

5 stars I had a great experience at the Ralph Lauren Kids store in the outlet mall! The selection of kids’ clothing was amazing—stylish, high-quality, and well-organized. It was easy to find sizes, and there were plenty of options for both everyday wear and dressier outfits. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the store was clean and easy to shop in. I’ll definitely be coming back for more kids’ clothes!

Google
I really enjoyed my visit here! There are plenty of stores to explore, and many of them had good deals and sales, which I loved. The variety made it fun to walk around and window shop. Some stores were surprisingly expensive though, which made me wonder why they were in an outlet mall. Not every place felt like a “discount” store. There’s a food court, which is convenient, but the food options were pretty limited. Still, it’s nice that there’s a place to take a break and grab a bite. Overall, it’s a fun spot with some cute stores and great sale finds. I’d definitely love to come back again.

Google
Great place to visit and spend some money. A large variety of shops from low budget to very high end ones. Lots of parking space available for free and the location is easy to get. Thumbs up

Google
Best place for brands you love to get in the best price. My 1st choice of shopping destination while i am in Chicago.

Google
Chicago Premium Outlets is a shopper's paradise, and trust me, it’s worth every visit! The layout is spacious, making it easy to wander from store to store without feeling crowded. You’ll find all your favorite brands – from high-end designers to everyday essentials – and the deals are hard to beat. It's like a treasure hunt for discounts! There are plenty of spots to sit and recharge, great food options to refuel, and even scenic walking paths with ponds to enjoy if you need a break from shopping. Whether you’re a deal hunter or just looking for a fun day out, this outlet mall is a must-visit in the Chicagoland area.

Google
Nice mall in terms of the facility but there are really no great deals here and barely any true outlet prices anymore. Most of the stuff we priced ( kids clothing and shoes for the whole family) were higher priced than a lot of Amazon deals we have been seeing for the exact same items. Really not worth the trip anymore ( it used to be!).

Yelp
Great outlet mall with lots of stores! Parking can be difficult on the weekends so be patient if you want a close parking spot.
google avatar

Lisa Q.

Yelp
They are changing big time! We went Sunday and we didn't even see Starbucks anymore, they have $7 parking so if you don't get there on time you're out of luck. Vera Bradley stores too have change no discount for birthday month or freebies. So many things! We didn't have the nice experience like years pass ‍ I'm so disappointed.

Yelp
One of my favorite places to shop! This is a large outdoor outlet mall with many stores, so be ready to walk. I love looking here for deals at different stores such as Loft, Old Navy, and Nike. It does get busy at times, but I always park near the Old Navy, where there is always spots. This is also a very convenient location since it is right off I88. Go check it out!
google avatar

Ryan J.

Yelp
Great selection of stores! So convenient right off I-88. I recommend taking the "secret entrance" off Bilter Rd near Pepsi. There's less traffic, and it's easier to get in and out quickly. The remodeling from a few years ago looks great. For first-timers, go early in the morning or on a weekday. It can get crowded fast! Stores to note, Coach, Express, Lucky Jean's, Banana Republic, ASICS
google avatar

Yelp
Nice place! Very popular, a nice store selection. Bathrooms and eating areas were clean. I would recommend!

Yelp
All the outlets in one place offering a wide array of discounts. It's almost like any other outlet mall but this one is slightly different. It's anchored by a RH Outlet. The reason I drove to the mall was to hit the RH store. The bonus was finding a Max Mara Outlet store within the mall. My wife found the Max Mara store to be the best deals in the mall. We will continue to visit this mall every time in Chicago!

Yelp
It is 11:48 am, Sunday and most of the stores in the mall are closed. The store hours are from 11:00 am, gives you an idea how interested they are in doing business. People are trying to open the doors and they are locked, so they are returning disappointed. This mall never fails to disappoint customers. Time to close?!

Yelp
Such a beautiful space to walk around and get those steps in. From one end of the mall to the other. Something for every budget, from the low end to high fashion. From the clothes and shoes on your back to the furniture and decor in your home. Not to mention the different food vendors to choose from. Whatever your taste buds are craving you are sure to find something.

