Chicago's Finest Pizza

They've really gone downhill. Chicago's used to be the best pizza around here.. very high quality and very good. I've been ordering from them for somewhere around 12-15 years. For the last year or two, the pizza is always either barely warm, undercooked, overcooked, too much sauce, etc. It's never consistent anymore and rarely good. It costs about $24 to have one 18" thin crust pizza delivered. It's expensive. I used to say it was worth the price, but not anymore.

Great pizza. I enjoyed their pizza more than the ones I had in Chicago! :-) As another endorsement I have now introduced two Chicago natives to this place and they both have given their stamp of approval. I almost always get the "Almost Everything" Chicago-style pizza with Anchovies. Yes, anchovies, you wuss! Fair warning, this is not a sit down restaurant. I have picked it up and had it delivered. In both cases, I thought the pizza was still good when I had it. Another poster mentioned it being soggy when delivered; I did not have that issue. That said, I guess it surely does not hurt to pick it up, but that's true for any pizza, IMO.

The Deep Dish Pizza Here is the best I've had since Lou Malnati's Pizza in Chicago! Pizza was fresh and they didn't get my order wrong like the Papa Johns does every time at the McDermott location in Plano. But if you need a true deep dish everyone from Chicago should definitely buy here.

I was born and raised in and around Chicago as well as having worked at two pizzerias up there. I will not call this authentic, but they nailed the deep dish like 95%. My only critiques would be that the crust is not as flaky and buttery as it should be and the green peppers were cut really small, they're fairly bland peppers so they have more presence if cut into bigger strips. If they fix either of these or if their Italian beef is exceptional when I try it I'll give them a fifth star.

For years I have ordered Giordano's, from Chicago, and had it fed/ex'd overnight. Once I found this place, it's well worth the 45 minute drive each way to pick it up! Yes, it's expensive, but for people with good taste it's well worth it. For the very few comments here saying that's it's too expensive, you should just stick to the dollar menu at Taco Bell. I'll be ordering 5 or 6 pies for a party at my house tonight!

This place has great pizza. My family moved here from the suburbs of Chicago and this place has great pizza. My family has this for special occasions because it is just that good. Never had a problem with service or food. One problem is you cannot eat at the store but they have outdoor patio stuff that you can eat at so that is not a problem. Great place to get pizza, I highly recommend it.

This is absolutely REAL Chicago pizza! The 45 min wait for your pizza is well with the wait. They also have dogs, pastas, calzones, subs, sides, salads and dessert. Si far everything we've tried, any half the menu, has been excellent!

we ordered for delivery. When the delivery person handed me the pizza I couldn't believe how heavy it was- we weighed it and it was 5.5 lbs!! Very generous topping but not to my taste. Our kids loved it and 1 small slice was enough per person
