Food was good the cashier forgot to ask us what type of sauce we wanted so we left without getting sauces for our chicken sandwich.

I have been to a number of Chick-fil-A over the years and have never had a bad experience. However, this one was two stars less than all my other experiences. The food was not bad, just not normal. There seemed to be no butter, and the rolls were not fresh. The chicken breading did not seem the same. The soup was ok. I'll try my normal store next week and see if this is just one issue with this location.

This Chick-fil-A never disappoints. Fast and friendly service, neat and clean atmosphere, and most importantly, delicious and tasty food. We really love their spicy deluxe and chick-fil-a deluxe sandwiches along with their exclusive waffle potatoes fries.

what i ordered vs. what i got… and when you try to call they go straight to voicemail. shame on this restaurant. there’s nothing wrong with fast service but it HAS to be paired with EFFICIENCY AND ACCURACY !!!

So nice having Chick-fil-A's close to home! You can always expect a yummy meal... and the service is always great. They definitely hold themselves to a high standard. And if you haven't tried their sauce, you're missing out! Highly recommend the waffle fries... so good!

I normally do not rate fast food restaurants, but this one does deserve one. Their service was one of the quickest ever, and I’m super impressed. Also, the whole place was super clean and felt like a friendly environment to eat in.

When lunch is voted on by the kiddos, Chick-Fil-A is always the top vote getter. Always a great experience with Chick-Fil-A, and we love it. We love the nuggets, waffle fries and the lemonade was amazing. Staff were professional, courteous and friendly. We were in/out in no time, and everyone was happy with their meals (as always).

I’d choose chick fil a over Popeyes every time if they were open on Sundays. Here they are so polite and friendly. Service is excellent and the food quality is consistent. Facility is clean too and always well maintained.

I ordered this tonight for DoorDash and it arrived on time. Obviously the food is always better when you go in regards to pretty much anywhere usually. But it was still pretty solid and tonight I got the chicken sandwich but with lettuce bun because I'm trying to eat healthier. I got a side of mac & cheese and a five piece nuggets and it was pretty good

It's clean, the staff are polite, and the food lives up to a consistent standard. I appreciate that they bring my order to my table and use my name to confirm that I'm getting what I ordered. I love the crispy chicken strips, and I love that they don't really limit how many sauces you want, even on small orders. Of course the parent organization is its own thing, but the staff are not proselytizing either.

Maybe chick fil a just tastes better in an airport? Got a grilled chicken sandwich with gluten-free bun and made it a meal with fries and a drink. First red flag was the paper straw. Those can have an issue with the glue for those people who have a gluten allergy. Second, the bun just tasted more stale than usual. The grilled chicken tasted drier. The tomato looks like it was in the fridge for way too long. And the fries had that gross potato taste that I don't enjoy. I ended up eating just a handful of fries and only about half my sandwich and threw the rest out. very disappointing.

We've been going to this location for years and all throughout the pandemic. It was our favorite thing to do to order via the mobile app and pick up the food and eat in the car when we couldn't do much due to the quarantine. The food is very consistent, we love the milk shakes and my son loves the chicken sandwich and the fries (who wouldn't). The workers are very efficient and friendly. Went there week of Mother's Day and they had a special dinner where moms can bring their kids and they have servers to take your orders at the table and give you a free brownie or cookie. It was very thoughtful of them. They'll also give you free food in the app every now and then.

