Really excellent customer service. Charles and the team go out of their way to give honest advice, backed up by excellent service after purchasing your new (or nearly new) caravan. In addition, the workshop team are super and the showroom well appointed. Highly recommended

Stayed at whitehouse Farm (CL site opposite) and required some spares for a Whale pump. Not only did Chichester Caravans have it in stock but we were also served by a very knowledgeable Wendy. Nothing was too much trouble for Wendy as she pointed out that they are a dog friendly shop also. My wife and I were able to browse the many products together and with our pets as opposed to one waiting outside holding them as usual! The prices were so good we took advantage of several accessories whilst there. All in all a great shop with lots of spares and accessories for multiple caravan Brands. I also noticed the comprehensive stock of caravans for sale too.

Our second time shopping here. A great source of a wide variety of essential camper accessories with helpful, knowledgeable, friendly staff, ideal for novice and experienced camper owners. Tucked away just off the A22 near Uckfield. I was impressed with the range of collapsible cookware and washing up essentials not easily found elsewhere. Competitive prices on most products and great to support a local independent business. Highly recommend a visit.

We recently bought a Bailey Unicorn III and are delighted with it. Also found the service excellent with a very thorough guided tour of the van with full explanation, the best I have ever had. The Caravan is five years old, the price was very fair and they kitted it out within the price ready for immediate use including gas, security locks all round, water and waste containers etc. A couple of minor items were sorted out immediately without quibble. Highly recommended.

I'd like to thank all the staff at the Uckfield branch for the excellent service we received in fitting a new water pump in our Sterling Eccles. We realised that we had a problem at 9.00 on Thursday so I rang, not only did they have the part they were happy to fit it the following morning . Excellent service thank you.
