I've never eaten at a Chick-fil-A and still haven't after my visit. Chick-fil-A ran a promotion that required ordering through the app so I downloaded the app before stopping by and didn't see the promo. Stopped by the closest location and attempted to see if they could figure out why their own special offer wasn't available on their app...none of the staff or management could (or wanted to) help, so I left. They were really busy so I'm sure they have a fantastic product but idk, I didn't get the opportunity to place an order because the app is unreliable. I am able to post up some images including the promo that was probably corporates' way to get folks to download a useless app offering a fake promotion. Time to delete!

as much as i frequent your location on a almost multi day a week basis (as i have dietary reasons that your menu works with) - today i went to your location at approx.- 1245. was picking up my order to go- for take out. - walk up to the counter to give a team member my name. stated they couldn't find it. i showed my CFA app on my phone to a shorter brown haired maybe team lead- at the time which did show it my order- (which magically it disappeared now) but for some reason my order canceled. but still charged my card and has not yet reversed. there was no offering of fixing the situation, which being the establishment i have loved and respected my entire life. this is highly disappointing. i spend quite a bit of money at CFA. i wish i would have gotten names because i WOULD be listing her name in hopes the GM or Corporate would see this. I am absolutely disgusted with the way it was handled it was a simple thing to make. to handle the problem and keep a customer happy. if i could give 0 stars i would. I hope to have someone try and reach out to resolve this situation. thanks. And yes this is all over $5.56… couldn’t fix a problem for a reoccurring customer

Explained that a car was parked in and blocking the handicapped entrance without a placard or plates for handicapped. She was eating her lunch in the car. I'm on a wheeled walker and spoke to 2 different managers that that never seemed to address the problem, as she continued to stay parked in the spot. I'll not be back to an establishment that doesn't seem to respect those that are incapacitated for whatever reason!!!

Huge location! Yet, I went to order, waited no time at all (literally) got a sign to put at my table and the server was coming with my order at the same time as I got to the table. Wow! Service here is amazing. They had staff going around the restaurant asking everybody if all was ok or they needed help. This was all the time, really amazing. All were very friendly too. I had the classic chicken sandwich combo, as simple, yet delicious as they come. Never had an issue with that! Plenty of condiments readily available too. Will definetly be coming back to this location soon.

Went to chick-fil-a, one night and tried to open my app and it had me log in. I didn't remember my password so I had to reset it. Once I reset it I found I had lost all my points. The guy who took my order told me to reach out to customer service and they should be able to help me. Wow how I was so expressed with customer service, they not only help they found I had 2 accounts, combined both and gave me my points back, and all of this happen in a matter of 1-2 days. Well I know you got my service for life, and I appreciate them finding my points and helping me out. And it didn't take long to respond. No thats what I call great service. Thanks chick-fil-a..

Walked over here for lunch while staying at the courtyard just up the road. The service was prompt and the cashiers were friendly. I had my order before they could even pour my drink it was so fast. The food was hot and delicious, and the place was very clean. No complaints I can think of.

30 minutes in the drive through and still 5 cars ahead of me. It's like standstill. Both lanes. The line wasn't even that long when I queued. Unbelievable. I can't exit anywhere either. Bad engineering. And I have to pee. This is not going to end well. Where's that empty bottle when you need it. Oh But the food. It's so good. Can I Endure? Ugh. I'm such a whore for food. And What's going on with the tons of birds jumping ok my car. Omg! It's Like I'm in a Alfred Hitchcock movie! Apocalypse now!! Help.

Always an issue with my orders being correct at this location. Today my order was suppose to be a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit meal, but instead, received a bacon egg and cheese muffin. (Order #10535663) and furthermore, Always way undercooked bacon compared to other locations. I attempted to place this complaint under my transaction history, but the app was not allowing any complaints to be made within it.

When is anyone going to say the Emporer is naked! Chic-Fil-A has left us. The chicken is no longer tasty. The buns are very inferior to how they were in the 80s. The waffle fries are practically inedible. They are never crispy. Just mush. And Chic-Fil-A express has no sides to choose from. Boo to Chic-Fil-A! Step up the game or just leave the field!

go sonewhere else. the culture of this place sucks. if you used to have a problem they would go above and beyond to fix. i brought my order back in after i thought i had gotten ripped off : $20 dollars for a soup sandwich and medium coke. 20 dollars!??? i asked them for a refund but they said they were not going to just because i felt ripped pff. they didnt even try to make it right. wow. i done with chik fila,. they also forgot condiments and stuff which was also a pain, but the bad service shicked me. its a sad say because chik fila used to really care about their guests, but not anymore.

