I went through the Chick-fil-A drive through today at the 288 West Broad Street location (Richmond). I had a wonderful experience with Tyler who took our order. He was so kind and friendly and was extremely on top of the order. We ordered 10+ items and everything was right and he was so quick to get it all down and keep the line moving. He made sure to read the order back to make sure it was right too. His friendliness was extremely appreciated too! Definitely recommend this location!!

For whatever reason this chic fila is consistently slower than the others in town. The mobile through line gets stuck and I'm often waiting 5-10 minutes in line which defeats the purpose if I ordered way ahead of time. The regular drive through line seems to get priority which is unfair to those who placed orders 20 minutes earlier. Other area chic fila are much faster and keep the line moving. Will probably have to avoid this location going forward as it takes too long.

Consistently shorted fries at this location. I’ve previously reached out to the restaurant directly regarding fries being shorted, but feedback doesn’t seem to have changed behavior. This was supposed to be a large fry. There are barely more fries than the kids meal ordered. Never had any issues with the Pump Road location but 288 continues to disappoint.

Chicken sandwich was dry and tough like it had been over cooked to death. The waffle fries on the other hand were stuck together soggy and undercooked. Only gave it 2 stars instead of 1 because of the friendly staff, shout out to Dakota for being so sweet and polite, bathrooms was pretty wrecked and reeked of urine.

You guys have to fix the drive through lines for mobile orders and stop expecting people to know they should drive on the area that’s clearly marked on the pavement to not drive on. It backs everything up. It’s been weeks, it’s still coned off super weird and it’s really confusing.

I come here a couple times a week since I work nearby. The service is always fast and they have never messed up my order down to the sauce (I order through the app). The food is always fresh and delicious. Good job to this location 👍

This is a new location. A family member also worked at this location for several months. While yes, this is a lovely location with great Chick-fil-A food, the employees at ALL LOCATIONS are not always treated fairly. My family member was working while finishing high school, provided her availability, was hired under these arrangements, and then was given as little as 4 hrs a week, even though she was available for 20 hrs per week during school. She also was only offered $12.00/hrs which is unlivable for anyone, and they did not allow any negotiation on pay. While I understand this is their business model, perhaps we should be supporting OTHER COMPANIES. As a long time Chick-fil-A customer, it does pain me to say all of this but it’s so true. I’ve also noticed a significant decline n the quality of the chicken used in sandwiches, probably all chicken. Still love ya, Chick-fil-A. But lesser chicken for higher prices???

I love Chick Fil A. We were excited to see this restaurant open in Goochland. This location is a zoo. The operator was there today when I tried again hoping for improvement. I'm sorry to say I usually drive past this location and more recently even east of Short Pump to be sure to get good CFA. If it were just this time, I wouldn't comment. Today the food wasn't correctly prepared and the quality is concerning. There was something like a bit of gravel in my sandwich. The staff are clearly trying their best but appears there is a leadership issue. Training needs at all levels. In the area, Ashland, Willow Lawn and Parham locations are all great.

I love this location! It's not nearly as crowded but the quality is just as great! I mainly just go through the drive through and do the order ahead of time on the app and scan the barcode and pull around. I love the mobile drive through lane. Inside this location, I forget how you know they're doing it. but I believe once a month on a tuesday morning they do bingo!

We went to the drive thru literally at 10:28 and wanted breakfast. The "chick" taking our order said they were only serving lunch. I showed her my phone, which had just turned to 10:29. She went to ask another server, both were of "tender" years and he too refused to serve breakfast . If you stop serving breakfast @ 10:30 - keep on the watch! Now I love me some nuggies, so we went ahead and ordered nugs and fries and iced tea - but this first experience at this brand new Chick-fil-A left me dismayed and unful-fil-ed. If I wasn't with friends who are not fond of "squawk-ward interactions" I would have ruffled some feathers and asked for the manager. The "pleasure" wasn't all mine, but perhaps they'll do better next time... you can tell this is a new Chick-fil-A because they haven't gotten their wings yet!

I came here on a road trip and stopped to get some food. It's just like any other Chick-Fil-A, only "bad" thing was that we have a very easy order of a couple chicken sandwiches and some fries, yet we still had to wait for awhile for our food to come while other people did not. Not sure why, but overall the food itself was good.

Been here a few times, always inside. I've never used the drive through at this location. Inside, I have generally found the service quick and the food hot. Staff generally polite. Though, on a recent visit they really seemed to go light on the fruit inside the fruit cup. For what this cost, it should be plentiful. Sometimes seems there are too many supervisors & management types keeping their head down and just trying to duck in and out of the kitchen instead of coaching people or doing some of the work. At other Chik-Filets, the person working the lobby will routinely ask if folks need a refill. Never at this location. So then you end up standing at the counter hoping someone notices to give you a refill when the machine is right in front of you and you could do it yourself much quicker. Wish Chik Filet would get with it and dedicate some restaurant space to a self-serve soda station.

Still poor service. We can go to the Ashland location and get home quicker than if we use this one. Enough time has passed since the opening where the issues with drive through should be fixed. Tonight- cold fried and missed a nugget.

Unfortunately, I have to give it at least one star. This is the worst Chick-fil-A I've ever been to. Every time I come here thank you it takes me forever. I am literally in line for a minimum of 10 minutes and usually they make us pull up and wait. They definitely need to have additional training. When asked questions about products they were unfamiliar. I understand it's a newly opened location, however, they need to have some additional folks here to lean it out.

Mobile thru is much slower here than going inside or ordering with a human outside. Not true at other area CFAs. We've hoped this would improve but this time we had to park and go inside to get the rest of our food because some was missing. The service here has declined. It's great food and a great location but they need to bring in trainers.
