I love the cta when I do get 21 I am planning on working for the cta. I've been riding sense I was first born. The trains could be better but I know the new 7000 series car are going to be alot more space and cleaner. And cta is doing everything they can to make the cta as cleaner,smother,and safer. At least once you should say thank you to your driver because there doing everything they can to make your commute better. As the cta says. Thank you for riding the cta.

Every Saturday I’m late for work because the 4 drops off the map at 8:15AM. How do you all justify a bus disappearing from the bus tracker EVERY SATURDAY MORNING? Does the driver not want to work? Why is there always an NIS bus driving past at 8:20AM?

I spoke to a manager regarding a CTA BUS hitting my car on 43rd and Berkeley and the driver kept going. Thank you to the gentleman that helped us get it started!

Too many people asking for money,or trying to sell things. Especially the Redline south. Need more security. See people jumping the turnstile all the time.