We went with my family and had a very upsetting experience. My younger brother ordered an original Chick-fil-A sandwich, and when he opened it, the bun was covered in green mold. We immediately informed the manager, who gave him another sandwich but did so with a bad attitude, as if this was something normal or something that had happened before. No apology, no concern. Definitely not coming back, ew

Good chicken and Mac n cheese. Items are pricy especially the Mac n cheese and the cup is never filled to the top. But they did correct it. Thanks

Ordered: Spicy Chicken Biscuit (free reward): with egg (+70¢) Hash Browns (~$2) Aya's take: I finally found a Chick-fil-A breakfast item I really like! I'm honestly not a big fan of the Chick-n-Minis and have given them a few chances now. When I had a reward to try the Spicy Chicken Biscuit, my expectations were low. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised at how well-seasoned the spicy chicken breast was, how buttery and fresh the biscuit was, and the addition of the egg made it feel like a complete breakfast. Their Hash Browns are usually on-point; crispy, soft, and golden brown. Not to mention, the Honey Roasted BBQ Sauce is my new favorite and has less than half the calories that the Chick-fil-A sauce has (60 vs. 140 calories). All in all, a solid breakfast!

So everyone knows what a Chick-Fil-A is, and everyone knows how great their food is as well as their service. They are also immaculate! This one is no different. I came here to um... use the facilities. And of course I got food afterwards. 3 strip meal with large fries and large sweet tea. All amazing! Fries were a tad cold for some reason, and were a little bit chewey, but dip them in their signature CFA sauce and bang zoom! Strips were amazing as always! And sadly with the tea, there is never enough lol! Place was a zoo! Every table was packed. This was a Thursday night! The guy doing my order was a tad slow, but still professional. 1,2,3 took the order. Came out to $11.93. I gave him $22 an he just blanked. He accidently put the wrong amount in, so the machine did not tabulate the correct change. A manager had to come over and help, even she had some issues. Thankfully they trusted me when I said my change is $10.07. Other than that, the restroom was immaculate! Food was delicious. Service could have been a little bit better, but its our generations fault for allowing the next generation to require machines to do math for us. If you are nearby, I highly recommend.

Considered to be one of the best Chick-Fil-A's near my place. I have been here over and over and I think the food is great, the reason why I rate this 4 stars is because that the seats were kind of dusty and the table had crumbs. But the staff was very nice and the food was pretty quick to be received. I still like this place all times because it is a nice place and you can also even sit outside, I also enjoy eating the ice cream as it's flavor is not like any other normal ice creams. The burger and fries were also perfectly cooked and the fries were perfectly crispy.

So happy that indoor dining for this Chick-fil-A location is back! My son and I arrived there this Saturday morning around 11:30am to beat the crowd. The dining room was clean and quiet. I ordered via app. The food got to the table in a timely manner. I ordered the spicy southwest salad with nuggets and my son ordered 4 piece chick n strips along with waffle fries. They never disappoint! My salad was fresh and nuggets were hot and steamy when it reached to my table.

I never thought I'd say that one of my favorite salads is from Chick-fil-A, but here we are. Seriously though, the cobb salad is one of the best I've had. So much crispy crunchy chicken, fresh tomatoes, shredded cheese, corn, bacon, hard boiled egg and the most delicious avocado ranch dressing. This feels less like a fast food salad and more like something you'd find at a sit-down restaurant. While it's not exactly the most healthy salad, it's a nice change up from the usual chicken sandwich. The mac and cheese is also stellar, as are the waffle fries. It's Chick-fil-a, so you know what you are getting. But you might not think about getting a salad. Maybe this review will change things for you.

Drive-thru today got back to the office and my sandwich looked a little rushed. it was good sloppy but good.

I've been to Chick Fil A quite a few times in Florida, but this was my first time stopping at this nearby one in NJ. I guess I wanted to wait a couple of years for the line to go down. Well, it really hasn't! Like the FL locations, this is very well organized, and while there always is a line, it moved quick, even at dinner time on a Saturday night. We went with the gold standard, the chicken sandwich, with waffle fries. The sandwich, with the house sauce, is tough to beat in the fast food universe. If you're on Rt 10 in Morris Plains, don't let the line scare you. Get a great sandwich (but not on Sunday's)!