The service was friendly like usual Chick-fil-A standards. I don't usually come here but we decided to dine in for the new year. The restaurant was cleaned. I was disappointed in the food quality. I got the spicy chicken biscuit with egg and cheese. The patty was so thin and hard. The hash browns were burnt. The coffee came with all the syrup at the bottom of the cup and despite mixing the drink, it was too sweet I couldn't finish it.

Hands down the worst chick fil a I've ever been to without question or comparison. Never seen a staff so clueless and un organized in my life. Terrible experience didn't even end up ordering. Please drive 1-3 miles to find a different location it'll save you time money and no stress

Don't go here! In the drive thru lane we asked what was the next size above a 10 count chikin mini. Stupid girl said, we don't make more than 10. You can either have 4 or 10! We ordered 2 10 minis. When we pulled up we were passed time and time again as they delivered food to everyone but us. Finally got them delivered and asked delivery girl about it; she said- oh yeah- we have a 20 count like what you got- but it's a tray and she probably doesn't know about it. The chick fil a on Holcomb n Kirby does. One in Meyerland does. Educate your staff! There is a reason you only have 3.2 stars and every one else have 4.5

Today was a 5 star day at Chick-fil-A! What a nice touch to have heart shaped biscuits on Valentine's Day. This location is always pretty speedy, even when the lines are long. I haven't been inside in a while, but the line is always calm and the workers are very professional.

Chick fil a quality is absolutely exemplary at this location. Customer service, customer service, customer service!! No matter how busy they are they step up the customer service to match the needs. Ms Charlotte greets everyone with warm welcomes as you walk in the store and thanks everyone as they leave. Refills and bussing tables are offered to customers before they have to get up. Ambiance is so pleasant. Well done Chick Fil A!! Thank you Ms Charlotte for brightening my day for sure!!

This Chick-fil-A is slowly becoming my boyfriend's least favorite. Every single time we order from UberEats from here, our order is COMPLETELY wrong. They have also gotten our order wrong 2 times when we drove through the drive-thru. It's just a bit ridiculous the rate they forget things or randomly swap things for the wrong item??? So confused. We never come here anymore, we have started going to a farther location.

Worst chick fil an experience i've had before. Usually very happy and satisfied with the customer service that we've experienced. This time was the complete opposite, the server Rosa messed up our order and when we went to correct it, she was very rude to us and would not fix our order. We then spoke to the manager who tried to recharge us for the order instead of fixing it. Never coming back to this cfa branch again.

I'd rather have almost any Chick in my mouth than Chick Fil A in my mouth. This is the Chick-fil-A that I use when I need some pre lifting chicken which I often don't. It's the first place I've ever seen that has three or four lines of cars in the drive through which gets backed up for a long way anyway. It's madness and lunacy to be honest. Not my favourite thing by any stretch of the imagination. I think they could do a better job. food is overpriced and tastes dry and like crap to me, as always.

I went with some family during the Hurricane Beryl aftermath. First of all - the drive thru line was HUGE (backing up on the feeder!) and the parking lot was full, as well as tables inside. Busy would be an understatement!!! We ordered to dine-in and the meals came out like 3-4 minutes after the order which was so impressive considering how many people were there! Food was yummy and warm (I was so desperate for a hot meal) also shoutout to my girl Ava V she was putting in the work with getting those meals out (this was 59 & Kirby location)

I stopped by either Saturday or Sunday evening, I was hungry but really was looking forward to the lemonade. I had $20 on me and didn't want to use my card, so after putting some gas in the tank I had $9 to spend, which in previous visits, should have been more than enough. I ordered my usual 8 piece nugget with a regular lemonade. I was shocked when the uninterested teenager who took my order on the tablet told me it was $10.80 something. Before I could say anything he saw the cash in my hand and said to pull up and he would take care of me there. So I did, thinking maybe there was a mistake somewhere. The 2nd uninterested teen repeated the same price, so I asked it's that much for the 8 piece combo?? He looked at his screen and muttered yeah... so I told him I only have $9 so I guess forget about it. He muttered something about it's probably the lemonade. I always get lemonade, and my total has never been over $10... but I'm a non-confrontational type of guy, so I asked how much would it be with a sprite... and this is when I knew something was up - he told me my meal with a sprite would be exactly $9. What are the odds. I said ok whatever let's do that. So as I pull up to pick up the food, I'm looking at the menu prices online. 8 piece meal is $5.95... and a medium lemonade is $3... though I fairly certain with the combo discount it comes out to a little less but I could be wrong. But even if it doesn't, $6+$3=$9... not nearly $11. I got my food, which didn't have any sauce that I had to request because I was never asked, and either got a diet sprite or the sprite was out because it tasted like straight soda water without any syrup. I worked at a Sonic for years during and after high school, I know a thing or two about this. And this just reeks of somebody stealing cash from the store, by either over charging and pocketing the extra cash, or pretending to ring something up and erasing the ticket completely when they see that cash is being used. Either way, my 8 piece meal with a lemonade has never been over $10... and this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. I doubt I'll be visiting this location again.

