The Alderwood branch is a spacious spot with a drive-thru and a bright, glass-walled dining area. Every table has a fresh flower, giving it a stylish touch. The staff are kind, attentive, and make sure you enjoy a satisfying meal. It’s a bit of a walk from Alderwood Mall, but absolutely worth the trip! Chick-fil-A’s original "Chicken Sandwich" is a classic. The chicken breast is juicy and tender with a crispy coating, served on a soft bun. The pickles add a nice tangy kick. It’s great on its own, and even better with your favorite sauce.

Took my two kids here for dinner and play, and we had a fantastic time. The person who took our order was incredibly nice, friendly, and polite. That kind of customer service is hard to find at a fast-food restaurant, but this Chick-fil-A. The place was also spotless. I saw an employee constantly sweeping and keeping the dining area clean. It was a perfect stop after a long day of work; it definitely made my evening better. Highly recommend!

Service was great but when I got home I opened my wrap and was extremely disappointed. I always get the same grilled chicken wrap and have never seen such a small portion of filling in my wrap. Had to takw off more than half the tortilla bc it was so much compared to the 5 pieces of chicken inside.

This was my first stop on Friday afternoon, and there were no long lines, which made ordering quick and easy. The place was clean and well-kept, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The food quality really stood out — the chicken was fresh and well-cooked, and the salad was crisp and flavorful. Overall, a great first experience

This Chick-Fil-A is one of the nicest ones I’ve been to! The place is spotless and the food is delicious. Gordon took my order and was very personable and welcoming. While I was writing this review, David came and checked on how my meal was going. 10/10 service!!

I have picked up dozens of DoorDash and Uber eats orders from this location, probably at least 30+ by now. They are almost always quick to service me when I walk in and their order turnaround times are very fast overall. I’ve only ever had to wait longer than five minutes, maybe two or three times in total in the past. My wife and I regularly order food from this location and one occasion, we decided to eat inside of the restaurant and it was very pleasant. The booth was comfortable that we decided to sit in and the atmosphere was very friendly. There was a lot of other people eating in the restaurant at the same time as us, but overall, the noise level was very manageable. The staff at this location are very friendly and professional, as well as as quick. Great service, the food quality is very good, and I haven’t had a single bad experience at this location to this date despite so many different visits for different reasons. In addition to eating inside of the restaurant, their drive-through is very quick and their drive-through staff are well trained and very polite. The inside of the restaurant is generally speaking well kept and clean overall – I have yet to see it be ridiculously dirty or anything unreasonable. Five stars out of five, would highly recommend this Chick-fil-A location for sure.

The usual amazing chicken sandwiches. The fries and chicken wasn't as hot as I would have liked it. 4.5/5 Marysville location is still a bit better overall. As they are on top of cleaning the tables and food is piping hot. Had to clean our own tables here but they leave wipes by the garbage .

Love this location! Staff are super friendly, and food is always fresh and high quality. I usually alternate between the spicy deluxe chicken sandwich, tenders, and nuggets, with a side of waffle fries. I tried the peach shake during this visit and it has now become a new favourite! Will be back soon!

Stopped by the drive thru around 830pm for a quick post work out meal--well ya know, had to get my protein in, my simple sugars, all that goodness. There was only one other car in line and you already know we both got that classic chick fil a service ya heardddd. Anyways, everything was quick. The order. The transaction. The transfer of the food. And sheeeeesh the CONSUMPTION. Can't go wrong with that good ol chick fil a dawg.

Fantastic service, clean interiors, spacious bathrooms and cleanliness is faultless, AC strong, great communication on what soft bevies entails a refill, board games, children size tables, cut flowers and clean flower vases at every table, juicy burgers, variety of sauces, fresh buns and quality veggies. Also, while dinning, saw how the workers got along with one another and they have a really cute staff station with plenty of snacks for the workers. Why 4 stars? Spicy chicken burger is very mild for my taste- considering it's spicy and it's fried, the crust is just too lightly battered to have a crunch. The waffle fries weren't crispy considering they mentioned they can't do a special order of well done, stylistically with all that surface area on that waffle chip- improvements on it is realtively easy if they are willing to serve a crunchy fry instead of a soft fry. Out of all the Chick Fil A's I've been to, this one has the most homey restaurant vibe.