I have been coming to this location for many years. Food is always yummy, and service was friendly. I never ordered drive through, because the line is always too long. I mostly ordered through the app, and pick up inside the restaurant. Tonight, they gave us 1 less fries. When we walked inside to talk to the staff, the first person said there was no mistakes. We showed him the receipt, and the manager quickly came over to give us the missing fries, and an extra brownie for the mistake. You don't find many restaurants who would do that anymore. Highly recommend this location.

Hello friends. I finally decided to go! What can I say It just wasn't grabbing my attention, and I didn't get why the hype over this fast food joint. And honestly I still don't get it. I got the chick fil a deluxe sandwich and waffle fries It was just a chicken sandwich nothing special I dont know why but I just can't get excited for it. Don't get me wrong it didn't taste bad it was just chicken ‍... I mean to have the drive thru lines super long I felt it was exaggerated a bit. My children even rave about their ice? Ummmm it's just frozen water If you like chicken go for it. If you don't mind waiting long time for chicken go for it. If there is no other choice but that then I'll go for it. Enjoy!

Rude "service" by staff who assume one knows the whole menu by heart - including sauces- drinks etc - just to move the line of cars through faster which was pointless as we barely moved after our order was taken. The food was extremely oily and soggy. There was no flavor aside from the few sauces we received. Based on my experience at this location relative to other similar fast food locations and the food - I would not recommend this chain and am unlikely to return. Poor management - poor food quality and presentation. Expensive for what is provided. Thankfully there are other choices nearby.

Service is super quick here! I did a mobile order three minutes before I walked into the store for pick up, and my food was piping hot and ready to eat within 5 minutes. The person who brought my order was nice and asked me if I wanted more sauces. I was confused since generally most places only give you the condiments that you asked for. Nice to see that your sauce isn't just limited to the app! I really appreciate them being so organized (ie: different lanes for pickup and door dash deliveries/in store ordering) during these crazy times.

This Chick-fil-A location is very convenient if you are driving on I-287 north toward upstate NY. My two sons (15 yr, 13 yr), wife, 5 year old miniature poodle, and I were driving up to Cooperstown, NY from Princeton, NJ, and did not want to take a lot of time for lunch. Driving on Route 10 west toward Dover, the restaurant will be on the opposite (eastbound) side of Route 10 just past the Route 202 intersection (where the Kohl's is located). On Saturday afternoon, the drive-thru had a long line and we needed a rest room break, so I parked in the lot (in front of the Chipotle's) and walked to the carry-out entrance. A bonus for dog owners is that the strip mall has a Terry's Pet Stop where you can pick up treats. What I like about Chick-fil-A is the prompt and polite customer service when you place an order at the cash register. This is a very busy location, but the staff was able to multi-task carry-out orders in a professional manner. However, one major downside of this location is its basic physical layout. First, the drive-through lane entrance is difficult to access if you are coming from I-287 (westbound on Route 10). Second, the restaurant is separate in a tiny corner. If you park in front of the Chipotle's, you will need to walk and cross a 2-way street. Third, the interior layout feels claustrophobic due to space constraints. That said, the chicken sandwiches are delicious!

Not sure what the hype is about.. they make good sweet tea .. maybe I'll try a sandwich next

We usually stop here for breakfast on our way to the vet. We've visited a handful of times. Haven't gone inside, usually order online and pick up at the window. Workers are nice and efficient. Usual good service you expect at Chick-fil-A, no complaints. Our food usually come as ordered. I always appreciate that.

I'm not often near a Chick-fil-A and thought I'd treat myself. Lines are supposedly long, so I ordered online. Pulled up and talked to the order taker, who had my name in the system. I then pulled up to the delivery area and waited. And waited. And was asked to move. And then was directed to wait outside their parking area. I was then told they didn't have my order. I gave them my order #, and showed them the email. And waited. And then was asked to order again, because they couldn't find the order in their system, even using the order # they created. All told, about 25 minutes of waiting after paying online, and never received anything. And somehow people live this place.