Yelp
Chicago Premium Outlets is a must-visit because it has outlet stores. There are plenty of food choices, a wine shop, and even a food court. Such a great spot and perfect for relaxing. It's a fantastic shopping mall with a fancy grocery store, outlet shops, and restaurants. It's clean and the food is worth the money. You can find everything you need in one go, from household items to clothes for both kids and adults, and there are other cute shops and cake stores too. It's a charming mall that's worth a visit for a unique experience.

Yelp
Once upon a time I had a nice pair of golf shoes...sadly they have seen better days and it's time to replace them. Never fear, the Chicago Premium Outlet is nearby. The destination was the Ecco store.... Pulled into the parking lot, looked for a space near the store.... It's blocked off with construction horses , I thought ok, it's summer and they're doing repairs...... It turned out the Premium Outlets are charging $6.00 "premium" for parking closer to the stores. That just rubbed me the wrong way..... I could have stayed home and ordered online.... wanting to support Brick and Mortar business I drove to the outlets. Sorry Prime Outlets, I left and made a purchase online. I realize $6.00 isn't a huge amount, it's just the principle.... Things that make you go hmmm....

Yelp
One of my favorite malls, like ever. I always feel like I can get good deals. Tips 1. They do get crowded. Especially on weekends or holidays. The earlier you can arrive the better. 2. If work in Healthcare, military, or first responders, carry your work badge, some stores offer discounts.
google avatar

Yelp
This is one of our favorite outlet malls. This one is located out in Aurora, just off the east-west tollway. It is easy to get in to and easy to get out of. They have scores of outlet stores ... and all the favorite brands one is used to shopping for. We especially like the Kate Spade store where they have high fashion and low prices. This is an open air mall, so it can be problematic in winter. But since most of it is covered, the sun and rain won't be a problem. Weekends the parking lot fills to capacity, so we try and visit on a weekday ... much more room. There are a lot of places to get a bite to eat - like M Burger - and a lot of seating up and down the two main aisles that all the outlets are along. We like the organization and selection of brands out here. Give it a try sometime.

Yelp
Chicago premium outlets is my favorite outlet mall. It has such a wide variety of stores to choose from. Everything from Nike, kitchen stores including Corelli and le creuset among others. Make up outlets, sunglasses outlet, shoe stores, jewelry stores, candy stores etc. many high end brands are available here too such as Lacoste, they have a food court as well as food trucks and kiosks. Some of the prices aren't really outlet pricing but the selection of the brands are better then you can find in a department store.
google avatar

Gina V.

Yelp
Wow I was going crazier with the amazing prices of all the things I bought at the regular Michigan ave store and here at premium outlets were so cheap. Versace purses for $590.00 what a deal. Valentino purses for $490.00. I was Lord help me to be strong and not get any more purses I don't need. Agh thank goodness my conscience was right next time and say control yourself and just look. The only thing I actually purchased was a churro from the Xurro little shop I did not like stuffing it was cheese. The churro was nice and hot and not too crispy it was soft. I did like the neatness of the open mall the stores are very organized and the food court was extremely clean and it has Couches that you can pay to get a massage from All that shopping. I will be returning soon but when the weather gets warmer And forget all those stores that I used to pay regular price.
google avatar

Angela P.

Yelp
It's a mad house here. Seriously awful. Was going to go to Lucky Brand until I saw the sign that read $6 to park. No way would I pay to park here when it used to be free. Oh, well. At the edge of the log lot there was not traffic, so I took a couple of photos.

Tammie H.

Yelp
Love everything and store at this Mall..So peaceful to shop there..The store employees are so pleasant, welcoming and friendly..Makes your shopping experience a pleasure. The prices are amazing .. I also love the variety of stores and food selection. My now favorite is the Dubai fragrance store it's a must try

Yelp
I've been going here for the past 20 years. They have done a great job improving the facility and kept a lot of the the good stores. I always find good deals on clothing for the family. I also feel the Nike Outlet store here has better selection than any other Nike stores in the area. I'm sure I'll keep going here a few times every year.

