I’m doing this review because this is getting ridiculous, this is the only location that serves their breakfast so small. I get the breakfast egg, chicken and hashbrown almost every morning they just put the tiniest amount in there. Seriously I pay $5 dollars for it. This morning I got a large hashbrown and it’s barely halfway like common. Every other location serves their portion just right but why this one has to serve it so little. I’m not asking for extra food but what I am paying for.

The service is always very friendly and the store is always clean and organized. The drive-thru line moves quickly and when we go to eat at the restaurant we usually don't have to wait too long for our order. I have nothing to complain about this Chick-fil-A location, there are several spaces close to the front door, curbside spaces and fast service.

We were served by a young man named Ledger (if I got the name right), and his service was truly on another level—always attentive, helpful, and aware of everything going on around him. While taking an order, he noticed a group of six had just arrived and immediately informed his team, all without neglecting the guests he was already assisting. He is communicative, diligent, detail-oriented, and genuinely service-minded. At the end, I told him his service was exceptional—because it really was. One of the topics at our table was actually how impressive it was to watch him work.

I’ve had poor experiences here in the past with wrong orders, service etc.. but Vanessa in the drive thru changed them around for me. Very kind, polite, and professional, greeted me with a smile (which I don’t get often in this location). Improved my impression of this location. Want to make sure to recognize when service is great!

I loved this fast-food place! I ate there several times during my vacation. The joke about the beef is hilarious, and the tea you can order with your meal is the best thing ever. I have nothing bad to say—the sauces are delicious, the food is great, the service is good, and the restaurants are cozy and visually appealing.

After ordering and receiving our food Isabella checked on us to see if we needed anything with a warm, friendly smile. Later she even came up to us to take our trash. Amazing service. This doesn't just motivate us to come back to this restaurant, it helps positively reinforce how we view the brand. Thank you for amazing service and food.

This visit was nice and Connor the Executive Director took my order in the drive-thru. Amazing to see Leaders such as Connor letting consumers and crew members know that no level of the Chic Fil-A team is above hot sunny days in a Florida drive-thru. Great Work Kirkman!!

Chick fil a recently had a game in their app where you could win free meal items. I played a couple weeks in a row and got lucky that three items were available for free at the same time. It was a perfect lunch with french fries, five piece nugs, and a chocolate chip cookie. The waffle fries were fresh and hot. I got the Polynesian sauce for my nugs, but only ate three with the amount of sauce I received. I ate the remaining two nugs after I got home with some of my own truffle hot sauce. The restaurant was clean and everyone was friendly. This was early in lunch service so it wasn't very busy.

This was in the bread of the chicken sandwich and it was hard and I did not noticed till after I took a bite. The staff did not even care. Do not eat here. I still have a stomach ache and I had this yesterday for lunch.

This is the dirtiest chick-fil-a I have ever been in. We went at 1030am. It wasn't busy. Floors were dirty.. Straws, straw wrappers, and napkins on the floor. Windows had streaks like they took grease to clean them. Bathrooms were dirty. No excuse especially that early in the day. Def recommend they hire new management. This is not chick-fil-a standards.

We were looking for a place to have lunch and this was the safest one for all of us in the area. We just stopped through the drive-through and picked up a simple meal. My companions each got a number one and I went for a spicy chicken sandwich. This is my first time having this particular sandwich and I really enjoyed it. Service in the drive-through was quick and easy and we got our food in a timely manner.

I tried the maple pepper bacon sandwich here and it was so satisfying. I also got it with a spicy filet and honey mustard sauce on the side. The customer service was great as usual. The order came out quickly. I was in and out of the drive thru in less than 3min.

I've been to a lot of Chick-fil-A here in Orlando, and this is by far the one with the crispiest and tastiest fries in town. They also have a playground for the kids. I highly recommend it.

They just need to go ahead and close this location and save a lot of people time and money. This location was open for 39 minutes yet when I go to order, a recording greeted me saying they were closed. Why wasn't this deactivated? So, I try to order and I can't tell if the person is talking to me or one of their coworkers. It was very awkward for about 60 seconds. Drive thru workers were not your typical, friendly employees. They didn't greet us or even say "our pleasure" when they gave us our food. Oh, and they shorted me some of our food. Is t that the point of the drive thru, so you don't have to get out of your car? So, I go in and they say "sorry about that". The food was good but I will NEVER visit this location again. If you are thinking about coming to this location, keep rolling.