Very cute and inviting location with drive thru, dine in seating, outside seating, and take out. With Chick-fil-A I never bother with take out or drive thru as every location messes up and forgets items, etc. I only ever dine in. Dining in here the staff were friendly and attentive. Food was standard and yummy. Cute heart shaped chicken sandwich I noticed! My fav thing to order is just the number one og meal with waffle fries and lots of buffalo sauce for the fries and sandwich!

I had the spicy chicken sandwich with waffle fries, the meal met my expectations. There was no crazy line like in Bellevue, plenty of parking outside and the order was ready quickly. The restaurant has plenty of tables and a playground for kids.

There is some really good employees here, one of them is a older gentleman named norm or Norman. Anyways, some of the best Customer Service I have ever gotten. I hope someone recognizes it.

Why is it so hard for this Chick-fil-A to keep the restaurant clean???? Every single time we come here the tables and floors are always dirty!!! They have so many people working here and half of them seem to be just walking around doing absolutely nothing!!! Is no one empowered here to take it upon themselves to clean the tables or sweep the garbage up off the floor???? Or perhaps they simply don't care.... all the way up to the restaurant operator?!?!

This Chick-fil-A has impeccable service. Staff is very friendly and service oriented. Food was great as usual. They do a fantastic job keeping the place clean and tidy. For a fast food experience, I really enjoy what Chick-fil-A offers. Love the unlimited sauces, hand sanitizing wipes, insulated disposable cups, each table had a real flower in a vase, clean bathrooms, the playground, and more. The employee tidying up the restaurant while we were there was a young man named Jason. He was really respectful and nice. We were visiting with my young niece and he asked if she wanted to play on the playground before he started cleaning it. He told us it would take about 15 minutes to clean. Then when he finished cleaning the playground he informed us that we should wait a few minutes for the sanitizer to dry. My niece really enjoyed the playground.

Staff: Everyone was very friendly in their interactions with all customers. Nothing but smiles everywhere. Really seem like a happy group of employees. Just got asked by Mary if we needed anything. Bravo for great service. Quality/Quantity: Same as all other locations so delicious on all ways. Value: Good being fast food. Overall; We hit this spot while passing through to Seattle and we're very pleased. Always a family friendly ambiance at their restaurants. I'd be back if in the area.

Best chic fil an ever I love this restaurant. I have been going to this restaurant for quite a while and I absolutely love their tea. They have a new lemonade that's out. That's absolutely wonderful as well. I enjoy going there because the employees are so happy to see people they know and reoccurring customers love everything that they have my favorite thing on the menu. Is their macaroni and cheese with bacon bits on top is great. The cost of food is not much and ice is terrific. I would go back to the store over and over again because I love them thank you for having such a wonderful service and a wonderful store. I really appreciate everything and thank you for having such wonderful employees.

This location is usually really great! Fast service and haven't ever forgotten anything in my order. Unfortunately, after finishing most of my salad, I discovered an actual dead ladybug at the bottom. Not very cool and it made me vomit, which was also not cool. Overall not a great experience and I'll be avoiding Chik fil a until I begin to enjoy eating dead bugs. Once I do, I'll be back.

Norman is the best in the world. Sweetest man in the world and a pleasure to be helped by. Literally deserves the world but at the very least a raise and promotion to actual owner of the entire company. He is the most wonderful Chick-fil-A interaction I have ever had and there are a lot of really sick Chick-fil-A employees but he tops them all by so so far. Also the playground is super cool.

Whether it is takeout, drive through, or delivery they will take your money and not give you all of the food! My husband spent 20 minutes waiting for a sandwich that they missed, and then they forgot our kids mac and cheese that they were really looking forward to. Yes, he should have checked the bag, but seriously? 20 minutes of extra waiting in the store and you still don't give us all of our food? This has happened multiple times, including the last two. This most recent order included a free item because of their previous mistake, it's that bad. This Chick-fil-A location fails to meet the brand standards.

