I hesitate ordering in person instead of the app for breakfast because I do grilled chicken and it is mind-blowing. I wanted to call to get the district manager phone number because this place does not operate like a Chick-Fil-A, but their phones were having technical difficulties. I pulled around to eat before a class and there was no egg on my sandwich. Granted it took the person taking my order three times to get it correct, and I know for a fact he's not the only one wearing a headset. I went inside and explained there was no egg on my sandwich. The cashier inside, then went to the lady at the window and she said she double checked the order herself. I said, I literally said it three times in the drive thru. The cashier then took my sandwich in the back and that's when I was done. Anytime my food is out of sight, especially a remake, that's it. I ended up asking for a refund and got it. I never got a hey, sorry we messed up, is there anything we can do to make it right, I hope you come to us again, nothing. I haven't eaten McDonalds in 15 years, but I guess that's how it would feel. I ordered online for drive up at Millenia down the road and it was well worth it!! I can't believe the reviews of this place. Usually a Chick-Fil-A is proudly franchised by strenuous screening processes. I will be sure to contact corporate.