I don't eat chicken, but was craving some waffle fries. I added a Cobb salad with no chicken as well. The service was great as expected. The fries slapped per usual. The salad though, it was pretty basic without the chicken and I could have easily made this at home ( I was too lazy too). Overall it was good, bedtime I'll just skip the salad.

This place is nice and very cleanly but when I spoke to this older bigger gentleman because my sandwich had pickles in it and I asked for none- (I just wanted it remade.) he gave me a whole look where he was annoyed to even be there. I didn't get good vibes from him. I understand fast food is stressful at times but don't take it out on others. All the other staff is VERY sweet. Especially this taller guy who works there. The place is in a very good area and they take care of the place. Maryann came over to our table and watered the plants and she was VERY sweet. You can tell she cares a lot even if its a little job.

Pretty unapologeticly slow. The servers were nice and the restaurant is clean. Drive through seems faster.

The prices are simply ridiculous for the portions you get. Now they only have shakes one size which looks like a kids meal shake for a ridiculous price. Won't be going back there.

As far as fast food goes, chick Fil-a is the best. Always lots of people working, polite staff, easy pay option when waiting to help speed up the process. Rest rooms are always clean. Some say it's pricey but I'm a firm believer in you get what you pay for. Just for the staff being able to hold a conversation without grunting at me when asking for something is worth the extra couple of bucks. The strawberry shake is awesome! So are the waffle fries, and spicy chicken deluxe! Super fast on the go lunch! make sure to get the Polynesian sauce and zesty buffalo sauce to complete the meal!

(4/25/2023) the whole office decided that they wanted Chick Fil-A for lunch, I offered to pick up. Easiest way is to order in the app and pick up. As usual at any Chick Fil-A during lunch, the drive-thru was insanely long. This location has a specific pickup only and food delivery lot (UberEats/DoorDash/GrubHub, etc.). Be forewarned, this lot is very tight. I'd just park on the edges and walk the extra 10 feet next time. Service was friendly and efficient, as it always is at a Chick Fil-A. Decent side salad for a fast food place. Chicken sandwich was acceptable (not a Chicken Sandwich war winner for me), not sure why the long-standing hype, but it was fast and affordable.

Gotta be the one of the worst franchises of Chick-fil-A to exist. Always have issues here. Go to the other one 5 minutes away on Sand Lake instead.

There is a reason why this is such a low rated chick fil-A for the Orlando area. First, as you can see, we were trying to order lunch from the counter inside. It was 10:29 a.m. So they would not let us order at all! She verified with her young manager, who is in the 2nd photo, that no orders could be made for lunch and we would have to wait. This is after us already waiting in line and my son having to be to work by 11. Mind you I can see from where we were standing that lunch was already under the lights and package to ready to go. So I decided well I'll order breakfast. That way my son can get to work on time, rather than going to the end of the line. So I order breakfast, and then they tell me you cannot order breakfast it is now after 10:30. What??? Okay finally was able to order and be on our way, but what a waste of my time, the cashier's time, the time of the folks behind me, for 1 minute.

I stop by here every month or so just to confirm that this location is still a train wreck.., This location will try your patients. Avoid if possible.... Yikes

This location is a joke...especially if you get there when they open in the morning. Today I got there right after 6:30AM when they opened...I had to wait for about 10 minutes for someone to look at me and another customer. The young lady took the orders and then we waited. I waited a total of 20 minutes from the time I walked in the door to the time I left with food. I understand going to a restaurant when they open is risky but if you advertise open at a certain time then you should be ready to serve at that time...not just open the doors. If they can't serve the dining room as fast as the drive through customers then they should open later so we are not waiting 15-20 minutes for breakfast. I am done with this location and and will go to the other location on my way to work that is open earlier.

I took my daughter to chick-fil-a because she loves the chicken here and so do I. I'm a little fed up. Two weeks ago my boyfriend took our daughter to Chick-fil-A and met me for lunch at work. They said no pickles, and they still added pickles. They both ended up, not eating it because he's allergic to pickles and my daughter does not like pickles. so we ended up spending $40 in this location and were very unsatisfied. My sandwich was great though!!! Today I take my daughter to this same Chick-fil-A again I said no pickles and they still added pickles. It took me 45 minutes to order get my food and tell the employers, the sandwich was not correct. You guys are so overpriced. And it's OK because it's good quality. But is always incorrect when it comes to the pickles.

They just do not get it. All time worse representation of this franchise. They have the worst movement of cars through their drive through. They constantly get your order wrong. This is not the Chick-fil-A that we are all used to. Mangement has no regard when you speak to them. Expect not to happy with what you get!