Yelp
06/14/20 - what an absolutely fabulous day to be outside. It's 71 degrees, sunny w/ very low humidity. If you have never been here it's an outdoor mall similar to Old Orchard but w/much lower prices. Granted it is a bit of a haul from Chicago, but Cest la vie. As could be expected there are lines, but they move fairly quickly. Only about 1/2 of the stores were open as Covid is still around but the curve in Illinois is dropping off. I came out here to try and exchange a pair of shoes I found buried in the basement that I never wore before and to redeem a couple of $10 coupons I received as rewards for previous purchases from a Jockey outlet store. They have a pretty nice variety of stores here & it's nice to be able to get out after the quarantine even if restrictions are still present. If you have a day off it's a nice way to spend a few hours

Yelp
**PAC SUN**review~ They locked the doors at 7:35 even though they don't close until 8pm. We were already inside however several customers were declined entry. After spending over $100 and finding an employees cell phone and returning it to her, we were at the door when we realized we had left a bag inside. She quickly came up to say they were closed (only 7:48) After explaining we had left a bag she said "we're still closed" needless to say I wasn't leaving without my purchase- I found it and she said we're closing early today that's why you couldn't come back in. This was on 8/1/2023.

Yelp
"You've seen one mall, you've seen 'em all" would seem to describe the carbon copy design of the many fashion outlet centers currently owned and operated by Simon Property Group. Conveniently located just off the I-88 Farnsworth Ave. interchange, this center surely ranks among the biggest and best outlet malls in the region. It's clean, attractive, and bustling. Open since 2004, a 2015 addition expanded the retail space to approximately 165 stores. Much of the merchandise seems overpriced for an outlet mall - there is a hefty proportion of high-end designer threads - but the Missus and I are patient and we take the time to ferret out bargains. My pet peeve with outlet malls in general is the absence of upscale dining. The food court here is all about banal sameness (chicken teriyaki samples on a toothpick, anyone?), but the recent additions of M Burger and Rise Pies Handcrafted Pizza in another part of the mall provide more options.

Yelp
Black Friday- the woman at the checkout was checking out a couple before us. We had our shoes ready at the counter- the couple had multiple pair but we're not ready to checkout they were still on and off looking for another pair or the worker was getting it for them, I don't know. As we're waiting that couple days to the cashier "you can check out the people behind us" and she looked at my husband and said no. He can wait. Mind you- they were my shoes so I don't know what that was about ... the line began wrapping and the woman refused to check us or anyone else out. We waited about 10- maybe 15 minutes until the checkout , or so it felt. The cashier was Adrian American and she was rude and disrespectful. Had an attitude for no reason, I get it retail is harsh Black Friday but customer service is always essential for that job title. Sorry.

Yelp
I went to this outlet mall for the first time on Saturday- it's a really nice one! It's right off the expressway and you can't miss the sign outside for the mall, it's a similar layout to Pleasant Prairie outlet mall in Wisconsin except there isn't as much parking and the mall itself has more stores and just seems bigger. There's a really nice selection of stores and small food trucks throughout the mall property, only downsides is the lines are really just too long to get into certain stores on the weekends and the parking is too limited. Come on a weekday if you can I bet it's a lot better than coming on a weekend. Great mall overall, will be returning.
google avatar

Yelp
Very big outdoor mall with all kinds of stores! Never been there before but I'm impressed with the variety of shopping available. Might be a little cold to shop there in the winter but if the deals are good it might be worth it
google avatar

Chris Y.

Yelp
Mall is outside store fronts. Lots of choices for people to chose from. Stores we went were fully stocked with friendly staff. Parking was not packed. We were here on a Sunday morning while in area touring colleges with our daughter.

Yelp
I love this place, I have gotten all of my purses here coach and dooney! love purses and great deals

M S.

Yelp
Too crowded. Good selection but prices were nowhere near sale prices. Not sure the attraction with so, so, so many people standing around it makes shopping tedious.
google avatar

Lisa L.

Yelp
Really liked this outlet. There were lots of stores to choose from a broad selection. Location was right off the highway wHich as easy to get to. Parking was ample and was within close proximity to the stores. I plan to go again and try to get to the stores I couldn't get to the first time.
google avatar

Christopher A.

Yelp
Plenty of parking, the usual shops, liked that they had a pizza place and Mburger to go to instead of just a food court.
google avatar

Jamie W.