Reed hooked it up in the drive through. Did a mobile order and asked for extra pickles. That's my only beef with chick fil a. Gotta have more than two pickles. He pushed it up to a ton of pickles on my sandwich. Best sandwich I've had in a while

Chick-fil-A - with a very long set of drive-thru lanes to help deal with the volume (and staffers outside to help orders get in faster). I remember when it first started this place had lines all the time, police outside to help with the traffic, and couldn't figure out why people would wait so long for a chicken sandwich that I could drive to JC, go to the Newport Mall, get the same thing with no line, and drive back. Makes me wonder if the Kohls and other businesses there did better while folks waited on their sandwiches. Now, you can place your order on the app and come by- much faster for pickup, though lunch lines can still be long. There are definitely the hard-core fans here that won't admit to anything but the most awesome chicken sandwiches here. Do they have a good sandwich? Yes, and their nuggets aren't bad and a lot of people they love their sauces. The fries I've never been a fan of (I think you can get better away), but cross-cut fries like this remind me of primary school.

This was my first visit at a Chick-fil-a and my first impression was that I found it to be a delicious much needed change of pace for this area. The Chick-fil-a Biscuits are so simple but so damn Good with a perfectly prepared fried chicken breast on a fluffy buttery biscuit. I initially thought okay where's the bbq sauce or ranch dressing on this bad boy? but it's just perfect as is. The Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Biscuits are equally delicious and in both cases I gotta say these Biscuits are super addictive! This location just had it's Grand Opening the other day and so they're still working out the kinks but overall I can definitely see Myself stopping by on a regular basis. I like that they open up at 6:30 in the morning and it's located on the right side of Route 10 East for easy in & out before heading to work. Come and Get Your Munch On!!

I love the food at chick-fil-a. Customer service is kinda slow but not the restaurants fault. It's the lines. Just find it very expensive to dine here.

Same delicious food and excellent customer service. The drive thru line on a random Tuesday afternoon in rain was 35 minutes wait. They sell chicken and chicken. Dunno why it's not more streamlined. That's my only complaint. This location isn't new so I'm not sure why the lines don't move quicker. We will be back.

New Chick-fil-a in the area!! I have heard about this new location since the beginning of the year and has been super excited to come. They had their grand opening yesterday morning. My boyfriend and I went at around 9am to get their breakfast. They didn't have any lunch options at that time which was fine. We went through the drive thru and the employees were super friendly and bubbly. I'm surprised how much energy they have especially since they have been working since 5am. I got the hash browns which was not bad-- it tasted like any average hash browns. It came in bite size pieces which I like because I can just pop it into my mouth. Overall, I had a really great experience and will be back!

This is currently the only chick fil a in the area, the next one is around 40 minutes away. Much like other locations, the service is quick and efficient. The food is delicious as always and this location also has the larger ketchup packets! During covid you can order pick up, delivery, or drive through. I would say pick up or drive through is the quickest. Precautions are taken at the fullest extent and you will get your food really fast despite the huge line that is typically there. Chick fil A is probably one of the better fast food joints. Im just happy we finally have one and have a place to go whenever im not sure what to eat. Wish there were more around here.

I've been to this Chick-fil-A many times since I live like 5 minutes away from it. The staff is really young here and I like to think that I am helping shape the youth while I yell at them for miscounting my 6 piece nuggets. I am completely joking lol they're great. Very prompt and polite like any chickfila you go to. I would Highly recommend you get the mobile app and order for pickup. I once put in the order while leaving my house, already on Rt 10 and it was ready by the time we pulled into the parking lot. I will never understand why people stand in the drivethru forever when they can just use their two walking sticks to go into the restaurant and just pick up the order.. obviously unless you were handicap-able then I'm an ass and you may proceed to stand in the drivethru.

This place is the worst. I ordered a milkshake through the app. It never came out. I went to the counter to ask them to make it. The person disappeared. Then I ordered one and paid for it. Waited another 20 minutes. Nothing.