This place treats older people as less than compared to the younger crowd. They advertised free backpack give away for students. I am a returning college student but because I'm older I did not get one. Another younger college student just got a free backpack. Their advertisement only said free backpack giveaways for students. Nothing about age or grade and I even had my registration pulled up. That's so sad

Chick - Fil-A is ok but I just ordered by drive through a $22.52 lunch and noticed on the receipt an .08 charge for a bag, not wanted and not asked for. UNBELIEVABLE. Talk about your values. You have seen the last of us. j johnson, Muk

Fairly quick through the drive-thru and the order was correct. When I thanked the dude in the line for taking my order he said "my pleasure" while making hard eye contact which was a little weird. Given this company's history of supporting homophobic causes, it felt like they were subtly trying to undermine the corporate culture. Chicken sandwich was very tasty, despite the infused hatred.

I'm an otherwise fan of their food but watch out when ordering at this location, they did not give me the right size or menu items. I did not find out until I was already back home. I'm not trying to donate to Chick-fil-A so hopefully customer service can not only get this right but also tighten down on procedures so no one else has to deal with this.

They gave our order to someone else and when we finally asked why it was taking so long, the, Manager ABELYN refused to take any responsibility for making us wait over half an hour with three small hungry children crying in the car. We went home hungry with no food and when we called, ABELYN was rude and condescending and not at all apologetic about our long wait and upset children. We were hoping for better customer service and to be offered a remedy or solution to the problem that was entirely their fault. Someone please make sure ABELYN isn't able to treat another family this way.

This particular chick fil a is a very standout location. I don't like fast food but I eat here quite frequently. I have never had a bad experience here yet and I've been eating at this location since they've opened. I've used all of their services such as drive thru, dine in and delivery. I've never been let down with any of these options. The workers are nice, my order is always correct and the restaurant is clean.

Well, the rumors were true. Chick-fil-A staff is absolutely on another level of customer service. Went above and beyond to help a first time diner like myself to create a simple, easy to grasp run-down of their menu, items, specials, and recommendations. Food was as delicious as can be, made with the freshest ingredients I've ever had in a burger. If you never tried it, I HIGHLY recommend their fries. Crisp, flavourful, just the right amount of salt. Is chick-fil-a worth the hype its been rumored to have? I 100% agree! 5/5 will come back again!

For the Second time I have The chicken sandwich was hard to chew/ potato chips was cold, Not worth it/

Ordered $90 dollars worth of spicy, original sandwiches and nuggets to bring home to family in AK. So worth it. Yum. They didn't blink at the order. Such an efficient business. They have it down. FAST and hot and held up to travel like a champ. Just put it in a cold pack bag with some zippy bags of ice, courtesy of Embassy Suites and flew home. We dined in Chick-fil-A heaven. Daughter's friends at school were asking "Did you ship up Chick-fil-A?" Why Yes! Yes we did!

What's going on Chick-fil-a??? Waffle fries are soggy here and milkshakes are now the smallest size. The old large cups are no longer with us but the price remains the same for half of the original drink. Burger is the only thing that remains consistent but even then the meal becomes disappointing when considering the full picture. Seems to be more of a recent thing which is why I feel the need to comment rather than sit back and allow the fast food joint to do what it does best. Unsatisfied.

This is a goto place for our chicken burger cravings. The chick fill a special sauce is so delicious it can make any meal delicious. The recipe and ingredients are really simple but quality never changes. Love the fast service. We usually place the order on the app for a pickup and get it by walking into the store to save the time for driver through lines. It's easier that way because we get to enjoy the food in no time. Love the experience and 2 spicy chicken burgers is must have at this place!