The owner, Yomary , Kentrell and the rest of the team were amazing with taking care of our order for our teachers! They have gone above and beyond during the recovery of Hurricane Beryl to serve their customers! We received our order fast and efficient way but most of all the best service! There are plenty Chick-fil-A in the area please choose another one! I have had too many bad interactions with this one for reason I have no clue about. The workers are majority Hispanic so I don't know if it's a language barrier. I have been to plenty of Chick-fil-A with majority speaking Spanish and still no problem. On Nov 8th There was a incident where I went to pick up an mobile order in the inside and wanted to place an additional order and I was standing at the register where all the workers looked at me and was speaking Spanish and no one took the order until the manager in a red button up came and attempted to take my order and I was like it's ok. I ignored that incident because I blamed it on being busy, when I was walking out the door there when to look like chic fil a corporate people coming in the door for a visit. I just got in the line outside to place my order. On TODAY 11/20/2023 I chose to use my birthday reward for a free Entree and get some more items along with that!. I had also a free delivery reward to go with that. I placed the order for delivery and told that the delivery won't be until 1:16 pm and I placed the order at 11:21. My coworker decided to eat the same thing and she was going to pick her food up so she won't have to wait. So I called to see if I was able to switch from delivery to pick up and MADOLINE stated that I would have to cancel my order and make a payment at the restaurant. I told her it's ok to keep it as delivery because I wouldn't have the reward and I will have to wait for the money to go back on my card. I received a text stating that my order can't be delivered and to contact the restaurant. I called the restaurant back and she said that MADOLINE told her to cancel the order. On the app it is still saying right now that the order is still being prepared. The money was taken out of my account and my birthday reward is still gone. I am a signature member so getting free food is not why I'm doing this!! I have spent PLENTY of money with Chickfila. This location needs to get it together and clear the language barrier. I however still need my money back because you guys got your money and i didn't get any food please and thank you

I have to say, the drive thru is becoming more and more excruciating. I was in line #1 this morning at 9:08 it shows I placed my order and nobody knew English. I asked for a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit with egg white because of my heart condition and I don't care how many times I told the person taking the order and they still couldn't understand how to place an order for egg white. They were not trained properly and I didn't receive the correct order. Instead, they charged me even for extra egg. I've seen an ongoing issue with English in the drive thru line and it's seriously becoming a pain. Today was absolutely the worst with how long I sat there with patience and they still didn't get it right

Stopped at this Chick-fil-A for a midday snack. My husband got the spicy deluxe chicken sandwich and I couldn't resist getting their waffle fries. My husband felt that their spicy deluxe chicken sandwich is very juicy and tasty. I love, love, love the waffle fries dipping them in the Polynesian sauce instead of ketchup. One thing that totally impressed me was that we paused momentarily by the cashier after paying and already another employee was walking around looking for us with our food. Extra, extra speedy! This location had a kids playroom for those who have kids. There are outdoor seating with umbrellas but I imagine it would be too hot in the summer to sit outside.

This location seams to have their act together. I have been coming here to this location every since they opened their doors. They have had a fee bumps a long the way with food quality and employee issue - but they have recovered for the most part. Their waffle fries are still a"hit and a miss" sometimes. But in general - their food hits the quality mark. I look forward to continue to patronize this particular location.

I called them and spoke to a manager who said they would honor the nuggets I ordered and add a reward for me in my app for me to get a replacement. That never happened. Asked for an avocado lime ranch because I like eating my fries with it, the employee asked me to pay 50 cents. This is the first time any chick fil a wants to charge me for it. Every other chick fil a I've been to has done it with no problem. Really 50 cents? It's not even about the 50 cents, it's about the customer service. The location at West Airport and 59 routinely gets our order wrong and they have no process to right their wrong. This last time We were not driving back over to get the item left out, they could not issue a refund even though we paid with a card and said if we did not come get the item within a week it would be too late. This location obviously has no respect for their customers and does not value them. The location closer to Kirby and 59 in Houston is a lot busier and manages to get their orders correct. Maybe there needs to be retraining at the Stafford location or hiring of more competent personnel.

I know my review won't make a dent in their business but I can't help to express how terribly I felt at this location around 10pm last night! I was picking up the order for GrubHub and noticed that paper bag is leaking the grease. I asked for a plastic bag to put the paper bag into so it would not smudge my car seats. They said no and if I don't like it I don't have to pick it up. More so, when I insisted for the bag, they called the officer to remove me from the property. Mind, I'm 61 years of age! Getting treated like this?!