Customer service is always polite and fast. Items are a bit pricey, but very delicious.

It's Chick-fil-A!!! that's all you need to know... If you want a burger then you are in the wrong place, but if you want chicken... then you have to go to chick-fil-a... i am so happy they open one around my area so now i can come whenever i want... i love their original deluxe, and add the chick-fil-a sauce myself... they are very generous on their chicken piece, not like other place where the chicken can be a little small!! do come before 1130 if you can so you can beat the line, they usually have a crazy line at lunch time (haven't gone there for dinner so not sure how crazy the line could be) OR use their app to order for pick up, so your order will be ready when you arrive (but then you might risk of having a "not so fresh" experience... so yeah... your choice!!! :)

If you can put your politics aside, I urge you to upgrade your fast food palate. Chick-fila is serving up fried chicken sandwiches so good... that I tolerate their homophobic, far left Uber conservative christian leanings. Now... let's talk "Chick-fil-A Sauce"... it's not mayo, it's not mustard, it's not BBQ.... yet it is all of those things.. in the past I would horde these packets of "Chick-fil-A Sauce" on road trips for later use... on fries, eggs.. other establishment's chicken sandwiches... and can neither confirm or deny eating an errant packet on its own. Don't judge... haters.. Back in the day you probably lived around the way from a chick-fil-A. But not all of us grew up with your privilege. Some of us grew up rough... where if you wanted a chicken sandwich you had to use nuggets and wonder bread.. and mix up your own sauce with inferior condiments. So try walking a mile in my Birkenstock's before you go looking down your nose.... I digress. Try the chicken sammie with the sauce.

Listen- you will wait FOREVER at this location because there's no other chick-fil-a around! Once the hype wears off- you will STILL wait because it will forever be busy here! The food is good and hot and the service is phenomenal, so that makes up for it all! My only complaint is the logistics! The location is absolutely terrible and was not at all thought out! The drive thru lines are a nightmare, and the front/side entrance to the restaurant is just plain weird. Will that stop me from visiting this location?! Not at all! I highly recommend the cobb salad and their frozen lemonade- YUM! Thank me later.... :)

I've been waiting for this place to open up for a really long time, and I'm so happy that it's finally here after several delays. The day this place opened, I came here at 9am and went through the drive thru. The line was really long (it seems to be long whenever I pass by this place), but the staffs were super friendly. I have never seen any other drive thru employees this friendly. I hope this stays the same. I got a chicken biscuit, and it's better than I expected. It's just a chicken in between a biscuit, but it tasted really even without any sauce. For your information, this place serves breakfast menu until 10:30AM. Whenever I go to Chick-Fil-A for lunch/dinner, I get Spicy Chicken Deluxe meal. Meal includes a sandwich, fries, and a fountain drink. Also, make sure to try their chick-fil-a sauce if you haven't yet. When you order food, they will give you a table marker and bring the food to where you sit. There's plenty of places to sit both inside and outside, and even has a play area for kids. As always, the staffs are really friendly and efficient. We didn't have to wait too much for our food even though this place was packed.

Take out from this Chick Fil A location was our go to once a week for dinner. The last few months this location has gone downhill. We have repeatedly received orders made incorrectly where we are charged for ingredients but the restaurant staff failed to include them. They also add ingredients that aren't requested and don't come standard on their grilled chicken deluxe like pickles. When we called the restaurant to resolve the repeated mistakes, no one answers during normal business hours and there is a message that says their voicemail is full. We contacted corporate to resolve the poor service and repeated issues and the rep couldn't care less. Their resolution is they will issue a free menu item and then issue a promotion to your account for an item of lesser value. When asked for a refund they say they can't do that and it has to be done by the restaurant location, which you can't reach. We have stopped going here as a result. We still love Chick Fil A but this location isn't worth the hassle.