I never write reviews unless it's needed so y'all better read this one. I've had my order messed up by y'all numerous times it's crazy. Just simply not paying attention or adding random stuff to the order. Like how do you add pepper jack when it wasn't asked for, or forget fries from an entire meal. I'd understand if y'all were busy and under a rush but it was only two cars in line. All I gotta say and I'm sure your manager tells y'all the same thing. PAY ATTENTION TO DETAIL!!!

Omg!! I love this place!! This joint is hopping! One of the busiest locations I've been to. Suggestion: if dinning in with a friend one order and one grab a seat or you may be standing and waiting that's how busy it is. Today we tried the spicy chicken sandwich meal garden style (lettuce and tomato) YUM!! I loaded mine with my favorite sauce chick-fi-A sauce, I like mine saucy so in goes the whole portion. Lol

We love eating here. The food is always hot and fresh! My go to is always the Spicy Chicken Sandwich meal with extra pickles and added lettuce. The chicken filet is always thick and juicy. Their waffle fries have always been super hot and fresh every time we've gotten them. And their lemonade... the best!! You can't go wrong with any of the sauces. We love the Chick-fil-A, Honey Roasted BBQ, Polynesian, and Sweet and Spicy Sriracha sauces the most. If you get a chance to go for breakfast, the Spicy or regular Chicken Biscuit are great as well! Customer service is ALWAYS on point. Everyone we've ever seen there is so friendly and seems to enjoy their job. The drive through line can be a little long as times but it goes really fast. I just wish we had one a little closer!

I'd like to review the food but the server dumped my drink on me and my order. I see that other people have problems, in fact word on the net is that they do this on purpose, so I'd say stay the hell away.

The waffle fries were so good and crispy without being over cooked and still very soft and mushy inside! For that, this spot gets 5 stars! I just wanted some nuggets, which are always a good option, and i was not disappointed.

Love this chicken joint Wednesday is breakfast at Chick-fil-A. This store has an inconvenience and it's drive thru. How you drive around the small maze and sometimes a long line. I just park and walk in and order. It's either bacon, cheese egg biscuit or chicken minis. So I got the bacon and egg cheese biscuit this morning it was ok but it didn't seem hot the cheese was cold. Always like the food so I am going to consider this a one off.

I have been very disappointed by Chick-fil-a near my house so I decided to drive a little further to go to this location with my family. It's completely different to say the least, from the cleanliness to the kids play area, from getting your food on time to their customer service; it's beyond belief. They have gone above and beyond and I am impressed. Especially with Reece, with her exceptional people skills and multitasking and asking people if there's anything else she could do for them. Refilling peoples drink or entertaining kids, she's just amazing.

20+minutes wait time for mobile order is beyond ridiculous at this location, Everett or Edmond location much better. -5 star if i could

You know exactly what you need after a hard day sitting at a computer? Various things with chicken in it! I love the drive-thru experience at this chik fil a. This place is so well staffed, well trained, and absolutely customer focused. We almost always go through the drive through and then bring it home ten minutes away. My go to is the Cobb Salad and a cup of chicken soup. It just sings to my soul on a day when my head is swirling with spreadsheets and numbers.

I think their employees are well-trained, and most of the time, they are very friendly and helpful. Money-worth wise, I think they are a bit overpriced for what you get. Food quality: I think there are room for improvement. For example, I love their potato waffles, and chicken nuggets. But sometimes I would get the best taste of them on one visit, and then the next, they would be dry and nasty. Their food quality control is not always consistent for some odd reason.

Im not sure what measures are being taken to avoid hair falling into food & i know accidents happen, but finding hair in my food is disgusting.

I want to start by saying that I have frequented this chick-fil-a location since it opened because I used to work next door at AAA, so I'd go for lunch occasionally. I never had a bad experience. I visited this location on 2/16/2022 at 7:30pm. Everything with the food was fine, placing my order was a breeze, the wait time to get the food wasn't too bad. My issue was when I got home I realized I was shorted $5 in the change I got back from paying. I called the store as soon as I got home and discovered I was shorted, nobody answered, so I left a detailed message explaining the situation and I left my name and contact info. I figured since they're open for breakfast someone in the morning crew would call me back, but after not hearing from anyone I decided to call and inquire about getting my money back. I figured if whoever was doing the deposit caught the til $5 over they would set it aside or something. Well I was informed by who I spoke to that they aren't able to give me my $5 back, but they could give me a coupon for a free entree. I was more irritated by the fact that nobody returned my call than anything. This whole experience just kind of soured me on chick-fil-a and their business practices.