Yelp
People here are amazingly helpful. Specifically a Jared at the Vans store, the people at Kay jewelers, and Ecco. It is so great to go shop and run into people that genuinely want to help. Even calling the Vans store, Jared went out of his way over the phone to find a specific shoe at a Vans store in a different state. Every time I go here it's a great experience! I would avoid Nike and Adidas. Among all the other reasons, you will have the opposite experience at these overcrowded stores and find yourself looking at overpriced merch. Many don't even have tags, probably because they are so high. While it is outdoor, most of the property is covered, so the rain or sun shouldn't be a problem getting from one shop to another. If I were to offer an improvement area, it would be increased security. When my family was recently visiting, we witnessed a robbery happen.
google avatar

Otto V.

Yelp
For many, this is a shopping paradise. Evidence of this is the gathering crowds during the weekends. With over 170 stores, there is a good chance they have the one you are looking for. most major brands can be found here. We went for the compulsory Holiday weekend shopping trip, I didn't buy anything but my companion never seems to waste a trip; hence the reason we keep going back. I don't think prices are different than any other so called outlet mall, but we have found some end of season clearances hard to resist; so, if you are in the area, or willing to take the 40 minutes to an hour drive from Chicago, this mall may satisfy your shopping binges.
google avatar

Yelp
This place is one of my very favorite outlet malls. My favorite store is the Dooney & Bourke outlet I'm a collector every time I go to this location I leave with no less than 8 to 10 bags. The deals here are unbelievable. I went the Wednesday before Thanksgiving was an awesome day to go no one was there, sales were on point! We returned on Friday and there was tons of people lines everywhere pretty crazy. There are lots of bathrooms and a food court there was ample parking on Wednesday but on Friday there was parking on the street there was parking anywhere that you can find a place and ironically the parking near the door was blocked off if you wanted to pay $10 you can park there. I thought this was extremely weird because you can park anywhere for free but I guess if you wanted to be close to the door bring cash ten dollars so you can park close. We visited a few stores and was in and out no worries on Wednesday again on Friday in before any holiday is you're probably get there early parking is limited and where are your walking shoes and bring a portable chair because there are lines to get inside of the stores (I should say most of them). This place is large there's no train there's no bus to get around so definitely prepared to take a few breaks. Remember as always where the signs are is not exactly where the stores are so it may say the sign on the outside of the building of the store that you would like to go into but it's not necessarily in that area so look at the map before you arrive so you'll know where to park.
google avatar

Kwality T.

Yelp
Great mall but there is a downside. More than one store is ok but it can become overwhelming when you have to travel across the entire mall. Instead of being able to walk in and walk out, you'll find your self in an endless maze looking for stores to find out you have to go to another which is on the other side of the mall. Most people don't mind but if your in a rush it can be very inconvenient. Great prices, and nice items. However if you go on a day like today the lines were long and it was very hard to find a park. Be careful shopping on holidays.
google avatar

Ala L.

Yelp
Enjoy visiting this place all the time since they have a lot of variety and all the name brands that you know of. Where can you see all of these stores in one place. It looks as the quality is there with enough variety of styles from the brand names. Nice to scroll around on a nice day since it outdoor. Best do go on those perfect and beautiful days. It's a bit crowded on those popular stores and it seems like chaos on some days. I would take out time of you have time in the late afternoon to visit the stores.
google avatar

Glenn B.

Yelp
Been here a couple of times before, and I believe this is the place to be if you're into outlet shopping centers. They have a have all the stores that one might hope to find, all offering great deals. This outlet has been expanded a lot since my first visit. More merchandise and more eats, you can stay all day here. Parking lot is huge but it might need a little patience to find a spot. This place is fun just to walk around or to window shop. Plenty of areas where you can sit, relax and enjoy a conversation with your friends over a cup of coco or coffee. The food court is pretty decent too.
google avatar

Jonathan C.

Yelp
One of the popular malls in the Chicagoland area and expanded the number of stores and parking lot over the last few years. It's an outdoor mall so dress appropriately. They have a variety of stores at different price points, from Old Navy/Aeropostale to Vance/Hugo Boss. Discounts vary at the different stores as not all departments are outlet stores, however they are typically better than most malls you'll go to. Typically, there isn't an issue with parking unless you go during the peak shopping days (e.g. Black Friday).
google avatar

Debbie F.