I could not wait for this place to open and I am addicted already... seriously, I cannot compare their chicken sandwiches to any other fast food place. Chik Fila is far superior! Superior in ingredients, attention to detail, consistency, and service. This place is always packed for these reasons. I am always torn between their original sandwich or the spicy chicken. Their shakes are amazing and so is their lemonade, if you haven't tried it yet, you can thank you later!

Love this chain of chicken restaurants! This location is in the Kohl's shopping center just off of Route 10. Set up to accommodate a lot of Drive Thru traffic with two lanes to order and a queueing area the length of the parking lot! I have tried the drive thru many times and the wait times have reduced as the newness of the location has worn off... but the queue is long enough to show healthy business. Food is typical quality for the chain which is really good. Lots of hype about Popeyes chicken sandwich but the Deluxe Spicy Chicken Sandwich here is really good, especially if you add some Buffalo Sauce! The cross cut fries are tasty, crisp outside and fluffy inside. Finished with a cookies and cream shake which was really good, topped with whipped cream, and od course a cherry. Nicely blended Oreos in the vanilla ice cream. Four stars for sure!

I went to grand opening yesterday morning! I had a chicken biscuit for the first time which was great. It is in a good location and I'm happy to see some new options along with all the favorites! I was one of the lucky ones that won chick-fil-a for a year so I will be back here all the time with friends and family.

Best fast food in town, and one of the better locations. If you want fried chicken, they are still the best place in town.

Here's the deal: this location is always packed especially the drive thru during COVID. Smart thing to do is use the mobile app and avoid the lines! As for the food. It's always the top end of fast food to me. Always friendly & prompt service ! Plenty of options for both breakfast & lunch. Damn those home fries are good!!

Got in and got out via drive thru. Had folks with tablets taking your order to expedite the process. When I got near the exit, my food was available and I was ready to be on my way. About five minutes the entire transaction.

Chick-fil-A!! This is a fairly new location and there's not really any other around this area. So, if you come here, expect to wait in the drive thru, inside, and maybe even for your mobile orders. So far, I've done a mobile order and an in-person order. Luckily, both experiences were quick for the order to be ready. I went on a Saturday during a non-peak time (3-4pm) and it was still busy. There was a line but it was moving. I got the spicy chicken sandwich, 8pc nuggets, and of course, the waffle fries. Ask for the chick-fil-a sauce! As it is new, this location has an up to date interior, it's clean and hopefully it stays that way as time goes on! I wonder if the lines will ever go down? But nonetheless, I'm glad there's a chick-fil-a in this North Jersey area to satisfy my spicy chicken sandwich + fries cravings!

Super friendly staff! Just came back from the drive-thru. Second day they're open. Posted a pic of the menu they handed us. Currently, they have 2 lines for the drive-thru with about 6 employees walking around taking orders on tablets/verifying orders/printing receipts. At the pick up area, there are another 3-4 employees getting orders to the cars & handing out coupons. Staff answered my question re: difference between deluxe & regular sandwich. Regular just has the chicken in a burger bun with pickles. Deluxe has cheese, lettuce, & tomatoes as well. Ordered a spicy deluxe chicken sandwich meal with upgraded drink to the peach milkshake (seasonal & not on the printed menu). Peach milkshake has little bits of peach in it & is topped off with whipped cream plus a maraschino cherry. Waffle fries were great! Chicken was moist & tender with a nice kick. BF ordered a grill chicken sandwich meal. He received a breaded chicken cutlet in his sandwich instead. Took one star off since he was disappointed.

There's always a ridiculous line out the wazoo here. Do yourself a favor. Download off the app (and accumulate points) and avoid the line by doing a curb side pick up. It's substantially faster and let's be real, we all need some exercise during this quarantine. There are two pick up lines though- the left is for app orders and the right is just for door dash. There's not always an attendant there to let you know if you're on the right line. Unfortunately after a ten minute drive home, my fries were cold so I wasn't too pleased. I just threw them in the oven. Tip: throw some Old Bay seasoning on it!