Wow, I've never been to a Chick-fil-A where I've actually had time to sit in line and write a review. The time in line spent could have been spent at a dine in restaurant. I do not recommend this Chick-fil-A the drive through service is way to slow. Usually no matter how long the line is they have you in and out, this was not the case here. I ordered the mini chicken breakfast biscuits, always a hit. I can not complain when it comes to the food, they always deliver great, hot food.

Someone please tell "mush mouth" that she talks way too fast. Order took twice as long because she talked like an auctioneer. And I talk too fast for a lot of people, so if I complain you know that they are extreme. Got a wrap and a diet frozen lemonade. Cool.

The service here is so slow. I went in the drive through and there was barely anyone here and yet it took ages for someone to get to us. We were hungry so we stopped by the closet place there was. Food was good, service not so much.

PLEASE add a curbside option, even if it's in-store pick-up. Mobile order via drive through or dine-in are the only options. Food is great, but waiting over 30 minutes in the drive-through for a mobile order completely defeats the purpose of a mobile order. I come to this location because it's close, but I wouldn't otherwise due to the 30+ minute wait I continually have via drive through. The workers are kind and the food is good, but efficiency is bad at this location. Please consider coming up with a more efficient method for mobile order pickups at this location.

Again I normally don't do fast reviews but here it goes ... parking around this Chick is craziness!! You go around the building to find out there's 5 spots for mobile pickup and 5 spaces for 1st responders and 2 handicap parking .. the parking lot is BUSY!!! They crank the food fast and fresh like they all do .. So it is 90 plus degrees outside and it's about 40 degrees inside today ..not sure if that's the norm for this place but man I was freezing my nuggets and my Polynesian sauce was not flowing... BURRRRRRRR But it's the only one in this area so they must be doing something right ....

65 minute wait on the drive through at 7:30pm? Unbelievable!!!! It's Tuesday night! Wth?!?!? Do not come here. Anything else is better

Seriously the worst Chick-fil-a. Do not come here unless you have an hour of your life to waste, while being treated rudely- only to get cold food. 6 months since my last visit and all of it is even worse!

I came here after ordering my food on the app at 10:10 and i waited in like 15 minutes then they told me they don't have breakfast??? It's before 10:30 how do you not have breakfast .... So they wasted my morning lol never coming back

Its Chik Fil A. They set the standard for great customer service. Always willing to help with a smile on their faces. I wish their Mgmt staff could train some of their competitors' staff. Some fast food places u can't even get a Hello out of the front facing customer service reps. Keep it up Chik Fil A. It's "my pleasure" to write this review.

If you doing fast food do it at a place where they treat you well. Big fan of the honey roasted bbq

I was actually quite disappointed in the Chick-fil-A here. Not only do you have to drive through a maze to get to the drive-through but when you finally get up there and take your order they don't even put everything in your bag you have to ask for it. So when I get to my window I have to wait because the food is not coming out in order and I sit there and I just watch and I watch and I watch. And then when my food finally ready I know they did not put any sauce in that back even though they specifically asked me if I wanted sauce. Now mind you this is breakfast they are not busy at all there was only two cars in front of me and behind me so this was not a big deal. But finally when I get my bag of food I asked for sauce and she was rude and said "you ordered sauce"? I think that their food is mediocre. It lacks in flavor unless you get sauce. But you're kind of at their mercy if they remember to put it in the bag. I would go with a rating of two out of five

Waited for my order 10 minutes. When the same happened to me at Millenia Mall location, they gave me gift card for waiting. Not as this location should, but I'm just saying. Plus got burned fries (see pic below). Stuff was friendly.

They don't listen, they give you what they want. They don't do modifications with breakfast. Just strange..... Not the normal chic-fil-a service

Food is fine but holy crap this location is SLOW. I've been here 3 times and have never waited less than 20min. I probably won't be back

Teatra ( not sure if I spelt that correctly) was amazing. It was raining pretty hard and I accidentally pulled up too far , I was expecting somebody to tell me I had to loop back around but no! She came right up to me in the rain and took my order. She was very friendly!! We need more humans like her!

I normally love CFA, but this location has some poor service. I had a cookie reward through the app and they forgot to put the cookie into my to-go order. I did not realize it until I left and opened up my order at home. Also I had to ask for my sauce instead of being offered some.

45 min wait at 2pm and a Monday. Not even remotely worth it. I got trapped and physically couldn't leave

Slowest, worst managed chickfila in the state. Shouldn't take half an hour for one nuggets meal.

