Chichester Caravans

Brought a brand new caravan from Chichester caravans a few months ago. The shower door leaked and we returned the caravan to be fixed. This fault couldn't be fixed at no fault to Chichester caravans. Turned out to be a design fault. The manager Russell and his staff couldn't have been more helpful. We were given a full refund. They lent us a caravan for our next holiday. And since have brought another caravan from them. Excellent service from Russell and his team.

Nice variety of accessories, a little dear but with a good discount okay.

Five star service - Especially TOM who gave us a full tutorial before we drove our BASECAMP2 off the forecourt. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Smallish site (not a HUGE number of vans on display, but a good selection nevertheless. ) Good shop for spares... They have it all here. Really friendly staff.

Great advice and friendly staff. The onsite shop is well stocked and at sensible prices too.

Second response:- First class outlets. Vast array of accessories. Not the largest area for caravans and motor homes and limited parking, although a few spaces on the main road. Very pleasant staff. Allowed to browse in case I found something I didn't realise I couldn't do without! Had what I wanted so I bought it. Easy to find with or without satnav. Recommended.