Yelp
Visiting the week after Thanksgiving, we did find some great deals. Coach was 70% off everything, True Religion had some good sales. This review is for the outlets facility itself. I was very disappointed to see icy patches on the sidewalks, especially as the sun set for the evening. I also found it ironic that obviously a lot of money had been devoted to building fireplaces in the common outdoor areas for warmth and were sitting idle. In blustery weather such as was present, it would have been nice to have fires going for those of us who were not shopping. Shame on the center for leaving the sidewalks in a potentially hazardous condition.

Yelp
While visiting Chicago, daughter wanted to go to the Premium Outlet mall. Just for 'one thing.' Of course, that just never happens and we always leave with much more than we set out to buy. We do have the same chain of Premium Outlet stores in Orlando, which is home, but the massive crowds in Orlando make going to the mall an absolute misery. To my great surprise, there were no huge crowds at the Premium Outlet stores in Chicago. That alone made shopping here amazingly pleasant. Brooks Brothers is also my favorite 'go to' for both dressy casual and business attire. Great quality and craftsmanship. I bought plenty of both!!! Vera Bradley is also a must when visiting the outlet mall. The Chicago Premium Outlet for Vera Bradley was amazing! The selection was vast and the prices were great. We visited a few other nice brand stores, too, and found good values. Overall as part of the Premium Outlet chain, I have to rank this one in Chicago at the very top. Plenty of parking, terrific stores, but most of all, the entire mall was well appointed with style, CLEAN and great directional signage. Hope to be back to Chicago Premium Outlet again, soon.
google avatar

Pam W.

Yelp
I always have a good experience at this mall. It is clean, well organized and has abundant signage which I appreciate when looking for a particular store or a restroom. It's really nice to walk around the mall in nice weather (maybe not so nice in cold or inclement weather though). Parts of the mall do have overhead covering, however, for protection. I like the large selection of stores and the cheap prices. I got a pair of sneakers for half price!
google avatar

Viquar M.

Yelp
We like shopping here although an hr drive for us. Ample parking but sometimes hard to find a spot near by. Some what complex layout of the entire Mall so can't figure out where you are hence 1 star less. Nice selection of stores and mostly filled. Lots of tourists here shopping on good deals. Lots of Chinese tourist hence adds in Chinese in the food court area. We like Saks 5th Ave, Coach, Versace, Ralph Lauren, Armani Exchange, Clark's , Godiva, Vera Bradley, Calvin Klein, etc Food court is big with nice choices and tasty food for a change compared to other malls. They do have a M Burger and pizza place near the kids play area and fountain. I have tried both and food is good their.
google avatar

Joy B.

Yelp
I've always enjoyed going to Aurora to the shopping center but now I've heard that they're charging for parking and I won't go anymore it's a huge parking lot and for all the shopping the people don't should not be charge.
google avatar

Karma M.

Yelp
Some decent places here and at least they have Auntie Anne's Pretzels and TCBY and Mrs. Field's Cookies. The Nike store has some finds sometimes
google avatar

Meredith M.

Yelp
I have been coming to the Chicago Premium Outlets for years. Always loved the large selection of retailers, and even more with the expansion they've done in the last few years. The only down side is limited restrooms (I believe due to COVID) and parking. If you come on a weekend just prepare yourself for long waits either looking for parking or entering certain stores like Nike or Adidas. Other than that, the facility is really nice, open air and plenty of discounts throughout the year.
google avatar

Jacqueline F.

Yelp
First time here and I loved it. Why have i never visited before?? So this is a giant outdoor outlet mall. So many stores to choose from such as Coach, Michael Kors, and Kate Spade for all the purse fiends. Timberland and Nike for shoe lovers. It even had Victoria's Secret, Pink, and Old Navy for those looking for the "usual" non outlet mall type of stores. Plenty of parking, and lots of open space outside for bored kids to run around in. They even have a designated play area for the kids. Oh and of course there's a food court. Will definitely be back once the weather warms up as I hate shopping with 30 layers of clothes on me!
google avatar

Latrice A.