Let me preface this with me saying I'm the biggest fan of chick fil a. I will eat it til the day I die. My favorite fast food restaurant. So, for that reason, I give this location 3 stars because I want to continue to hold it to the high standard I know it can meet and exceed. The service and food here was unprecedentedly off the mark. They gave us the wrong sandwich and were extremely slow at getting us the right one. The table we were at was really nasty and the fries, which I absolutely love, were super soggy. My overall chick fil a experience is for sure 5 stars but our experience at this location was not what we had hoped. The employees were extremely nice and the rest of the food was great but overall 3 stars.

I walked in and ordered a spicy chicken deluxe on 4/20. I brought the food home and took a bite out of my sandwich only to feel a foreign object on my tongue. I reached in and pulled a long piece of hair that connected the food to the back of my throat. I called back and informed that someone might not be wearing they're hair net and that I want my money back, Jonathan (manager) told me I have to bring the sandwich back to get my money. I told him I'm to far to drive back. (Jonathan) the manager, was hesitant to refer me to the GM. (Paul Rosser) email because he knew I'd took pictures of the food. Moral of the story, don't be shy to open up and inspect the food before you leave the store. I won't be coming back to this location ever again as this isn't the first time they've screwed up.

Not cool. You've listened to me before and omitted bacon on the Cobb salad. I'm pregnant- I cannot have cold meat. You put cold meat on my salad. I can't just drive back to get a new salad. My order said no boiled egg or bacon. This is not safe packaging for your customers.

Was this the best chicken sandwich ever? No Then why 5-Star review? The complete experience way exceeded what I expected. I arrive in the drive-thru and am a few cars back from ordering. That means I have 3 building sides of cars ahead of me, estimating about 9 or 10 cars. The order taker was very friendly. I move forward and the only time my car stopped for more than 30 seconds was when at the window. I got through the line so fast and the food was very hot and fresh. I got the new peach shake and the only issue was while the flavor was really good, some of the peach pieces were too big to come up the straw. Over all, good job Folks.

What hasn't been said about Chick-fil-A... for many it's the only chicken worth eating, for others, it's just a solid Chicken Sandwich... either way, I always consider this a safe bet when it comes to fast food. Yes, this is good fast food, it's a chain that services your mind, body, and they would say, your spiritual soul. They claim, they are the originators of the fried chicken sandwich. I have no proof that is real, but if that is what they do best, then let it be, that you should be going for it. Deluxe is where my heart is at, but if you want the simple sandwich, then go for it. Entrees or sandwich only are your options, so choose wisely, because you maybe in for a delicious pile of waffle fries, and a refreshing soda... because you should. Yes, this isn't healthy, and you are talking about deep fried goodness, but when you get over that, it's just that soft bread, with hot chicken, and that pickle.. that is what makes it, you are golden. Don't be afraid of asking for extra sauces, or trying a few, they will share gladly. Napkins? placemats? The friendly staff will eventually make their way around to refill your drinks or just make sure you are a happy smiling human being, who is munching away at perfectly cooked chicken.

Chick-fil-A always itches a chicken craving and this one is no exception. Try their spicy chicken sandwich, waffle fries with mayo, and their warm chocolate chip cookies. This location is larger than most with plenty of seats and even a play area kids love!

Spicy chicken sandwich combo, no pickles, add Colby-Jack cheese, and waffle fries well done please ($8.19). Politics aside, I do enjoy the food. And who can say no to chick-fil-a sauce!? Ask for a couple extra to have in your condiment drawer at home in case of emergency!

Always love chick-fil-a, the service, speed, quality of the food. Don't go here often because of the location. The chicken this time around was warm, wish it was hotter but everything else was great.