I usually don't write negative reviews, but after several trips gone wrong to this location, I just have to. I think maybe they have gotten used to just being so popular due to their location, but I have found the service to be subpar. Almost every time I go, something is missing from my order, whether it be sauce, dressing, or even a straw. I feel like the workers do not take enough time to make sure everything is complete. And on top of that when you notify them, nobody really seems to be apologetic. They also don't salt their fries or hashbrowns which I can't seem to understand.

02/04/2022 of all the franchises in the area, this is the absolute worst. On 01/17/2022 I order on their mobile app a normal chic fil a sandwich and I received a spicy chicken which actually happens quite regularly. Then i return on the 04 of February because lets face it sometimes we go where is open and it was closing hours there so it was 10:48 ish pm and I ordered two mac and cheeses and a bunch of stuff. I was going to pull off without asking to speak to a manager but to let the person at the front know that the sandwich was wrong last time and he started to get smart regarding the time frame in which i chose to let them know. Well then i asked to speak to the manager and as i wait to speak to one my instincts said check my current order cause it is always something at this damn store and i check my bag and guess what there were no mac and cheeses in there. Then i am like look see you got this order wrong too so I am not crazy you all rip me off all the time here. The manager said would you like a refund for the mac and cheese and yall it took so much energy not to curse her out because then I become the stereotype so I said please refund the entire order because your front guy would have let me drive off without the mac and cheese. This store is abhorrent, they are supposedly the number one selling chic fill a likely due to location but i always choose the neighboring locations because managers are gross and negligent and they have ripped me off so much here i think it is likely purposeful....... Seriously DO NOT EAT HERE!

I love this Chick-fil-A because it has a play place. I got stranded there bc my car wouldn't start & the female manager on duty was SO kind and accommodating to us while we were waiting on roadside assistance!! They keep it VERY clean all the people work so hard. We had a great time the 4 hrs we were there today

I went here for a quick lunch and as always the lines are long but moved quickly in the drive thru. I was approached by a male who seemed fairly new, but was very kind. He even had a big smile and acknowledged my yorkie. I ordered my food then went to get my receipt at the next stop which the guy was extremely nice and asked me if I enjoyed free food and if so to do the survey on the receipt! (Definitely did it right away and was offered a free chicken sandwich) at the window my order was cooked to perfection and was promptly given to me. I was happy with my order which was the chicken noodle soup, fries and chicken nuggets! Everything was delicious!

if I could leave 0 stars I would. This is a place from kitchen nightmares with Gordon Ramsey. The management is obviously toxic and it sucks to see no one do anything about it. They treat everyone terribly PLEASE somebody get them some help. They served me THREE different chicken sandwiches and they were all EXTREMELY old. I'm not that picky of an eater and I NEVER spit out my food, but this spicy chicken sandwich made me want to throw up. It is obviously way too old to be edible. This is disgusting. Ordered a chicken tortilla soup, got home 30 min later, it's the wrong order. It's a noodle soup which I do not like or want. Called chick fil a bc this was a drive-thru order, & only mentioned I wanted a refund for something I'm not going to eat. Guy mentions that can't happen unless I come back, (I'm like 20 min away) then mentions they don't make the chicken tortilla soup anymore?? So then why even take my order and not notify me of this?? Everyone who knows me, knows how much I love Chick-fil-A. I was quite disappointed when I ordered two sides of egg whites and a grilled chicken filet. I was disappointed after my last visit when I placed my order and was over charged for my meal. I ordered during breakfast but was charged for a regular grilled filet, and received a breakfast on. The most alarming part is I over heard the team members at the window discussing how they over charged me, then smiled and handed me my breakfast. Most of us order our food thru the drive thru and never look at our receipt, trusting the individuals in place to make the right decision. It wasn't till I looked at my receipt till I noticed I was over charged. Chick-fil-A is not just know for the exceptional service, but the values Truett Cathy established when he founded the fast food chain. I am not saying I won't be back, but I'm disappointed.

When I come to Chick-fil-A I always expect the best service. Employees didn't really care to serve anyone. I actually saw customers move cones to leave the drive thru and the employees were laughing. Lazy, immature, and careless.

Terrible unapologetic service. Picked up food via drive-they but didn't realize they forgot the fries with our meal until I had gotten home. Tried calling the phone number on the receipt multiple times, and only heard the message that the voice mailbox is full. So, had to drive back to the restaurant and when I asked to speak with manager and explained the missing fries, her response was "is that all you're missing?" Not even a I'm sorry that you had to drive all the way back... I guess making mistakes and not giving people the food they paid for is now acceptable. I will never go back to this location.