Yelp
I always find a bargain out here, on today I got a little bit worried and went into a couple of stores and then fine when I was looking for but by the end of my shopping trip I was very happy I was under budget I had allowed for the day I still had money so it was a win-win Also as as a bonus when I checked in on my Yelp app I was giving a free passport book that contain access to discounts to almost all the stores located at the outlet so I was able to use it and one of my favorite stores Akira I had a feeling that wasn't shopping for myself until I find out about the added discounts but I was able to get bags of clothing for myself for under $60 Before my daughter whom I came to shop for Able to get things from the Levi's store the Gap Store Akira guess who I'm obsessed with it was so hard not to go crazy in this store I was able to find a damn overall jumper that my daughter has been wanting for a phenomenal price with the matching t-shirt for under $40 There's lots of dining options or snacks and drinks out here since the outlet is outdoors and you are under the conditions of the element are you shocked I can't roll it relatively early and it was beginning to get very humid I do plan on coming back just for me and the up-and-coming weeks I cannot wait
google avatar

Lori H.

Yelp
I'm always on a fence about this outlet. But, I will say, there's no fee to park and plenty of parking during the day and always plenty of bathrooms (there's ones besides the food court--just look at the alleys between stores). On one hand, prices online are just as good, if not better. On the other hand, there's nothing like touching and seeing merchandise and you get to walk around, in the outdoors, getting exercise. On one hand, sometimes this mall has people who look like theyre hanging out to prey on you and not shopping, in the least bit. I usually wear a fannypak purse instead of carrying one. On the other hand, the cold weather seems to have removed them. I wonder when the mall will invest in some security people, because that would make me way more likely to return and browse. Even my husband gets a bit creeped out at this mall. At any rate, my friend and I went for lunch at 11:30 am last week, and the place was very quiet and clean. It almost needed more shoppers, but the people at the stores and food court are very nice. I can't say that lunch in the food court is anything to write home about, but we had this huge indoor food court practically to ourselves on a weekday, so that was kind of cool and felt safe from covid. We went to a few stores, and I got some guy's cotton flannel pj bottoms for $30 (meh) and she bought flannel PJ set for herself $80 (that seemed high but it was Ann Taylor). I normally like visiting the Swarovski store for bargains and sometimes Coach, Vince or Calvin Klein. The SaksoffFifth online is a Mecca of treasures, so I'm always returning what I don't want here, as the shipping fee for returns is $10-15 per order. Sometimes I wonder if in person stores are going to become a thing of the past....I rarely see people shopping at the Saks store--I think we all use it as a return bin. I'd love to see this mall prosper as it's only 15-20 min from my home, but hey...we shall see. If they could add some visible security people walking around, I think people would be more apt to come out.

Yoly Q.

Yelp
I have nice experience in Michael Kors with a salesperson Johnny, super nice and helpful. I got good deals. Thanks for your help and I'm sure I'm coming back with my daughter.

Yelp
I used to shop at this outlet mall more frequently when we lived closer, but we still shop here every now and then if we want to look for some good deals. The outlet has some good stores, and you can find some good deals most of the time. If you go during traditional retail sale times, you'll probably find some really good deals. They have added a few more restaurants in the food court and it looks like they recently remodeled the food court. There are also a few newer restaurants that are scattered around the mall. This is an outdoor mall, which is nice to walk around and shop when the weather is nice, but it's not so fun when it's cold, raining or snowing!
google avatar

Andy G.

Yelp
Deals can be had here, but you have to be careful. What can happen is a retail establishment will claim that they are having a 50 percent off Black Friday sale (or whatever the occasion is) and then right before the sale they will mark up all the prices. One thing though is even if you do buy the item at the inflated 50 percent off price it will probably be a better deal than buying it at a department store like Macy's or the flagship store on the Gold Coast. If you shop at the Ralph Lauren store, I recommend signing up for the text SMS coupons. This is not advertised and an associate will help you sign up for it on your phone. What will happen is you will get a 30 percent off coupon via text and it can be used in conjunction with any sale (though not all the 50 percent off sales) going on in the store. Also if you shop at any of the Sunglass Hut locations they have refurbished sunglasses available at significant discounts. Over the years I have purchased several pairs and I can tell you there is nothing wrong with them and they hold up well. The non outlet locations do not offer the refurbished option. Please be aware competition for a parking spot on the weekends is fierce. I recommend going late in the day or during the week. In my experience the best deals to be had are right after Christmas. Happy Holliday's!