Sadly we were one of 10 groups waiting more than 15 minutes each for our breakfast orders today. I have never been to a Chick-Fil-A that was so slow, so backed up, and whose staff was so confused. People were coming up to the counter saying they'd been waiting 30 minutes when we first arrived. We almost left. I felt sorry for the people working behind the counter. I have to blame management because I have been to lots of other CFA's and NEVER experienced such chaos. I hope they fix this issue.

Would've went zero if it was possible. Doesn't deserve to carry the Chick Fil A name. Food is never fresh, customer service is poor at best. Not sure if it's because they know they're in an underserved area, but somebody should let Chick-Fil-A know how substandard this location is.

I hesitate ordering in person instead of the app for breakfast because I do grilled chicken and it is mind-blowing. I wanted to call to get the district manager phone number because this place does not operate like a Chick-Fil-A, but their phones were having technical difficulties. I pulled around to eat before a class and there was no egg on my sandwich. Granted it took the person taking my order three times to get it correct, and I know for a fact he's not the only one wearing a headset. I went inside and explained there was no egg on my sandwich. The cashier inside, then went to the lady at the window and she said she double checked the order herself. I said, I literally said it three times in the drive thru. The cashier then took my sandwich in the back and that's when I was done. Anytime my food is out of sight, especially a remake, that's it. I ended up asking for a refund and got it. I never got a hey, sorry we messed up, is there anything we can do to make it right, I hope you come to us again, nothing. I haven't eaten McDonalds in 15 years, but I guess that's how it would feel. I ordered online for drive up at Millenia down the road and it was well worth it!! I can't believe the reviews of this place. Usually a Chick-Fil-A is proudly franchised by strenuous screening processes. I will be sure to contact corporate.

They're sooooo busy that they don't care if they mess up your order. People will constantly keep coming back to it so they know they'll make enough money regardless if they lose a customer or 20. I've NEVER had a bad experience at chick fil a, this one is just horrible.

It took them 30 mins to bring out a curb side order. Which the order was missing stuff and milkshakes were almost falling out the bottom of the holder. Then to top it off the food is cold as we started to eat when we left the cluster of traffic there and I wasn't turning around and wasting more time ,definitely will not be going back to this location. The Millenia mall and Sand lake location will get the business instead.

The worst chick-fil-a I've ever been to. Drive through is almost always 20-30 minutes. Food is not cooked correctly. Attention to detail is poor. They no longer offer curbside pickup. The prices are going up and the chicken is getting smaller... I drive an extra 2 miles to go to the chick fil a near the Millenia mall. Hire a new manager. Terrible experience every time!

Took my daughter and best friend to eat here and we just love it. She had her kids meal chicken nuggets with the waffle fries and was in love. Mind you my daughter is a picky eater. My best friend got her plain chicken sandwich and the waffle fries which we love. And I got the 10 ct nuggets with the waffle fries which my daughter ended up eating the fries for me lol. It's very clean and the staff was sweet and helpful. Just all around a great experience.

Awful customer service! This Chick-fil-A is the absolute worst. I've been here a few times now, and every single time it ends up be waiting about an extra 30 minutes because they give me the wrong order. And then when they go to make my order they had me wait on the side of the building for a ridiculous amount of time. Awful

I am aware it's hard to work in fast food. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt. But oh my word, this is the worst chic fil a I have ever been to. The service was so bad you can't make it up. At one point they just stopped taking orders in the drive thru to "figure out a problem" for 30 mins. The driver next to me told me this Is the worst drive thru and advised me not to come back. Every single worker was was barely polite. I asked to scan my points and she told me saltily "not until the end." Then when I asked to do it she said it was too late and walked away. One car was at the window waiting for an order that was held up. So instead of having them pull to the side, all of us who have already received our food - at least four cars just sat there for ten mins until the first car's food was ready. I have no idea how the manager is still in charge there. Something has got to change.

Yelp Challenge 2007 - 33/100 - Did not honor yelp checkin deal for free cookie. Customer service was awful although I showed the deal from the app.

I was about to give 4 stars because every time I'm here, it's always crazy busy! But obviously it's because it's so good.. you can't blame em. Just like your typical CFA: service with a smile, always polite and helpful, "my pleasure", food comes out fast no matter how many people are there, and they're thankfully not stingy with the sauces. I've only gone to this location using drive through, and every time I have been, it's always super busy and they still rock it out. Thanks for existing CFA!
